Has been approximately two years since I had my smile reconstruction at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry. I decided to wait before providing a review to see the true results. I also recently returned for a follow up visit. I flew into Cancun and had a full smile reconstruction in October 2021. Was quoted 30k for the same work at my local cosmetic dentist, My initial experience with Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry was very good. The staff was fantastic. Special recognition to service representative Elizabeth. I was assisted with transport from the airport. I was advised on lodging nearby, which was extremely convenient to the office. The description of the procedure was extremely clear. I was also offered a 500.00 special where I was able to sleep the entire time. I have even met with a cosmetic dentist in the states who I continue to see after my procedure and the response was positive. I have found the dental work to be of high standard. I recommend Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone wishing to have implants dentures veneers, or any general or Cosmetic Dentistry work to use Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry.

I felt at home. I received the best care since I arrived. They explained all the treatment I required and also gave me options that fit my budget. Widely recommended.

I first went to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry about a year ago for snap in dentures. At the time I thought it sounded too good to be true. In fact it was better!! The entire experience was beyond my wildest dreams ending with a beautiful, natural looking smile. Recently I developed a problem with my dentures that meant they needed to be replaced. True to the warranty, Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry redid my whole mouth. My debt of gratitude goes out to everyone at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry. Especially to Dr Yessenya and Dr Diana. Also Dr Carlos. These docs are real pros. Daphne, Mark and most of all Elizabeth made my experience seamless and most comfortable. In my country, this level of treatment is only available to the very privileged but with Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry it’s within everyone’s reach.

The whole staff is just simply amazing . Very nice wonderful beautiful people. Dr Carlos and Dr. Jonathan are the best dentist Anywhere ever. I felt no pain. They promised me that it wasn’t going to hurt and it didn’t ..omg I never go to any dentist where it didn’t hurt.when I say no pain, I mean absolutely no pain. I didn’t feel any pain. From the front desk to everyone there. Beautiful amazing astounding people . I love me some Cancun smile dentist. And Daphne and Dr Olivia and Dr Germain.what a beautiful staff. I wish I worked there.👍😋❤️

Please do not fall for Dr. Arzate's full mouth reconstruction marketing machine. He will sell you the work, welcome you to the office and reassure you of his reconstructive skills, take your full payment.....and disappear!!!. The entire maxillary arch now needs to be broken and redone in the US - Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry didn't even angle the implant supported crowns correctly. Once you are put to sleep, Arzate vanishes, and you awake in the hands of a junior dentist - who could not even unscrew implant supported crowns (using the wrong screwdriver). We were informed Arzate had an emergency and was never seen again. Upon returning for further care a month later, he again had an emergency and never showed up. (Check other Google reviews - this is apparently the modus operandi at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry). Furthermore, standard abutments as opposed to custom abutments were used - of course creating incorrect teeth angulation. I have now lost 39 lbs since that dismal visit because mastication (occlusion is down to a single molar) makes the jaw lock up and speech has become very difficult due to persistent spasming. Also, be prepared to visit endless practices upon returning to the US. Most Prosthodontists don't even want to touch this case since in blunt terms - my occlusion in essentially ruined. The crowns are overly contoured, the restoration created an open bite, open proximal contacts between some teeth hold an entire steak. We are informed this will almost certainly result in implant failure if not redone. Do yourself a favor and don't fall for the 1/2 price of what it costs in the US. You may never recover from the inauspicious treatment. We believe attached scan taken upon departure evidences the botched work.

