The service is a little bit slow in the Auto Mac, but people try to be very nice. It is a good place if you have time to wait for your food.

I like the dining area inside, good internet good energy, the drive thru is abysmally slow

Today we were here at 7:30. They had closed, told something about staff. We saw that staff were complete. We wanted only coffee, but they did not open for us and did not tell us when they want to open. This is very unprofesinal!

I have gone to the drive thru to get some food and the customer service is horrible, no matter what time of the day, they just seem miserable working there. No one ever says good morning, good afternoon or just how are you today how may I help you not WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU, not even a thank you and when you go to the window to pay they don't say hi or thank you. Seriously, customer service is a -zero.

Good service, and the food is always fresh and tasty. Now, ordering is more automated to avoid confusion with the cashier.

It's a normal typical McDonald's. The restaurant was clean and they always get our order right. I like the McDonald's in mexico by far better than in the US. The staff is nicer the stores are cleaner and the are more nostalgic to the franchise 15 to 20 years ago.

It was McDonalds so it tasted like McDonalds, That was the best part. The drive through services one car at a time so be prepared to wait a bit. I was not able to convert my App to Mexico so you'll have to order directly from the servers there, and no one spoke any English. Even using my limited Spanish and my translator we still order more than we requested 0.o

Love the app!! Update July 1st. Came here for breakfast at 745am. They said they were not open until 8am. Came back at 8am. And now told us they weren't open until 9am. Hours are from 7am. Need better management!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, I don't speak Spanish but they were really nice.

Bad service No cream for your coffee Drive through barely moves. Necessary to go in for service. Don’t stop!

Food is good as usual, drive through in the late afternoon takes very long.
