Do not use this company! They sent us a pick up time and location and then didn’t show. After contacting them, they said they tried to pick us up from our hotel while the “pickup instructions” on the email they sent listed a different hotel. We paid a taxi to get there. They refused to send someone to get us. Book elsewhere. This was literally the only “fun” activity we had planned our entire trip. Extremely poor customer service.

Book the catamaran to Isla Mujeres!! This was our only excursion and it was AMAZING! We were on catamaran #8 with Omar. Omar was AWESOME. Don't lose him Cancun Adventures! Omar made the trip fun and staff made sure you had a drink in your hand. The music playlist was awesome and the views were superb! We snorkled for about 20-25 minutes and saw many fish and some under water statues. Then boarded the catamaran again and sailed into Isla Mujeres. Lunch was very good. This island is beautiful and so worth the trip. Make sure you make the trip to the North Beach. It is an amazing experience. The view and swimming in the turquoise clear waters is exactly what we wanted. We rented a golf cart and drove the island If you do this go off the beaten path to get a cart. They will try and charge you crazy prices. We paid $35 for two hours. This was so much fun. We brought a speaker and played music while driving the island. It also gave us a true respect for living in the United States. Go off the beaten path and see how the people on this island live while taking in some beautiful sites. There are many shops and restaraunts so we would have liked more time to experience everything. We had about two hours on the island. We will be back to Isla Mujeres again. The ride back was again a fun time with Omar making us laugh, great music, and drinks. Very respectful and helpful staff. Transportation was great, easy, and clean. We will book with Cancun Adventure Tours again! The only thing I would say is that a better process should be made for the photos that are taken on the catamaran and while snorkeling. Maybe a QR code to scan. We had to email them to find out how to get our pictures and then email them a picture of us for them to find our pictures. Could be a better process.

I went on a tour with this company as one of my Carnival cruise excursions. I hated it and found the staff of the tour arrogant and rude. The day was overcast and the waters were extremely choppy. In fact I was actually surprise the tour went as scheduled when all other snorkeling tours at this port were cancelled (which is why I got stuck on this tour) because of the weather. While at the dock, the waves were bouncing the boat around to the point where guests had a very difficult time walking and a couple people fell. Tour guest were not provided with any instruction on how to use their snorkeling gear. As soon as guests started getting in the water, they were having a very difficult time coping with the waves. Many people were swallowing and choking on the water. About half of the participants ended up back on the catamaran as soon as they got in. While in the water, the tour guides were nothing less than RUDE! They were yelling at everyone to keep up. People who never snorkeled were falling behind because of the waves. And let me tell you about the snorkeling. We were promised views with gorgeous fish and beautiful reefs. Far from it! If you like looking at a dirt bottom, this tour might be for you. There was nothing to see. It was pathetic! I would never tour with this company again. In fact, I’ve made sure they were not the tour operators on other cruise excursions I’ve had since then. They are not safe. The staff is rude. They are only in it for the money. And apparently they must be short of money because they refused to refund me for this horrible experience.

Took the express tour to Chichen Itza and everything was fine until you made the stop for lunch. Do yourself a favor and skip lunch and the mandatory restaurant where they then push expensive tequila and souvenirs onto you. The food also made me sick for 3 days after eating lunch at this location.

Andrea our tour guide was phenomenal!! She helped us thru the cenotes while providing environmental information to better understand the local biosphere Then we went swimming with the turtles and again proved to be invaluable to know how to snorkel. All in all Andrea was most excellent guide.

Our tour guide, Alejandro, and our driver, Enrique, were awesome! My group did the Tulum Yalku Plus tour. Alex was very knowledgeable and you could tell he loves to share his knowledge of the Mexican culture with the people he takes on tours. I don't think I have a favorite part, the ancient Mayan ruins were spectacular, swimming in the cenote was exciting and exhilarating and snorkeling at the inlet was nice to see fish and relax. The lunch that was provided, I had the beef fajita, was very tasty!

