Not consistent quality. Lacking cheese and meat. I ordered double pepperoni for an extra 50 pesos and didn't receive it. I asked the worker if this was supposed to be double pepperoni and he assured me it was correct. The bottom of the pizza wasn't fully cooked either. Go to Dominos if you are craving American pizza. The prices here are the same as the US but the pizza is not even close.

Sometimes you need aMexico. USA comfort when enjoying mexico. Pizzahut was good but beware in Mexico the cheese is a little different and don't expect Parmesean cheese as a topper, they give you catsup. Lol

Listen to the previous reviews. These people function on a totally different wavelength. I tried ordering from here 2x and the second time I had a stranger take me here and order my food for me. I don't recommend this place for people who don't speak Spanish even though I ordered online and gave them detailed directions which I translated to Spanish and the stranger who helped me confirmed that what I wrote was impeccable. I gave this place 3 stars cuz the food wasn't half bad but never again. I just had a moment of weakness but they don't deserve my money or yours.

Great service to order pizzas with the special flavor Pizza Hut handles. Great option and affordable. Maybe a little bit above the average price from other places, but it is worth it. If you are lucky you could find a spot to eat in, but no problem if you take it to go. I love the Grand hut (Big Foot option squared pizza) with sixteen squared slices ;). But they have many options like cheese border lover's, Cheesy lover's, and many tropicalized styles with Mexican toppings. You shall give it a try to grab a different taste and style.

I was actually surprise by the quality of the pizza. I was honestly expecting it to be horrible, but it was very well made. Only 4 stars because I asked for dipping sauce and they gave me ketchup, but hey if that's your thing then this would have been a 5 star experience

On the road in Mexico? Stick to places like Pizza Hutt for predictable and delicious food.

Purchased two pizza deliveries from this location on two occasions. First time th pizza was undercooked 2nd pizza was burnt. Would not recommend. Also the phone numbers keep getting changed on google. I have corrected twice now.

Pizza was a little on the "well done" side but other than that it was pretty good. Note that if you are calling in to order delivery or pickup you are routed to a central call center so be sure to know what the location of the restaurant is if you are picking up. Also, when picking up, they told us they don't finish cooking it until your arrive for pickup "so it will be hot and fresh" so allow an extra 5-10 minutes wait at the restaurant.

If you order peperroni, there is only 1 per slice. Staff did not provide receipt, but only a copy of credit card charge slip. Staff automatically selected coversion to USD for 5% extra profit. I will never ever go to Pizza Hut again!
