This was the best experience I have ever had at any dentist office. I had a root canal procedure, I never felt it at all. Just the numbing. Several Crowns and two implants. I will fly back if I ever need and other dental work. They pick you up and take you back to your hotel. Santos you the best driver. Cancun dental staff 💯 % on point. My first time to mexico. I flew in specifically for a root canal and flew back the next day. They were better than expected and professional. They have all the equipment and are amazing! Only thing I didn't like was I thought I would pay $350 flat, ended up paying $100 more (total $450) for molar#15 root canal. All that being said, it was a lovely well executed dental visit. Even better than the US tbh.

This is the best dental care I have ever experienced in my life! The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding- I had 4 porcelain crowns, root canal, cleaning and gum contouring and what I paid at Dental Design would of been a fortune in the US! I came across Cancun Dental Design by searching for good dental reviews, it was the only office that had only great reviews. I went there because my dentist here on Kauai could not help me, but at first contact with their customer support person, Dr. Stevens in Texas, I found they were very competent and they assured me they could fix my smile. My first appointment was last February, where I had bone graphs, teeth pulled and temporary crowns and a bridge. The cost was amazingly reasonable and the work was professionally done. The thing that really blew me away was that all the other patients there were so happy. I went there with a bunch of teeth missing and left there the first day with a great smile. I just got back there in September and got two sinus lifts and an implant, with plans on going back to get two more implants and Permenant crowns. I found that all these other great reviews here were true. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was a patient September 2022. The treatment and customer service were world class. Before I ever left on my trip, the staff was super helpful. I am overjoyed by the fact that I was able to save money. But I know that I would not have gotten the same treatment had I been treated in the States even though I'd have to pay more than double. Five-star dental treatment and customer service. I would definitely do it again!

Cancun Dental provides great service and quality work. I highly recommend Cancun Dental. It was my first time in Mexico and I was not familiar with the logistics at the airport due the language barrier. When I arrived, Cancun Dental had a driver waiting for me to take me to my hotel and to and from my appointments. Frida was so helpful in coordinating my appointments and I always felt like I was in good hands. Dr Nora Contreras and her assistant Ariana Fajardo were so professional, courteous and helpful. They both worked late until midnight so that I would not miss my flight home to Orlando Florida the following day. 5 stars is not enough to rate Cancun Dental. For me, they deserve 100 stars. I never felt this was about money for Cancun Dental. It was all about quality workmanship and excellent service. I found Cancun Dental online but when I arrived all the patients that I met were happy with the service and the quality of their product, workmanship, professionalism and the expertise of their experience staff. Brian and I would love to thank Cancun Dental Design for their hard work and dedication in helping Brian get his smile back! Brian had inherited weak teeth genetics. His teeth started going bad in his 20’s and over the course of approximately 25 years he fought to maintain them best he could. When his front tooth (which was an implant he got @ age 28) started failing and the dentists in the states said it was time to think about dentures (partial or other) we started the research that led us to all on 4 implants. We know Brian's mouth was in bad shape because he needed 14 bone grafts (10 of them on the top). The bone loss was due to several missing teeth, The front tooth implant, and multiple root canals he’s had since his 20’s and on. The cost to do all on 4’s in the US for him was more than excessive. After doing a lot of research we found Cancun Dental Design who was rated #1 in the Cancun area for this type of procedure. His procedures took 1 year from start to finish with 3 trips to Cancun. The end results were spectacular! Brian never had a bad smile. We’ve been married 25 years, and his younger man smile was something I was always highly attracted to! It was sad to watch his smile disintegrate over the years and more …. He couldn’t eat properly. Cancun Dental design gave Brian his smile back, but more importantly his teeth function normally again. It was a long journey of 1 year, but it was worth it. We’d like to thank Dr. Hugo Zamora. Dr. Zamora is a master craftsman and smile designer. His assistant and his lab technician who makes the superstructures and adds the color work so well with him for the completed results. We also got to enjoy the culture, its people, and spend time in a simply gorgeous place. If you are thinking of going to Cancun to get dental work done, we highly recommend Cancun Dental Design. They’ve literally helped change our lives! The only advise we would add is....communicate well with them and ask lots of questions. This place is the best place you could ask for to get a new smile. I found this place looking into dental tourism and as a US citizen I was blow away about every aspect of there practice. From being picked up at the airport to getting picked up and dropped off for every appointment to the friendly greeting when you come in by the lovely receptionist it just starts off great and only gets better from there. I required a full mouth rebuild including 28 caps.....they did this in s week while giving treatment that would make most dentists astounded.