Great excursion. We did double duty on the recommendation of the guy who organized us and helped us with the excursions. Morning with dolphins and then catamaran ride to Isla Mujeres, snorkeling to see the seabed for half an hour. Again on board typical food, not excessive but good. Drinks as many as you want and varied, cold beer and ice. Bathroom Pleasant music, in navigation. The boat was not overcrowded, there were no Spaniards on our excursion, but they explained everything great, coming to Spanish-speaking places is the best. Arrival at the North Beach Isla Mujeres and 2 pier and some free time. On Sabino's recommendation we did not rent the golf cart to go for a ride, he says that on many occasions you rent them and when you return they tell you that you have hit or scratched them and they want to charge you a deposit, that if you do not want to pay because it is not true, They tell you to call the police who of course are always on their side. If you still decide to rent it, just take photos and videos to ensure that when it was taken it was already there or not and to be able to demonstrate. Back at sunset, to the transfer and to the hotel. More moderate price. I don't remember the unit price because we took 4 excursions in the same pack. A success.

The catamaran trip wow abraham and his team was awesome. snorkeling (it provides everything if you don't have what you need) a moment of swimming in the sea before a stop on the island for 3 hours. there are restaurants, the beach is beautiful and for $40 you cross the island to go to the pyramid! the sand of the beach is white and the beach, even if it is public, is very clean. For the adventurous, bring your driving license. it will be possible to rent a golf cart, 4 wheels and mobile bike to tour the island! a light meal is served on the boat and drinks are unlimited! thank you gang.

We had an excellent experience with Cancun Adventure Tours in Jan 2024. We went on the tour with the 3 activities; Mayan ruins, the cenote and the snorkelling. The experience was excellent because of our amazing guide Paula. She was so casual, friendly and knowledgeable She made sure we were all comfortable and had a great attitude. Additionally the driver was excellent, the bus was nice and cool and there were always snacks and water available. The food at the end of the tour at the beach side cafe was also quite good. All in all it was a great time. Seen a few reviews about cramped small buses and bumpy roads. Yes the roads to some of the destinations were a bit rough because they are dirt. And yes the busses are a bit small but it was never an issue for our group and there was never very long travel times between activities

We did a Tulum/Cenotes/snorkeling tour and it was fantastic! Our guide Arun and driver Jonathan were informative and welcoming. The tour was pretty easy as well with drives between places that were around 30mins or less. We all learned a lot and loved the time spent at the tour.

We used Cancun Adventures for their cenote and turtle/snorkeling excursion. The cenote was unbelievable and we had such a great experience with the entire tour. JJ and Pedro were a great guide team and we learned a lot of history about Cancun. Highly recommend this tour.

Our party of four booked the El Celio Snorkel with Cancun Adventures through our cruise line, and it did not disappoint!! Diego was an amazing dive guide- and the captain of our boat gave us a great ride around the island to 3 different snorkel spots! The food they served us was fresh and absolutely delicious! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and crew! Thanks for an amazing bucket list check off adventure!!

We traveled to the Isla Mujeres with guide Emmanuel and his team. He was a fantastic guide who was very attentive to all guests. We did not take advantage of the scuba trip (20 minutes) or swimming (20 minutes) but stayed on the catamaran and enjoyed the open bar. We stayed about an hour away and Cancun Adventures provided the transportation which was nice. There was a reservation mishap (they did not show up at 6:30 AM on our scheduled day), but thankfully we were rescheduled two days later. Overall, a fun day. The island is beautiful!!! Emmanuel steered us away from renting a golf cart which ended up being a good thing. All you need is walkable and it sounds like your feet might be more dependable.

We can not be happier with our guides Adrian and Omar. That team is fantastic and very knowledgeable. We did the Ek Balam adventure and absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend when booking your tour to request Adrian and Omar as your guides.

Our first time in Mexico and day trip with Cancun Adventures was Tulum Yalku plus (Maya ruins, cenote and lagoon ). Great value experience and highly recommend it. Our driver Cris and guide Lukas were both professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Planned early start paid off all the way as we were always ahead of crowds and were back for early dinner at the hotel. Thank you again

Just got off a catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres with Cancun Adventure. Catamaran #5 with Fernando Alvarado, What an awesome experience. The catamaran was safe and the crew was very attentive to safety as the sea was a little rough. Fernando provided information about shopping and what to watch out for and as to look for bargains. I would highly recommend this crew for a GREAT tour.

