I'm only giving this review for the Columbus Romantic Cruise tour. I have not done any of their other tours or activities they offer yet. I write yet because I will be looking into this company to hopefully do other activities moving forward. I will say the Columbus Romantic Cruise was really good. The food was very good in flavor and the portions was just right. Lobster plus Steak with mixed vegetables and baked potatoe. The ship/boat was very nice in being taken care off with cleanliness. The staff was on point, they did everything they could do in order to make it memorable for the customers. The service was always with a smile and they always asked if you needed anything more. I not only will recommend them but I will go as far to say, I look forward to doing this again on my next visit to the Cancun Mexico area.

Nice Romantic dining & dancing experience on a Pirate ship. Went with my wife to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary and had a very nice time. Good people, decent food and remarkable scenery. There is a saxophone player as a one man band and he knows how to set the scene as we boarded. The only downside is that there isn't much room to walk around and dance which in turn actually makes it quite intimate. Someone proposed to their soon to be wife during our cruise and it was amazing. We danced, dined, laughed and enjoyed the scenery of Cancun on a beautiful sunset. The surf and turf was so so but still looked amazing and staff was remarkably friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a memorable 3rd year anniversary. I definitely recommend taking this cruise if you wish to have a wonderful time!!

Very well run organisation and the crew we had were very knowledgeable on the local area, taking us to a fantastic place to snorkel. Thank-you Captain Lucas, Victor and Fernando for your friendliness and understanding.

We went on this boat tour whilst being promised a party boat with unlimited drinks included. Paid 700$ fee for a group of 10 guys. Once on board we weren’t allowed to drink for another hour, which was fine by us we just waited. We had 3 beers each on board, went off at the first stop and had another 4 beers in the island. Once coming back the tour operator which I uploaded a picture of said we were too drunk, weren’t allowed back on the boat and basically had to take back the public ferry. The catamaran had another stop at the included buffet, so we decided to take a taxi there as it was on the same island. After arriving the employees came right away and said we weren’t allowed in and had to leave. The guy on the picture then called the police on us, said we were very aggressive and drunk which is complete nonsense! I wouldn’t recommend this boat tour to any people that look for a bit of a party boat. After we got arrested had to stay in jail for 5 hours on the island, and had to pay a 500 US DOLLAR$ fine. Genuinely insane!!!!

We went on Columbus tour on July 15. The handlers were amazing. Very friendly hosts. Food and drinks were included and they served large quantities too. I was able to eat only 40 percent of the food they supplied. There was live music too. In my experience, it is appropriate for couples only. The only short fall I noticed is the space to move with in the boat.

Booked this trip off of a recommendation. It wound up not being the same trip or expected boat ride. If you are looking for "Capt. Ron" charter with a little love boat mixed in.....this is the cruise for you. It wasn't what we were looking for, unfortunately. But it was a sunset cruise with surf and .

Snorkeling was a really cool here, They gave you 30 min to be either shallow water or deep water, plus the water are crystal clear, and you're seeing all the fish swimming underneath you! So much enjoyed 😊 The actual boat ride is ok. You can get better and faster and more upgrdad boats for this price range. But it is well coordinated!

Boy oh boy, what an experience !! We chose the Columbia Moonlight romantic dinner cruise and it rekindled our love life with this one. I won’t lie - the dinner was very average. We opted for the veggie dinner over steak, but that was a B-. However the dessert with the chocolate heart garnish was just the right touch we needed. But is this about the dinner? No, it’s not about dinner. It’s about your partner, your passion for your better half, your love and only love ❤️💕💞 I must confess - the 2.5 hours cruise sailed in a jiffy, and I’m not someone who gets lost in time that easy. The live band, the breeze, the short smooth slow sail, followed by the float in the middle of waters with the view of 270 shore, and yes - you and your partner under moonlight sets up the mood, and lights up the romance. Everything on the service was on the right meter. The captain was awesome, the host was splendid, and the waiting staff treated us royally. Now if I’ve to add my $.02 advise, 1. The photo package is a staple. I wish we had an on-call photographer. I am cognizant of the possible privacy intrusion, but I wish we had a photographer on board for a romantic snap or two at our beg and call. Also wish we had digital photos also. 2. Be consistent. Our friends who went on the same cruise next day felt it was subpar. The missing hearts in the dessert, the slow dance on the upper deck on the sail back to dock seemed to be missing. Those littles sweet nothings, amplified the experience for sure. Overall, it was an experience of a lifetime, and we would do this once more, and once more, and once more. Spoiler alert: the romance doesn’t stop at the cruise ;-) you should try it, to feel it.

Friendly staff. Surf and turf was well seasoned! They really try to create a memorable experience. Smaller intimate group was nice.

I really wanted to do this activity but could not find an easy and relatively cheap way to get to the harbour from Puerto Morelos. Thanks to the Rep that was onsite on our hotel, they had a deal that included roundtrip hotel transportation and so went ahead and booked it. I was really excited about the idea of driving my own speedboat but never I would have imagined it to be THAT fun. OK, the boats were a bit tired, but the engines looked relatively new and were powerful enough to take use through the waters at high speed. Honestly I was really sad when the tour ended. I wanted more! Also very surprisingly, the spot we stopped at for snorkeling was the best I experienced in Cancun. The water was crystal clear, shallow and full of fishes. TIP: Note that there are a few companies offering this tour. Most of them depart from the middle of the Cancun Hotel Zone whereas this one leaves from the very top of the zone. The Rep recommended it for that reason as you have more time on the boat!

The nighttime romantic cruise was excellent, including all hosts involved. I would have preferred authentic Mexican cuisine, but the steak was still a banger.

We did a great romantic dinner tour with these guys through the GoCity pass. Would highly recommend the evening as it was great value and all-you-can-drink with really nice food.

We had an amazing experience on the Columbus Romantic Tour aboard the gorgeous Galeon. I would recommend this experience to everyone. Very romantic with a saxophone playing while we enjoyed the most delicious food and drinks.

Specific ONLY to the Jungle Tour (I cannot condone the Dolphin experiences). We loved driving our own little speed boat through the mangroves and out to the reef, with just enough time spent snorkeling. The views and the reef life were perfect, and the price, timeline, and adventure were perfect for what we wanted.

Great food, beautiful view and staff. We did the Lobster dinner cruise at night. The entertainment from sax player was awesome and the crew on boat kept the energy and vibe alive with food and drinks. Great experience!!!

We did the evening sunset cruise with them. The experience was just amazing. The service was really great, the ambience was very romantic. The food was on point. They treat you like royalty on this cruise. We had lobster dinner and it was great food, grilled to perfection. Post meal you still have plenty of time to be with your loved one and enjoy the scenery.

Great experience. However, it can get too crowded. Also, ask for the pricing for nationals or locals.

Fun family boat ride and snorkeling area. The little speed boats are squirrelly in moderate waves. My 13 year old daughter handled it fine though. The mangrove drive was fun, nothing special just a twisty path through a mangrove section. The chunk of coral reef that we snorkel over had a nice mix of fish and two people said they say saw a small shark, probably a cat shark. My daughter and I saw a barracuda making its way out of the area when we first got into the water.

Although I was scared, this tour was SO MUCH FUN! The jungle tour allows you to drive your own speed boat, park it, then jump into the ocean to snorkel before heading back to the marina. Definitely a must do for the adventurous tourist.