My husband and I just returned yesterday 6/25 from Cancun Dental Design after only 3 nights. My husband needed to have a root canal, 2 crowns, 3 fillings, deep cleaning and post and core. Our quote in the states, specifically TX was over $8,000 and would have insurance only putting $600 toward that number. Ridiculous, I know! Our entire trip, flight and hotel stay included was a quarter of the cost. The entire CDD team, Frida and Carlos as well as our booking agent Lorena were all very professional, kind and helpful during our entire trip. My husband was shuttled to and from each appt, we were given great detail to every procedure being done and communication was constant and clear. We thank and appreciate the CDD Team SO much!! High quality work, done precisely, efficiently and smoothly, pain free and just truly the best! We searched and researched in a matter of a week in order to make our trip just 2 weeks later as my husband had been having extreme pain all of a sudden. The thought of having dental work in Mexico… I was without a doubt skeptical!! Thankfully, my expectations were proven wrong. The doctors and staff at Cancun Dental Design were professional, skilled, organized, honest and very kind. Hands down, it was the best dental experience in my life. I originally made the trip for an implant. Once I realized I was in good hands, I had them do a root canal too. There were zero hidden costs. They arranged a driver for pick up/drop off at the airport and to/from the pharmacy. The Ocean front, all enclusive Parnassus Resort is literally 100 yards from the clinic. Great food and wonderful service. The property is a little dated but I will stay there again when I return for my crowns. I did some research and called them up, I spoke with Edgar and all he needed was my flight information the following day. Once he received my flight number he literally took care of everything from airport transportation to resort booking and dental scheduling. The staff was amazing from the first X-rays and consultation all the way through the procedures needed. Pricing was incredibly fair and top quality work, all 3 days they had me on the beach by 2:00… 10/10

They do a great job. After initially having an issue with something, they bent over backward to make it right. The dentist I had, Dr Hugo, was a perfectionist and made sure my bite was aligned after my crown was placed. His assistant, Elvita, was so sweet and made me so comfortable. I've worked in dentistry for a long time and was married to a dentist and can see that they follow protocols plus take extra steps such as extra impressions and bite wing xrays after crowns are placed to make sure it's ok. My brother had two root canals and two crowns as well and is very pleased. Highly recommended!

I had new front teeth done at this clinic in April. I wanted to wait a few months with the review to find out how my surroundings react to the work of the doctors. Even though I am from Europe, I will never regret investing time and more money for a trip to Cancun. I am completely satisfied with the work of the dentists. Staff and dentist was absolutely great. This was my second visit which I received my implants and new dentures. My first trip was awesome and I have 1 more trip left to finish out my dental treatment. I would recommend cancun dental to anyone especially my lived ones. My brother had his dental done here as well and look slide my aunt will hopefully join me on my last visit which will be her first. I am so happy to be able to smile and not hide my bad teeth and to be able to eat and chew food is great.

Today I completed a 20 month journey to fix my smile 😁. This was my third trip to Cancun Dental. This time around my Dentist was Dr. Fernando, his technician was Elvira and front deck was Carol. Dr. Fernando: Was able to communicate with me in English and kept me abreast of where we were in the process. This trip was to place an implant bridge on the right upper side and a conventional bridge on the right lower. He has excellent bed side manners. Ensured I didn't feel any pain and exhibited exceptional dental techniques and abilities. He was very personable and always asked if I had any questions for him Elvira: This was the second time Elvira was my technician. Very pleasant and outstanding bedside manner. From my second trip, she remembered and informed Dr. Fernando that the anesthesia was slow to take effect on me. She has a technique of massaging the area where the anesthesia was injected to try and expedite it's affects. It's very soothing and relaxing in a dental environment. Thank you so much!!! Carol: Very timely in scheduling my pick ups and drop offs. Friendly and personable. Scheduled my 0400 pick up to the airport for my departure. I now have a completely restored smile 😁. Cancun dental is a respectful, professional and honest facility. The work they completed was significantly less than their original quote based upon what I told them I wanted and X-rays I had provided from the United States. Once I got to their facility, they quickly took their own X-rays and devised an execution strategy which was most practical and cost effective: Two conventional bridges, two implant bridges and crowns on all other teeth. Three extractions were also a part of that plan. They used as many of my original teeth as possible. Today was the culmination of that plan and I must admit I am happy with the results. I have a beautiful smile again and more importantly, I can eat food the way it is supposed to be eaten.

