Very nice and immaculate store it's a very good high-quality clean safe shopping area where Prada is located. They carry and hold a lot of product I highly recommend this Prada's location in the world as it comes to what is the best store of Prada when it comes to traveling the world and what they offer here in Cancun.

Excellent customer service and great atmosphere. I passed by on my way to the airport with my luggage and the staff were so friendly plus welcoming. They offer to take my luggage at the door so I was able to look around without carrying my luggage with me. I had issues with my card due to my bank locking my account due to several out of the country purchases, had to sit down and talk to my bank to resolve the issue. Everyone was so understanding and even offered beverages while I waited. The employee who was helping me was a friendly young women, I forgot her name but she was so patient with me. I was able to get my bank issue resolve, did my purchase and left as a happy customer. Definitely recommend and will return in the future.

Totally different from USA location. These people are very rude and impolite, especially the woman at the door that thinks she runs and owns the whole store. Very bad experience !

I 100 percent agree with the reviews about the workers being rude here. Very impolite, non-attentive and they carry an attitude as if they are better than the actual customers who are SHOPPING there. Very inconsistent with other Prada stores that I have visited and shopped at. I will not return to this location.

So Prada was one of the only stores that let us in within a timely manner. My concierge rep Richardo was amazing! He gave us space to shop and let us try things on without hesitation. His bubbly personality and zeal really was the selling point. He made me and my sister feel special. I’ve shopped at Prada around the world and I’m a regular customer and Richardo is one of the reasons to love Prada even more. If his boss can see this, give this man a raise!! Also I wasn’t sure about buying a pair of sunglasses but went back the next day after purchasing 2 wallets the day before and Richardo was there and serviced us again with the same excellent customer service as the day prior. Thank you so much Richardo and we will only shop at this Prada store in Cancun!!

do not buy anything here. i bought a mini cell phone bag for $1500. and it is $995.0 on prada website.

We had a wonderful experience at this Prada yesterday. Andrey was AMAZING and his energy alone made us come back to purchase. We had decided to view purses at other locations first but ended up deciding on the nonna bag at PRADA simply because he was so fun and helpful which made the experience a 100/10. Thank you Andrey for making our experience so great yesterday! This has been a highlight in our vacation ☺️

Do NOT shop here. The prices are about 20-40% more than in the United States. Even with the tax refund, it is not worth it. The store did everything to cover this up. I spent over $10k on multiple items and they gave me a receipt with just the total I paid, without a breakdown of the item and each price. They didn’t even give me the documents for the tax refund until I hounded them for it. Never shopping from them here in Mexico again.