Had my first appointment here for an implant, and wow! Very impressed with my procedure! Wonderful people, they were so accommodating and so helpful with all of my questions! Made me feel comfortable and truly cared for! Having dental work done in a different country was something I was nervous about but they made me feel so confident! I’m looking forward to coming back for the grand finale! A real tooth! Thanks to everyone involved, especially Mark for quickly responding to all of my questions and emails(there was a lot)! From the time i contacted CCD and received my initial consultation from Dr Azarte, my experience could not have been better. Every step in process from the initial extractions to the final Dentures and Crowns was professional and caring. Everyone I worked with (Dr, Elizabeth, Dr Julian, Dr Eric, Dr Azarte, Dr Carlos, Patty, Elizabeth, Enid (and a few I'm forgetting) always made sure I understood the process and checked on me every step of the way even when I was home between visits. The final result was better than i ever expected and at a price i could actually afford. This never could have happened at home. My experience mirrors that of the 3 other friends that have had dentures and crowns done at CCD and I would recommend this practice and their work to others that need it. Finally, for the first time in many years I can genuinely smile and not be ashamed and that has been the best result of all.

Dr Roberto was excellent and patient. took in my daughter for tooth pain in a promptly . Ended up a root canal reasonably priced . Very caring team

Dr. Roberto is an amazing dentist. I have had several procedures with him (7 crowns and 1 bridge). He is very personable and professional. He makes sure that everything is done right, looks good and feels good. He also recommended that I use night guards when I sleep because I tend to clench my teeth and that affected my teeth a lot. This was one reason I had to have crowns on four of my front teeth. It was easy to get used to the guards, I slept better and my wife says I do not snore anymore 😂

Cancun Cosmetic Denstistry, what can I say other than Exceptional. Daphne and Lucy were awesome they provided great customer service, but I cannot forget Dr. Elizabeth who is an absolute Rock Star, I had total implants done for my whole mouth, and she did an absolute wonderful job she was very patient took her time and always made sure I was ok and her quality of work is Terrific. I sometimes think they are my original teeth. The whole staff is absolutely great. I highly recommend them for anyone looking quality and affordable dental work. My wife will be going back have some non implant work done this how much we trust and believe in their work. Thanks Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry for giving me the ability to enjoy food again.

Amazing working, love the results. Had Elizabeth as a doctor she was beyond amazing, very gentle and friendly. Made everything look perfect. Dylan was another genuine guy , very friendly and humble to talk to in the morning. My overall experience and trip was amazing and worth it , I would recommend it to anyone who ask. I had crowns put on my teeth due to their shifting and periodontal disease and they look incredible! The people are kind, informative, and most of all, they care about how you feel about the experience. It's really hard to know you're making the right choice when going to a dentist abroad, but I saw the previous reviews and it was better than expected, the entire office is very clean and well laid out, everybody from reception to the dr, to the assistants were all so nice and helpful. Always making sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. The crowns I had out in were a shade off at first so I asked to change colour, and it was no big deal to them at all, totally willing to work with me on whatever the situation was. They also told me to text them with any questions or concerns, helped me out with areas around cancun, all around great experience, I highly recommend.

I can’t say enough Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry has changed my life! The staff was amazing they care about you and your progress. Shout out to Dr. Olivia! She is amazing! Also my main coordinator Daphne the process is crazy but she makes you feel at ease always checking in on you. From the bottom of my heart I thank all of you! The dentist here really care about you. They call and check on you after your visit.. & u can text them and always walk in.. yes they take walk ins.I love the entire staff. Dr Germain, is the best he’s the owner. And he’s very busy. But the dentist Dr Carlos, Dr Olivia and Dr Johnathan are the best this is the first time I ever went to the dentist and had very little pain. I had 8 teeth pulled. the other beauty of this is that it’s not as expensive as NY it’s almost half the price. I will keep coming back here to do my teeth. They really know how to treat you.. and my new teeth look amazing..I’m getting implants I have to wait 4 months . And Very little pain.. thank you CanCun dental 👍👍👍❤️

I can’t say enough about everyone at Cancun Cosmetic dentistry. I broke my front tooth and chipped 2 others while in Mexico. On recommendation from my resort, I got an appointment the next day. After x-rays, root canal, post and crown all completed in the 2 weeks I was there my front teeth were fixed. Dr Saucedo did my root canal which was totally painless. Dr Roberto did the crown and cleaned and whitened my teeth as well. Elizabeth and Daphne were very helpful with questions and forms I needed to file for insurance after I got home. Everyone was so nice and caring in the entire office. I will go back for regular dental care next time I am in Mexico.

