Omg!! I cannot say enough about The Riviera Charters!! From first contact, to the moment we got back to our hotel — you guys more than EXCEEDED my expectations. The customer service was IMPECCABLE and I would recommend you guys, as I already have, to anyone that will listen! The food and drinks were flowing. The crew were amazing!! If you’re even thinking about chartering a yacht don’t waste time looking any further! This was truly the highlight of my birthday trip! Bucket List check!

I rented the boat for my partners 40th birthday. We had an unforgettable time. The memories made will last me a lifetime. The chef expertly prepared the food, the captain was knowledgeable and professional. The crew catered to our every want and need. Do not hesitate…..they are reputable and professional and worth every single penny.

I really don’t know where to start with this review. Everything from the start to finish of our experience was 10/10. The crew was amazing and so attentive! Anything we wanted was provided. The food was actually the best we had out of our whole time in Mexico, and the drinks were endless. Also, when I started researching yachts in Cancun for a group of all ladies, I was a little worried. I’m here to tell you, look no further. This is the yachting service you want. Everyone felt so safe the entire time, we scheduled transportation to and from the yacht with no issues. Can’t wait to come back!

Best service and great communication, very prompt and straightforward. My group and I wanted to have this experience to celebrate my birthday and my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave us an upgrade as a gift with no additional cost. The food was excellent, thanks to our chef! Thank you to our captain for getting us to our destination and back safely. The yacht crew were very nice and friendly. Our overall experience was outstanding and exceeded our expectation.

This experience was an absolute 10/10! I would absolutely RECOMMEND! We had a party of 15 and rented the 70ft Fairline Squadron. The boat was huge with more than enough room for our party. The crew were absolutely outstanding. They kept the drinks flowing and the food coming the entire charter. (Everything was delicious, but the burritos were my favorite.) I honestly can't speak enough about the crew, they were really really great! Jessica, their communications specialist via WhatsApp, is also phenomenal. She answered each question and got each detail perfect for our trip. We even ran into a small hiccup at the security gate (completely the hotel's fault, NONE to Riviera Charters) and they made it right for us. That was so thoughtful and really appreciated. Customer Service was impeccable. Thank you SO MUCH to Riviera Charters for making my boyfriend's 30th Birthday trip one to remember!

We had the best time!! Sandy, Alex, Eric and Martin on Amur 1 were the best crew we could have asked for! The food was PHENOMENAL! They were so kind and helped us with any request we had. The boat was gorgeous and very clean!! Would definitely recommend and will definitely book with them again!
