This is a large modern shopping mall with two floors. Walmart is the main anchor store and it is big. This is a good place to buy a cell phone because it has several different phone companies. Telcel has a good store where you can buy a phone and pay your bill. AT&T has a store on the second floor near the food court. There is a food court on the second floor. There is a parking garage in the basement. There is a free parking lot. There is a kiosk on the first floor where you can rent a big toy dinosaur that you ride for fun. I love this mall. All malls in the US are dead. I feel like I am in the 90s when I go here. The mall is alive and full of great stores. Great parking, food, and shopping. Great place to get clothes and shoes. It can be hard to find these things in mexico sometimes.

There are no lights in their parking space so at night it ir really dark and scary.

Mall wise, it's alright. Pretty sure the main attraction is the giant Walmart, besides that, lots of food options inside + out. Not exactly worth making a special trip as Plaza Las Americas is the more desirable choice. Definitely more for locals.

It's a mall with food court where you can find a lot of stores, however the most important stores are Suburbia (clothing), Sanborns (gifts), Walmart (groceries) and movie theaters, you can have some fun here

It's a small shopping center and not really interesting.

My family and I got all our suitcases and bags stolen from our car which contained our passports!!!! The security here was very useless and so was the head of the security!! There’s zero cameras inside their parking garage. The police did nothing to help us and neither did the US Embassy located in Cancun. I am never returning back to Cancun and especially never coming back to the Gran Plaza! I do not recommend this place and if your visiting Cancun, stay in the tourist area.

Not a tourist mall, normal prices, good energy, busy + a pleasure to experience:))

Clean plaza.lots of parking.food court on second level.i havent checked bathrooms.conveniently connected to Wallmart and an excelent Casa de los abuelos rstaurant also a BK and KFC on premises
