    All I have to say is they don't communicate and worst of all at 230 in the morning they never showed up to bring our group to the airport they have yet to respond to any of us. They left us at the resort we had to call a taxi an hour later just to get to the airport. Were going to request for a full refund. They are completely useless If you are reading this DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They don't care. They answered 3 days ago to tell me the wrong time and we fixed it immediately days ago with them. How they had the wrong info idk but we were in contact 3 days ago only answered with a very short text message and never responded again. I would reccomend everyone to never use this company. This is defy the most recent review. Take my word and do not trust them. They are horrible people to have left me and my family at the resort at 230am. And its 7pm I made it home to New Jersey and I still have yet to hear from any one.... whoever is in charge of this you should be ashamed and I hope your company gets shut down its disgusting what we had to go through this morning the stress you put on my family. Worst company in the world DO NOT BOOK WITH DISCOVA

    Miranda, our driver, was FABULOUS! He was very courteous the second we got in the car. He asked us if we had all our belongings before we left the hotel and if we were comfortable. Very safe driver as well! During the ride, he asked us about our time in Mexico, which made for a lovely conversation. I was even able to ask him questions about Mexico and if he recommended any places to visit in the future (his cenote/coral reef suggestions were great!!). This is the kind of experience that makes traveling to and from the airport a piece of cake. When we arrived he helped us out of the van and with our luggage. Miranda provided excellent service that makes us want to book with Olympus tours again! Te veremos pronto!!!

    Words don't even come close to telling you how great the service and the drivers were towards the Williams family during our stay on Mexico. Pick up to and from the airport was punctual and informative. Felipe shared his knowledge about various topics and was very professional and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone traveling to Mexico.

    Efficient and professional. Our driver, Moranda was great. He took his time to make use feel comfortable and drove us safely to our resort. On our return trip to the airport we had a great conversation with Antonio, our driver. He gave us some background history on Cancun and was very professional! Thanks for the ride!

    Worst Possible way to get to Resort from Airport--better off hitchhiking!! I understand Discova Americas is part of Olympus Tours. First, we have travelled 7 times to the Cancun area and have always been happy to book a private transfer from the airport. Until we encountered Discova. We booked return transport in a 'luxury private car' along with our resort booking (Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya) as it seemed simple. After several weeks, multiple emails and calls to Hyatt as well as to 'Transport Zilara' which is the name Discova uses for Hyatt guests, we couldn't get confirmation of the transportation. We left home without it and their email arrived while we were in transit to Cancun. Not ideal, and a big waste of time following up with them when we were trying to get ready to go. One of their reps told me we'd have to go to the "Welcome Bar" to meet the driver, which concerned me as prior pickups were at the airport doors, but when the instructions arrived they were quite clear. On exiting the airport, we found the Discova rep with a sign that had our name on it--always a happy sight--along with 8 or 10 other names. He told us to go wait by the wall and he'd get our driver. We were patient for 20 minutes, then went back to inquire and were fobbed off with comments about the traffic (when is the traffic NOT bad at Cancun airport at 1PM?) and some accident. We were tired, thirsty and needed to use a bathroom, but he told us we had to wait there, standing with our luggage in big crowds of people leaving the airport. We found a taxi who quoted $70 for a private ride but the Discova rep said we'd forfeit the $268 we paid for round-trip. After 55 minutes standing in the sun and multiple inquiries and watching many other groups arrive and leave with their drivers, the rep walked us through the parking areas to an old rattley van with a pleasant driver. They didn't have the promised ice water and beer, but rounded up a warm beer for my husband. I had to ask the driver to stop at a convenience store for water as I was feeling quite ill. Just to make us very sure we never wanted to see Discova again, they told us we had to be picked up for our return 8:30 AM flight at 3:30 AM. For what purpose?? The traffic at 4 or 5 AM is not that bad, the resort was 45 minutes from the airport. It was a private car so no other pickups. We refused to use their transfer back and the Hyatt did waive the fee. We got a car through another company for 5AM and were at the airport, checked in and through security by 6:10 with nearly 2 hours to spare.

    I have used Olympus Tours a few times and it has always been excellent in every category. Mike Miranda was very friendly and a great driver! Everything was perfect and we would use him and Olypus tours again!

    México is wonderful, everyone we have met is very friendly and accommodating. We appreciate Mike from Olympus tours that drove us from the hotel to the airport😁 sad to go back to New York!

    We were greeted promptly and with a smile by Juan Miguel. We immediately felt special and well cared for as he introduced us to our driver Mike Miranda. Then he gave us some cool towels to freshen up as he poured us some sparkling wine. Then we were off to Playa Del Carmen. Mike did a great job making us feel comfortable on our drive. We would highly recommend Olympus Tours Cancun!!!

    Miranda was very helpful, polite and so courteous. I felt relaxed and safe on my drive from the airport to my hotel. He made sure he kept us informed and comfortable the entire ride. I definitely recommend his services in the future. Great driver. .

    Please do not use Discova’s shuttle service to or from the airport. Our current flight has been delayed 2.5 hours with the possibility for further delays or cancellation, but Discova is refusing to modify our pickup time. This would put us at the airport over 5 hours before our flight with the possibility of being stuck there overnight. So now we have to order an Uber , which we should have done in the first place and end up paying for both. This customer service is absolutely unacceptable and shows zero care for the well being of their customers.

    From the moment my family and I landed we had an awesome time. We had a private transfer from the airport to the hotel. Our driver's name was Gamboa. I hope I spelled it right. Looks like that on his business card. He asked the short cut or the scenic route. Of course the fastest way is best. Then our tour representative, Jamie was awesome. We missed him on our arrival date due to many tequila shots. But he did call me to set up our pick up time. Everyone is very professional and personal. Can't wait to see them in September and again in November. It's because of the great service we keep going back.

    Our private transfer was great! Going to our hotel and back to the airport from our hotel was super easy. Our driver back to the airport, Miramda, was friendly and incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed our conversation with him and the vehicle was nice a clean, just what we’d expect from a transfer service. Definitely recommend this transfer service and Cancun!!

    I stayed with a party of 6 at Panama Jack Cancun (awesome resort) and we booked a day excursion to Xcaret through Discova for Sunday April 18th. They drove us an hour to get there only to find out that the resort is closed on Sundays. This is clearly stated on the Xcaret website. This was our last full day in Mexico and half of it was wasted in a senseless 2 hour drive and multiple hours dealing with the local representative Esteban and on the phone with his manager Mario who authorized the credit. They took down our credit card information and said a full refund would be processed but no credit has happened so now I am disputing the charges via my credit card company. Total money they did not return to us is $1050.00. In addition to this fiasco, we also booked airport transfers with them. That was a mess. They literally contacted me 4 times to confirm my pick up time and then they still showed up early and the driver was annoyed with me that he had been waiting. I do not recommend Discova.

    Their mistake on our first day of our trip created a series of events that messed up all of the remaining days of our vacation. They were not even available by phone on the day of their mixup.

    Mike Miranda was and always is the best. So nice. So accommodating. He has been our driver the last two times to Cancun and always hope he is for our returning visits. Thanks Mike! Olympus Tours cars are so nice, clean and they make you stay so much easier!
