BEWARE! Do not waste your money with these people. Lots of promises, all lies! Completely unorganized. Spent over half the tour day waiting around, no beach time as promised, their idea of snacks was 3 cucumber slices while the workers ate everything else, rum punch and other beverages all day = 12 beers for 14 people with no rum punch and a limited number of sodas and water, supposed to be back at resort at 7:00 and ended up being 9:30. Five hours into the day when all we had done was hurry up and wait, we asked for our money back and said we would just figure things out about own. We were told they didn't have cash to refund us eventhough we had just paid them cash five hours ealier. The only good part of this tour was when the nightmare was finally over!

We did a trip to Cozumel with them it was very disappointing did not take us where they advertised life saver we’re old an had holds on them. One of my boys got a really bad mouth infection since they have the snorkel equipment on a bucket full of water with out any sanitation they use the same equipment for every person they pretend they disinfect them by throwing in them in the same dam bucket with water.Wondering how they have their permite/license to operate an be able to pass health an safety regulations. Don’t use them find a better tour company I’m sure they are better out there ! Don’t recommend them at all !

We found out about the Telum x4 tour through our hotel. They picked us up at our hotel in downtown Cancun in a shuttle and drove us to a central location where we joined a tour bus full of people. Only gave a 4* because every seat on the bus was full, which didn't give any social distancing during Covid. They took us to Telum, which was a pretty little ruins that wished we would have had more time. Then went to an included buffet outside of Coba. Coba was beautiful. Be sure to rent the bikes because there is also not much time here and if you don't pay the $3 for the bikes you will never get to see the ruins in the time given. Third we went to a Mayan Village that was a cool little stop to meet the people and see a small part of their village. Thent to a cenote, which was clean. Last stop was Playa Del Carmen downtown that had a short period of time to shop. Our tour guide Christiano made the tour! I took Spanish in high school and he spoke enough Spanglish that I was able to understand plenty of what he was saying. Loved all of the history he provided on the bus as we were driving. Wished we could have cut out the Playa del Carmen and given more time at the rest of the locations.

We were on our way to the ferry when a man waves us down, I was so ready to ignore him, then he gives us a deal of $500 pesos per person which come up to $25 US dollars to get on a boat to isla mujeres, go to town for a little shopping see some sharks (we did not go to the sharks or shopping our choice a storm was coming in) they gave us the choice of a fish dinner but nobody in our group wanted fish and as a kindness to us Lucrecia who was WONDERFUL said they would let us eat at the buffet, the food from the buffet is not quality food at all, but we were hungry and ate what we could mostly everyone in the group really enjoyed the buffet, drinks are not included, we figured for what we paid we got a whole lot!!! We paid for two tickets extra so we could go on our own little boat making it a total of 6 people and two paid spots. Our captain was wonderful Alejando he was patient kind and caring Jesus his co captain and cousin also joined in the trip with what seemed to be his soon to be girlfriend. Their was also a photographer who’s name i did not ever get he was so RUDE not nice at all I actually wish he did not come at all and that they would have asked us if we wanted him in the boat with us. We got to go snorkeling and see the large hands under the water, and the family rock statues they provided goggles but no snorkeling breathing tubes. The bathroom at the buffet they took us was alright, best part was they had a shower so we got to wash the beach off. They said we could stay out in the island as long or as little as we wanted we choose to go back before 6pm right around sun set, rain was coming and we were pretty sun beat by then. The boat ride was super fun they let us play our own music that we conectes via Bluetooth to their speakers and had a blast!!! Alejando took us to playa Norte to feed the fish and show us the sea creatures that lives in that area, he really made the trip great!!!

