Nov.16, 2019 my wife and i had booked the room for 1 night only and we started to get a uneasy feeling from the start. We were greeted by a lady that looked suspicious and not overly friendly during the greeting. Once we arrived into the house (outside was dark) we could smell odors. The place was dirty, unclean, strong cigar smoke. My wife was not happy with the vibes she gave and the feeling of the house and decided to look for another place to stay. I ready many of the reviews in the past and many people really liked this place, it was close to the airport and a good price so i thought we were lucky to find it. I don't know if the management has changed? The inner house is a 1 Star rating at best! See photos of interior. If you have standards of comfort then you may wish to reconsider your stay here? There is a reason why they dont post any inside pictures.

In a gated community far from anything you could need. We arrived just after 23:00 and and to deal with security who didn’t seem to be expecting us. From there the property is presented much better in the images than it is. Breakfast not included in a B&B. No water in the room. You can do better.

This was an unexpected treat. At first, I was just looking for a place to stay near the airport; and this turned into a pretty cool experience. The hosts there were very accomodating in regards to any needs I had. I highly recommend and would stay again.

We definitely did not miss a flight, we were looking for a place to hangout while waiting for our flight to go home after my family had a flight earlier that day. We were clear on the phone we only needed it for less than a day and we were told no problem. We asked if we needed to make a reservation and we were told no and to just to come to the house. The only reason I was angry was because we could not find the house as the area is not developed. Once we found the house, we were told to ring so that a lady at the house could open the gate for us. After waiting for over 10 minutes the lady appeared and we told her our information and she walked away with nothing being said and left us outside the gate. I was upset and the guy we spoke to on the phone was yelling at us, he even had the audacity to ask us if we were drunk, yes we were wasted at 11am! LOL. Terrible customer service (I understand stuff happens but there could still be good customer service) and I definitely don’t recommend to others, my experience.

Such wonderful hosts. Very friendly and helpful. When I come back to Mexico it will be a must to stay here again. Only tip is that they do not take visa so have cash on hand.

Beware!!! Very difficult to get into the property, and staff is not professional. If you are a smoker, this is the place for you. If you like searching for a place to put your toothbrush or any personal items in the bathroom....forget it. The property owners take up all of space from their guest with their personal items. It is listed as a Bed and Breakfast. This is the first time, that breakfast was not a part of my stay..look for a better place to spend the night. This is not it!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE OF TRUE MEXICO!! Not some white wash hotel. The owners are a fantastic gay couple that really make you feel at home, serving breakfast each morning. It is a mini mansion in which you are renting a room. I LOVE the communal experience of meeting other travelers. This is the a VERY safe, gated neighborhood (with patrol on the street and taking a photo the I.D of everyone coming in) Good to know: -Pool & hotub -This is a large house, you are renting a room -Shared kitchen/living room/outdoor space -4 VERY sweet dogs -Safe, gated community -15 minutes from the airport

Safe. Warm. Friendly. Quiet. And the owners will take You out on the town if You do t have plans already. Breakfast included, puppies to snuggle, and a sexy jacuzzi in the backyard!

I got a cheap reservation and it's close to the airport, but can't recommend. They don't answer the phone. The beds were dirty, no running water all night, dead bugs all over the room, peeling wallpaper, stained blankets barely large enough for a child. I don't think they wash anything between guests. He did not mention the water was shut off. There was no water of any kind available or accessible. No amenities available, unlike the listing. There was AC. Website said there was an airport shuttle but there isn't; the man who checked us in offered to taxi us for a high PayPal only fee, didn't accept cash or credit cards. We had 2 additional people in the room; that fee was also demanded PayPal only, and they refused to accept the card we paid for the room with. Not explained until after we arrived. The community has high security, but this place was hard to find, and the room's frosted glass doors and poor conditions weren't confidence boosters. 15 mins to airport by car, but not walkable at all. The man who helped us was nice, but next time I will stick to an American brand hotel with working restrooms and clean sheets.

The location it's ok if you look for something close to the airport...but I don't recommend for long stay the owners never answer the calls to leave access too the taxy to the house I got to walk in the hot 🥵 ..when I get there one of the guys it was with alcohol breath tv had no remote control....beds was dirty....and it was a dog doing noise at the night.

When we arrived we found a large gate. We rung the doorbell several times and it took more 10 minutes for the host to come out. After arriving, he just brought us up to our room which is definitely more of a airbnb type of place. The room was ok but a little gross and definitely not as pictured. The location is within a private community with no food options nearby. For us this was an issue because not only could we not get food, but there were no taxis and the wifi did not work at all. This made it really difficult to do anything. The guy checking us in was not helpful. I would only reccomend staying here if you have your own car and can drive yourself.

The place is like a lovely Mexican “hacienda”. I think it was an holistic spa in the past and that is the atmosphere you feel there. Very peaceful, clean, and beautiful. Spacious room and bathroom. Very good shower!!!! It was like being at home!!.Good breakfast too!!! The owners are very nice and easy going. They helped me with anything I needed such as booking taxi service at 4am to go to the airport. It is about 15 min from Cancún Center and from the airport. Excellent experience!!!

This place is amazing, Mr. Oliver gave us a very friendly welcome and helped us booking a taxi to the airport. The property is extremely clean and quiet. You feel like you're at home. The Villa is 15 minutes from the airport and is not difficult to find if you use google maps. Enrique was also very friendly. I recommend Villa Airport B&B 100% especially is you need a nice, clean and quiet place to stay near the airport. It exceeded our expectations.
