The store is ok with nice sales people but they try and sell you on the sales tax refund you receive when making a purchase. The promised me over $400 back from TAXFREE agency located right in their mall. You make the purchase and then they tell you to go upstairs to submit the receipt at TaxFree. They write down your credit card number, Passport number and keep your receipt so you are left with no proof. This is a scam and they use it as a selling point to make you to buy more. You will not receive the tax refund. I visited on October 17th 2021 and am still waiting for the "refund"

Lovely service, we walked in after a day of sightseeing and we must have looked like something the cat dragged in but the salesperson was kind and enthusiastic, made lots of small talk. No snobbish vibe at all.

I debated putting this up because I never write reviews but I honestly feel like people need to be warned. I would never by from this store especially if you are from the United States. They sold and boxed up a pair of shoes for me that looked like someone ran a marathon in them. I was utterly shocked when I opened them back at my hotel room. I originally thought that this must have been some mistake. I returned the next day and asked for an exchange and they told me those worn out shoes were the best they had. I then asked for a refund. Suddenly the sales associate appeared with shoes in a much better condition. I’m just writing this review to give everyone a heads up. CHECK YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE LEAVING THIS STORE. Unbox everything if you have to. They are a sorry excuse for a Gucci store. Very sketchy. I honestly would avoid them at all cost. I had a much better experience at Prada and would shop there instead but that’s just my opinion.

Excellent service, & everyone is bilingual. The Cancun exclusive pieces are absolutely beautiful, and if you really love an item purchase it because , you will literally not be able to find it anywhere else in the world.

Great store! Unfortunately the shoes I was looking for have been discontinued, overall the staff was extremely helpful and very attentive, place has security both outside and inside, also if you shop in MX you're tax free so you save a little money

Outstanding customer service by Carlos. We were treated like kings since the moment we walked in. Carlos was super polite and helpful, he even walked us upstairs to show us to a different store we needed to go to after Gucci. We were very delighted with Carlos service, helpful advice and kindness. The world needs more sales reps like him!!

Rogelio is the absolute best to work with. He helped me purchase a gorgeous Dionysus bag in January, and although a makeup bag didn’t work out on our most recent trip, he made the return process super-easy. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Great personality and has the best hair to boot! ☺️ I will definitely work with him again next time we’re in town.
