Great place. My partner and I visited on a Saturday and Sunday night, and they had live music on both nights We also had food, albeit it was only nachos and, but they were nice. 2nd visit, we had the steak sandwich each and it was divine! Highly recommend 5⭐️ from me

A really nice place to eat in the touristic area. The food was really good and pricing was surprisingly cheap. Outside has a nice atmosphere too so all in all I can highly recommend this place to anybody visiting this area.

Was on strip checking out everything and came across this place when we heard the love outdoor music (a rock cover band). We came in, the staff was really awesome and environment fun. Rafter an hour they brought out these light sticks and the whole restaurant/bar formed a huge tango line of sparklers. recommend for anyone in hotel zone for a good time with any group.

Very nice bar with good live music and a great choice of drinks. Staff very friendly.

The tacos were very delicious. Overall, they were all delicious. The correspondence of the clerk is also very wonderful. I want to go there again.

Such a fun place to visit! They keep the energy high and have a fantastic live band. They hosted a hilarious adorable “wedding” in the restaurant with a just married couple. They gave them “on fire” shots to drink and celebrate, such a cool drink to order! The brownie dessert is delicious 🤤 a great way to end the meal! 🍽️

Love the live music and the host, right before. Food is great. We ordered the chicken and beef kebabs. The drinks are really good! Loved the Saturday night experience here

This place gave us a very small amount of chicken on our nachos. We felt like it was a tourist trap. Please increase your portions we had mostly nachos not even cheesey all throughout. So disappointed

Beef fajitas, steak and cheese sandwich, beef quesadilla, chips and salsa, coke, bittled water, Pina colada, Miami Vice was just under 1300 mxn. Service was good. Busy part of town so good people watching.

They was busy when we went there so Service was slow, and wings not tastes that fresh, sauce was good. I which I can see some pictures of foods or drinks in the menu. Seem like fun bar/restaurant but so many things going on.

The food, the drinks, the service, the atmosphere - SUPERB!!!!! Johnathon was attentive & Axel came through too!! Everything we ate was YUMMY! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!! Don't forget to try the Lemonade We left right before the live music started, but the music before that was vibing!!

Epic restaurant. Great vibe with live music and karaoke on request. Ample selection of finger food to go with your beer or cocktail of choice. The staff is eager to please and will make you feel at home at Monkey's. Frankly recommended. A++

I only ordered drinks so i can't speak to the food, but the drinks were great and the service was really outstanding. This place has the best staff out of everywhere we went in the hotel zone. Super fun and exciting atmosphere. The live band was so good that we thought it was the radio at first!

Great place. Good mix of a band/ DJ/ karaoke rotating throughout the night. Servce always good and we got food our last night (pastor tacos) which were delightful. Quite laid back place for couples or friends to go for food and a few drinks.

Great little bar. We came here to get away from all the reggaeton and hip hop. They have a live band on some days. They still alternate some hip hop music when the band is taking a break. But it's not señor frogs or Coco bongo where they have pushy shot girls trying to get u to shoot tequila off their bodies. Good place. Not cheap but good.

Stopped by for a pre CocoBongo dinner while I was on vacation with the boys and had an amazing time! Food was bomb, and I don't drink but my friends who did enjoyed the vast drink menu while I enjoyed a nice mocktail and energy drink. The service was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Once the live band got going things really picked up but even before that my whole group was vibing to the music. This place served as the perfect warmup to CocoBongo, and I definitely plan on stopping by again the next time I'm in Cancun.

A must when in Cancun. Loved the show by Robby and the amazing service from the staff! Daphne is a super star!! Wish we would have gotten the other’s names because they were all genuinely amazing! They even sang karaoke with us and danced. Made me feel so special for my birthday!

So much fun! We came in for a drink and stayed for the night! The band was amazing with a huge variety of songs. There was a female lead singer who was amazing and the lead guitarist was an awesome vocalist as well! Loved the drummer and bassist too. The crowd was lively and all ages. The wait staff and bartenders were fast, friendly and so much fun! All the food going by, especially the skewers looked delicious. So glad we stopped by! I wish I went there for dinner but we only went in on our last night in Cancun. We will be back next visit!

