Fui para hacerle un estudio de Edad ósea a mi hija por segunda vez después de más de un año y fue muy decepcionante cuando me entregaron los resultados. La interpretación era EXACTAMENTE IGUAL a la que me habían dado hacía más de un año!! solo le cambiaron la fecha y lo firmo otra Doctora que no fue Dr. Ligia, las radiografías eran muy diferentes. Fatal, no los recomiendo. Termine visitando a otra doctora que me dio una interpretación correcta.

I like the laboratory because I know that Dr. Ligia is a very prepared person. I know she can't serve everyone directly. But I would like them to have a section on their page where I can see who is going to take my mammogram and ultrasound, I mean what specialist (academic training they have) and who interprets them, for me it is very important, because I have already had bad experiences from other laboratories. And I want to see the difference with you. Thank you for your time.

Agende con tiempo de anticipación y me cancelaron llegando al lugar, lo peor es que me dicen que me marcaron desde hace 3 días antes y no fue así, es más yo mandé WhatsApp para confirmar cita y no me dijeron que se cancelaría pésimo servicio de citas

I was really impressed with the professionalism & service of this clinic. I arrived an hour early as I was coming out of town and they were able to attend me earlier than planned which was a bonus. As it was my very first mammogram I didn’t know what to expect, however the lab technician, Marisol, made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I then saw Dr. Ligia Cervantes who was recommended by three different people and she gave me the ultrasound which I didn’t know was surprisingly included in the price of the mammo. She was very knowledgeable and spoke English. She was able to answer all my questions and resolve any doubts I had about the breast cysts. Thank you for a wonderful service today! I will definitely be a return customer.

I am not one to write reviews but i just had to on this occasion. Everyone was so helpful, pleasant, efficient and professional. Totally the opposite of my past experiences at other places in Mexico. I have been to other places to do blood tests and they just kept digging me over and over with the needle at these other places before they could find the vein. I was even told that i had" vienas gruesas"to justify the torture they put me through. At conrad med i didn't feel a thing!! The technician was so quick and efficient. I just had to ask their names because i was so impressed. Beatrix the technician is the best!! Suzy at the reception is super efficient and pleasant. The place is clean, organised with a calming atmosphere. Thank you guys for everything you surpassed my expectations!!

Every year I have a mammography study with you. Of course, it is a somewhat uncomfortable study but it is super important to do it. The techniques explain every detail of what one might feel during the study. Thank you for being my trusted cabinet! Congratulations to all, excellent service, very professional.

"A mammogram should not hurt" I once read that or something similar in your facilities. For me a very unpleasant and very painful experience. From the way of holding and accommodating the breast, to the pressure applied by who controls the device. Staff need to be sensitized, very little empathy.