I have a daughter in the dentistry business and she takes very good care of me. However her practice is in the U.S. My need for a serious amount of crowns, posts, root canal’s and a 4 tooth bridge and I am in Cancun for many months and while here found “Cancun Cosmetics Dentistry”, at a mall called Plaza Las Americas, that I shop at weekly. One day I just stepped in and asked about their services, and low and behold, I came across the most friendly group of employees who treated me as and old friend, I went back again and had a very professional consultation about what they thought I should have done to my bad looking teeth that I neglected over the years and at 72 there was a lot of bad teeth. I was told that I could have a new and better looking set of teeth, everyone I spoke to reassured me that this was all possible in just a few days, so I decided to go through with it and everything went like clockwork, and everyone who came in contact with me treated me so well, I felt special. Even the cleaning crew acted like friends! Dr. Yessenya, she was my Dr. and a customer service woman by the name of Elizabeth were so amazing at making the best of something that I dreaded for years one of the most pleasing oral operations I ever had, the care was beyond belief, and the continued follow ups and texts asking if I am doing well and if I was happy with the job they did, something I was not used to, and it made me feel a bit special to say the least. Bottom line is, if you are in need of cosmetic dentistry and wondering where to go I would be willing to say you too will be surprised at the quality and care given to you by the entire staff that you will be happy you had chosen them. You cannot go wrong.

From the moment I walked in to the office I felt like I was with friends and family and not in a dentist office. Dr Germán was awesome funny and professional, his staff are outstanding and their service was incredible.. My experience was unimaginable. I have to admit that I was a little afraid. But looking back now, there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The entire staff treated me like family and took wonderful care of me. Its been a year now and I am still amazed at the beautiful smile that they gave me. Don't hesitate. Make the trip. Dr. Arzate and staff are simply the best. He installed my 16 implants in 2018 and they are still doing great. I have seen many dentist in the states over the years and Dr. Arzate is by far the best and most caring. I have been to Cancun twice to see him and each time I leave more impressed. He is very qualified, he hears me , and treats me with respect. His office is inside a fabulous mall and is very safe. My last trip.. I went alone. His office is so so clean and he has the latest technology. I would recommend him to anyone but especially those needing implants and more extensive care.

