I needed a serious revamp of my hair after 6 months of it getting damaged by the sun. I'm so happy I decided to come here! Gerry did exactly what I asked for, very professional salon. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the service is excellent! I was able to schedule a men's haircut and get an appointment the same day. This was my first time at the salon, and Jerry was my stylist. He listened to my suggestions, reviewed the go-by image of the hair cut I wanted, and executed it perfectly. Had an amazing experience at BBE Cancun. Went in on vacation and they did my hair (cut and colour) exactly how I asked for (arguably even better! Haha). They took extra care and effort to ensure it would last longer also. My hairdresser, Daniel, was very talented and sweet and patient (I speak very little Spanish and him very little English haha). Added bonus, all the staff/owner are friendly and personable. Thanks for a great experience and I won’t hesitate to return when I’m back in Cancun! He is a true artist with many years of experience and trained by the best in Los Ángeles and Barcelona. He has a truly amazing story! It was better than any color service I’ve had in the US! His staff was so welcoming and it felt like a big family! My hair turned out amazingly and he took the time to truly understand what I wanted and executed on it perfectly. The most amazing place for your hair and nails. I chose this place initially because of their great reviews and I am so glad I did. I did the Brazilian hair treatment and it was life changing. Jhio did the treatment and cut my hair which brought my hair back to life. Marize and Alan did our nails including my daughter’s and did a beautiful job. Alan does a meticulous job on my hands and Marize did our pedicures. The have great customer service as well, always checking in on us, offering us beverages and just making our services so comfortable.

This is the best hair salon in Cancun. I came here based on the other good reviews. I wanted a wash and blowdry styled straight. Marize is the best hair dresser! She did exactly what I wanted and it came out better than expected. She was so kind and everyone who works there were friendly. I highly recommend this salon and ask for Marize.

BBE salon experience was absolutely incredible!!!! Maeize did absolutely outstanding job on my super long hair with Japanese Mucota procedure, it never looked healthier before! We‘re here for vacation from Germany and I wanted to change my hair spontaneous, so we went to the Saloon (without an appointment) and asked if it’s possible to get a haircut plus a brazilian keratin treatment (permanent hairstraightning). The team was super friendly, they told me that the whole process would take 3 hours (which came true) and I was able to stay right there and we started right away. I am more than satisfied with the result and can only praise the entire team, they are doing an excellent job. If we vacation in Cancún again in the future, I would definitely get my hair done there a second time. Thumbs up. (Please don't be put off by the slight „frizz“ in my pictures, these were taken a few hours after the hairdresser's visit and I hadn't brushed my hair yet.)

Stopped in last minute since I couldn’t get my nails done in the US before my vacation. Alan did amazing!! My gel acrylic mani is perfect and I enjoyed my pedicure as well.

Happy with the results of all the treatments. I did acrylic on both hands and feet, lash lift and brow lamination. There was a misunderstanding but the staff were very responsive and they quickly solve the problem.

As a tourist it's always scary trusting others with your hair when it comes to dye, however this place was amazing! My roots had been bleached by another hairdresser from another country which left my hair looking patchy and not very pretty. Gerry from BBE worked his magic and created beautiful golden tones in my hair working almost 4 hours to fix it and make it look beautiful and healthy again. I went from a bleach blonde to a golden blonde/brown and it is perfect. Throughout the process Gerry made sure I was happy with how it was looking and continuously talked me through each step of the process which I really liked. He was really informative and you can tell his fantastic experience in the business. I highly recommend BBE to anyone living or travelling in Cancun Mexico. All the staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. If I ever in Cancun again and need my hair, BBE is my place!