Very expensive for a bottle of corona as around £7 (160 pesos) each. Glad we didn't stop. Music was loud and a band was also setting up.

Me and my girlfriend went here for drinks- 2 5ft females with no males. The bartender was nice when we first arrived. We ordered a well tequila and a well vodka. The bartender left behind the bar and came up behind us to serve us our drinks (we were still sitting at the bar). We did not see him make these and we’re concerned about them being spiked. We sat there for maybe 15 minutes before we left a $20 and then he came up to us and demanded $35 saying we ordered grey goose and patron- which we did not. I said no, I’m not paying this, gave him the $20 and began walking out. He chased us down the street and stood in front of my girlfriend, I grabbed her arm and pulled her out of his way. He went to grab another man who came to stop us- no joke. The other man was trying to shame us and said we shouldn’t be running out on a tab and my girlfriend explained the situation and he told us we should have stayed and “figured this out”. I said “We gave you more than what 2 wells cost, you are trying to charge us for something we did not order and we still aren’t paying this”. I grabbed my girlfriends arm and we started walking again and then walked back to the restaurant. Do not go out in Mexico alone if you look vulnerable because these people WILL try to scheme you.

I regret going to this place on the last night because I regret not going sooner! This place is the best. Not too pricey compared to the rest of Cancun. Food and drinks are really tasty. The entertainment is next to none! The band and magician were entertaining and they really interacted with the audience. Didn't think it could get any better until the monkey came out and the conga line started. And the staff. Not only were they kind and attentive, they were happy. I think that says a lot about a place. I recommend everyone who goes to Cancun, don't leave without visiting this place.

If you're looking for live music, friendly staff, and absolutely delicious food and decent drinks, look no further. We went to this place twice because of it's fun, yet low-key vibe. This place is a must if in Cancun simply because of the brochetas!

First of all, I came to the restaurant with a water bottle almost empty and the waitress didn’t want even give me the menu before I give him my bottle. After giving the water he ask me if I want to buy a new water bottle from the restaurant and laughed. I’m vegetarian so I ordered a pasta,my friends ordered burgers and we shared nachos, asked him to make it vegetarian without meat. The nachos came and we saw pieces of meat asking him what is it, he said beans.. we started eating and then we knew it isn’t beans and we asked him to check and in the meantime we asked for the bill,he took the nachos and gave us the bill, said it was meat. We asked him why did they put the meat inside even though we asked *without meat*, the waitress said this is how the make the nachos and said my friends eat burgers so we are fine with meat even though * I am vegetarian “ , ofc the took the nachos and charge us on it”

We had a blast❣️ no cover to get in. They were open till 3:30am. The DJ plays music upon request. The servers were very energetic and attentive. The prices were the best compared to the other bars down the strip. We just wanted to drink a few beers / cocktails. We definitely found the right spot.

We really liked this place, nice music, great atmosphere. Mostly good service, we tipped our server at one point. Then the bald server drank out of one of our drinks before they were served and we saw. They tried to leave our drinks on the table but we sent them back. They tried telling us they "just smelled the drink" but we saw the guy drink it! Then our server was nowhere to be seen for our duration of our stay. When asking for the bill the bald guy gave our bill with the drinks we sent back also on the bill! They tried to charge us for them! Sorted quickly, but feel it was sneaky and calculated. Will not return and advise people to air caution here.

Went for a burger, ended up with great food ,fresh 🥑 guacamole made at table, attentive service and a fun live band. The Saturday live band led the guests into a party session with song and dance. Surprise fun!

Good food, very awesome and interesting preparation of guacamole directly in front of you. Hamburgers are tasty but kinda dry. Waiters are very nice but they have time for everything - we were waiting for payment like 15 minutes. You can get here 1 Liter of draft beer which is kinda good. You are automatically charged 15% of tip.

The atmosphere was electric. As soon as new customers come in, everyone claps. The food was good as well.

We went to watch the Super Bowl yesterday. The wings and drinks were so good. We had a great time

Enjoyed the night with a refreshing drink recommended by our waitress and the tacos of pastor were delicious!!! The music and entertainment was good too. Will highly recommend it.