They arrange free airport transfers and to/from your appointments, so you don’t have to worry about uber/taxis. The staff is very friendly. I just got back from getting some work done at Cancun Dental Design. I had 2 root canals, 10 crowns and changed some of my old fillings. At first I was very scared and nervous it was my first time getting dental treatment outside of US. But once I met the ladies who worked on my teeth all my worries went away. They are so gentle, caring and truly amazing . On my 3rd day I was in the chair for about 5 hours till 10pm. I was exhausted! But the ladies they didn't rush , they were all taking their time to make sure everything looks perfect. All I can say , that you're in good hands with Cancun Dental Design . All my visits for consultation and procedures were fantastic! The back-office manager, Carlos and front desk staff were very accommodating, super friendly. The doctors were very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the procedure before and after, and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Very appreciative of this practice! Could not have had more of an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and genuinely interested to help me. They provided me with such ease and comfort during my exam, surgical procedures: painless, full mouth extractions-Dr. Guevara, and traditional dentures-Dr. Edith and her assistant Carlos are the best, and really made me feel comfortable. Overall amazing experience and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

This was life changing for me. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and did a fantastic job. Honestly, I was nervous from the beginning. From being picked up from the airport to my first consult to a week later everyone was so friendly, patient, helpful and hard working! The amount of time each of the doctors took was amazing. When I was nervous before the procedure, Nurse Gibran was so helpful and calming. My next steps included working with Doctora Nora regularly and she genuinely spent so much time creating the right fit for me. Her determination for the right smile was extremely evident! Juan and Eduardo were awesome to work with and the staff from the lab came in to meet, listen and collaborate with the process. Everyone was part of the team. I wasn't sure when I started which was the best dental group to go with but I'm 100% thankful I did my research and found Cancun Dental Design.

Had a full mouth crown restoration and couldn’t be any happier with these guys. Dr. Zamora and his entire team are extremely professional and competent. This team of experts were better than any dentist team I’ve ever experienced in the USA. The prices are incredible too compared to USA. I don’t normally leave reviews but they’re just too good not to share with others.

Jasmine and Laura were absolutely amazing! They were both very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. The other staff, and especially my dentist are friendly and professional. The dental work is absolutely beautiful! my dentist works hard to ensure that your smile is naturally beautiful! I will share my photos once my work is complete. A tip for new comers, please be sure to book at least 8-10 days for your visit. I made the mistake of not staying 8 -10 days as recommended and have to return to complete my work. However, it is still worth the extra trip!

Don't look anywhere else! I highly recommend this clinic - very open and truthful with their prices and services. They picked me and my family up from the airport/to and from the hotel for appointments. Very friendly and informative dentists and nurses. I went in for an extraction, 6 fillings, 2 root canals and one crown, and it cost 1/4 of what I would've paid in Texas! I will be back to get my crown and my veneers! Seriosuly, don't waste your money on American dentists! They wasted my time and money with little knowledge. These people are fantastic!

I had an incredible experience with Cancun Dental Design! This was my first time to get any work done outside of the United States, and this place was great. I came over from Texas in hopes of getting veneers done, but due to my existing teeth, I went with nine new crowns instead (all on top). I’m extremely happy with the way they look! They were able to do all of my x-rays, scans, prep, impressions and final crowns in three appointments over four days. Dr. Hugo Zamora, Gemma, Ariadna, Eduardo all did a tremendous job and the front office staff to great care of me. I stayed at a hotel 30 minutes away from the clinic, but they still provided transportation to and from each appointment, as well as arrival and departure at the airport. The price is unbeatable, and the value you get for the price is even better. I was worried this may be a “too good to be true” situation, but they cared for me well and I feel like the service I was received was better than I would have gotten in the US for triple the cost. My husband and I went to Cancun Dental Design to do the dental work and we were very satisfied with the work quality they provide. Dra Aleida was very attentive and she did an excellent job at retreating my root canal. I had a feeling I was in good hands. Dra Fernanda with assistants Tiffany and Eduardo took care of my fillings and a molar crown. My teeth feel and look great now thanks to these specialists. They explained the whole treatment process and answered any question I had. Laura and Jazmin are wonderful front desk stuff, they helped us with arranging appointments and transportation. The level of treatment, service, and patience myself along with my husband was remarkable. The entire team, including wonderful Benjamin went above and beyond our expectations. Very professional, warmful, and very helpful in everything during my full mouth dental implant procedure. It has been over 6 months since they placed my permanent prosthesis and I haven't had any problem at all. They even call you once every 2-3 months to be up to date with your recovery.