We booked our adventure through our hotel. The process was easy & completely hassle free. We got our confirmation then & right from pickup to the day on the boat everything went as advertised. Our driver was early picking us up, we arrived at the dock, our names & checkins were ready & we were on our way. The boat was BEAUTIFUL! It was clean, a great size & no mater where you sit its an amazing ride & view! I wish I could remember all the crews names because honestly EVERYONE was AMAZING!! Our host & guide Pedro was magnanimous! The sail starts with Pedro introducing himself & everyone, we leave the harbour for the open water & we are given instructions about the days events. To start Snorkel, then swim & paddle boards, a few hours on the Island & back to the harbour. All instructions were in Spanish & English making everything very easy to follow for everyone. Snorkeling was AMAZING!!! So many fish, so much sea life & even underwater statues. We were lucky enough to see a Stingray right under us! Light snack & drinks were a perfect to start the day after being in the ocean. The swim & paddle boards was a perfect way for anyone who didn’t want to snorkel 🤿 to get in & out of the water safely while the boat was anchored. Arrived on the Island 🏝 Pedro goes through meeting times, locations, local attractions & things we may want to do while here. Without getting into specifics he also warned us about some possible negatives to watch out for, your typical tourist traps & the people who target tourists just like anywhere you are on vacation and there are sneaky people, but because we had a heads up I can say we never encountered any of it & we walked around a large portion of the island, shopped & had an amazing lunch without anything negative happening to us. Pickup time was right on schedule, we got back on the boat & sailed back to Cancun. I can not say enough wonderful things about our Capitan, Pedro & the entire crew who looked after us the entire day! I really wish I had written everyones names down. This adventure was truly the absolute highlight of our entire vacation! Worth every dollar spent, from the cruise itself to the shopping to the lunch. The only negative I would have & this is NO fault of Cancun Adventures was the ride to & from our hotel. We stayed an hour away from Cancun so we were one of the 1st picked up & last dropped off. With all the guests our ride was 2hrs each way which meant we spent 1/2 our day in a van. We took the earliest start time & I’m VERY thankful we did because it was almost 5:30 when we finally got back to the hotel. I would recommend if you are farther than 45mins from Cancun get your own travel to dock. Again I can not fault Cancun Adventures for this & we WILL be going on more of their tours our next time back to Mexico (we go once a year) & will likely even do this one again! 5 star ⭐️ service! Outstanding People! Excellent way to spend the day! If you want Sail, Snorkel & see a beautiful tourist Island THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FOR YOU!!

It was a chill vibe with a few groups of people. If you are thinking millionaire yacht size with wagu this is not it. It is more like a couple quick day getaway to recharge for a few. You definitely will good with the drinks, music, sunset, and a quick fresh snack

Our tour guide, Bryan, was the best! We rented catamaran #9 and the whole day was amazing! The crew and the food were both great. We'll do it again for sure next time we are in cancun !

My family and I did the Cozumel sea safari and had Hugo and April running the tour and taking pictures and they were great! My dad is a bit of a weaker swimmer and Hugo stayed with my dad and they held on to a life ring through the entire thing! Was so happy with this experience! The pictures April was able to get are stunning! The sea safari itself was was very pretty and we saw a lot of fish and coral.

Trip to chechenitza with Lalo and Falcone. Fantastic trip: good explanations, very interesting visit of the Maya excavations, tasteful mexican food and tequila tasting. It starts early in the morning with a small group, so you avoid the very hot temperatures and the crowds. Very good concept and realization! Thank you for that brilliant day!!

The tour was excellent. ArĂşn, our guide is very knowledgeable about history and very entertaining. The driver, Jonathan, is excellent too. The food was very good too. The only uncomfortable thing is the roads to get to the places.