On February of 2022 I visited Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry at Cancun, Mexico looking for a full mouth restoration. Due to periodontist disease I've begun losing my teeth on both arches. I met up with Dr. German Arzate which was very pleasant, understanding, knowledgeable & professional. He created a plan of treatment for me at a very affordable price at least 1/3 of the price it would've cost in U.S.A. Stage 1 began surgery " All on 4 " on the lower arch & bone graft on the upper arch due to chronic bone loss during the years of wearing a top denture prosthesis. After surgery, I was given an appointment everyday for the 8 days I spent in Mexico for post-surgery evaluation under the care for Dr. Elizabeth which, I must acknowledge was very professional, patience, knowledgeable, attentive to all my concerns and questions, and as a bonus very attractive to look at I must include. Six months later after implants healing on August I returned to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry for the 2nd stage of the treatment and met up with Dr. Rolando which was assigned to complete my treatment of inserting 8 mini implants on my upper jaw, preparing my lower jaw for my all on 4 final prosthesis, & basically creating the beautiful teeth & smile I have today, for a faction of the price I would have paid in the states. My implants are all healed, I get so much compliments on how great my teeth look & I can eat anything I want. Never been so satisfied with my smile as I am today. Thankso to all the wonderful staff at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry and their beautiful & very clean facility. I would greatly recommend Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry at the amazing Cancun Mexico for all dental cosmetics in creating your beautiful teeth & smile. The staff at Cancun Cosmetics Dentistry are all so awesome!!!! From the time that you walk in the door it’s an inviting experience. All the doctors are so great… One doctor who was just outstanding was Dr Elizabeth. She has a calm sweet personality and she listen to everything you tell, she takes her time she doesn’t make you feel like a patient. You feel more like you are the only person she is caring for at the time of all your visits. She is the absolute best doctor. I have seen a lot of dentist and I was afraid of them all. But not Dr Elizabeth. Her quality is also 100%. You will love ❤️ the office and my favorite doctor. Dr German is also a genius and amazing doctor. He is talented and kind beyond words. The entire staff is fabulous. They actually care about you go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied. They all treat you like family. The Doctors and Surgeons are fantastic! Once I was finished with everything, DR. A as he calls himself, the lead surgeon and sculptor saw me as I was leaving and asked if he could examine my new implants. He was not satisfied and made several more adjustments before allowing me to leave the office. This is the level of service that you receive at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry. They have top of the line equipment, very clean, and a very impressive staff. I highly recommend them for any major dental work. They removed all of my teeth and gave me mini-implants with snap in dentures. Absolutely love my new teeth. Whole procedure took only 6 days. Lack of communication. My teeth have broken every single year for the last 3 years. The first round of permanent implants were done by a dentist who had no experience. My actual dentist got pregnant and was sick so I got stuck with someone who is brand new. My teeth were not white….they were pink with white fronts. I was so embarrassed. After one month, they started to break and within the year they had actually cracked and were falling out of my mouth. I had to hop on a plane one week before my sons high school graduation. I am now going down a third time because miscellaneous teeth have broken again. This time they refused to send a taxi for us from the airport. They also insisted we come for 10 days. We had to take extra time off of work and spend more money on a hotel. When they scheduled my appt, they didn’t even book me the first day! While everybody is super nice while you’re down there, Mark, my coordinator was super rude. The first time I had signed up in 2020 my coordinator was Paula and she was absolutely amazing. The second time I went down there, she was gone and I had to deal with someone else. I sent message after Message, for over 6 months and no one would answer me regarding my broken teeth. They finally answered and I am on my way down there AGAIN! Going Back to 2021, with my first set…day one with a newly graduated DR (because mine called in sick,) they were so unbelievable uncoordinated, including the fact that I had a young DR who no clue what he was doing. During that first visit, they picked us up from the airport and took us straight to the dental clinic. We had an eaten and slept in almost 24 hours. They told us that I had a 45 minute appointment so my husband walked around the mall waiting before he went to check into the hotel. He checked back in after an hour and they told him it would still be another 45 minutes. After FOUR hours I was finally finished with day 1. I’ve had to fly down there, total in 3 years, five times now due to my teeth breaking. At this point it was almost cheaper to stay here in the states between taking time off work, getting a hotel, taxi fares And airfares. Now that my warranty is over, I definitely will not be going back.

I started watching videos and looking at the website in about 2018 went got xrays at my local dentist sent them via email and got a personalized video back from Dr.Azarte but then life happened and I was actually not able to get there until March 2023 I called Patty up she explained in great detail all the prices gave me recommendations for the hotels and set up all my appointments I also got airport pick up information each step of the way was with open and precise communication. I went to Cancun all by myself I never felt unsafe I was greeted at the office by Enid and Elizabeth the concierge and they automatically make you feel at ease literally very helpful and wonderful ladies. Dr Azarte and Dr Carlos did such an amazing job I had no pain very minimal swelling and a bit of soreness in a few areas which was to be expected. I did have to go back in September and voiced a few concerns after months of healing things had changed but my warranty covered the repair and Dr Lara took such good care of me. This facility has such great customer service the doctors are so personable the cleanliness the beautiful art pieces/sculptures The beaches the beautiful Mexican culture the shopping mall the food everything was worth it especially the prices. Thanks to CCD I have gotten my confidence back and now I light up every room I walk into with my beautiful smile. 😃It’s only been 7months and Im still adjusting but have had an overall great experience thus far.