I never felt like a second class client, but now it happend after traveling the world for 40 years! I took part in a full day trip from Play del Carmen to Tulum, Coba and cenote with buffet lunch. The bus came from Cancun full of Spanish speaking clients. There were some 10-15 clients who did not speak Spanish. We were promised to have the commentary in English. The senior male guide gave 90 % of the information in Spanish. The 10 % of the English commentary was spoken in between the Spanish speech without any fullstops or pauses. This went on and on... When I told the guide we are having trouble following the endless Spanish commentary with hardly any English words, he dismissed my concern by saying: "I've work this way for 17 years, this is how I do it, you don't understand, becase English is not your first language". The worst mistake a professional guide can make is to ridicule his client! Never-again-Tours Suaste-regards from a professional tour guide from Finland

Do not use this service, they lied straight to my face. I asked specifically to see the MUSA underwater museum and they assured me that it was part of the tour. Considering that I paid $750 pesos, I would have been better off taking an ultramar ferry and just exploring Isla Mujeres myself. Total waste of money

We did the Valladolid Chichen Itza and 2 cenote tour. Pickup was 30 minutes late. Big bus was full and very cramped. Lunch pack was sad. Tiny drink, tiny apple and ham sandwich, they don't ask if you eat meat or pork, you just get it. They almost left someone behind who went out to get water. His wife was on the bus begging them to wait. Valladolid was only a pee stop in a souvenir shop. They explain a ton in Spanish and just a few words in English. So sometimes it was not very clear what to do or how long. Chichen Itza was hardly explained because the guy did not like the sun, so he rushed through it. The cenote was even more rushed. The buffet was nothing special. We spent more time driving than on activities.

I got 3 tours with them Coloradas, Holbox and Bacalar. My tour guys Delfin, and Toledo were above and beyond. All of us had an amazing experience and we got so much fun. My mom had a blast.

We went on a tour to Bacalar from Playa Del Carmen on Christmas Eve with Freddy and had a great experience. It was a great value for $70 each. They picked us up close to our Airbnb and the bus was a nice Mercedes shuttle. The ride was comfortable and both of the restaurants were good for breakfast and lunch, great value, large portions and delicious. It was very nice not having to plan out the day ourselves, and being able to see different parts of Bacalar. We went to a cenote to have breakfast, then a lagoon, then on a boat tour to see several places. My only comment is that they didn’t give much background or historical context on the sights.

My friend and I went on a tour from Cancun to Isla Holbox the other day and we were impressed at how professional, punctual and informative all of the people involved were, especially Francisco and Robert, our guide (whose banter and infectious laugh were an added bonus). The journey was long, but that was expected, what we didn't expect was to be provided with breakfast on the bus on the way. Everything ran like clockwork and on arrival at Holbox our pre ordered lunch (plenty of choice too!) was ready for us (38 of us and not one wrong order!). Lunch was fresh fish, chicken, or a vegetarian pasta dish - we chose filleted fish which was both plentiful and delicious! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Suaste, especially as we paid approximately 2/3rds of the prices we had seen online elsewhere. Our trip was booked for us by the manager who runs the condos we stayed at, something I would never normally do as an independent traveller, but I couldn't have done the same trip individually cheaper than I did with Suaste. Well done guys!

We went with them to visit La coloradas, rio lagartos and crocodiles farm. + The Guide Arki was amazing, very nice very friendly explaining equally in Spanish and perfectly in English( he Deserve 6/5 * on his own). + The food was ok , I don’t expect a 5 star lunch in a tour. - The only negative point was lunchbox (not very important as we brought ours), there is only Ham sandwich, but not everybody can eat Pork due to religious or philosophical or just diet reasons.

Dissappointed with this tour agency. They lie about what they offer. First, they were late - they had us waiting at the dock for 1 hour. The snorkeling part was very rushed - we were in the water for only 15 minutes. Also we did not spend enough time at Playa Norte. The buffet that they offer does not include any drinks (not even water) and the food was bad. The tour guides were boring. Do not waste your time and money with them.

Tulum and Casa Tortugas tour. Jose Puc was our tour guide and Señor Clement was our driver. It was a spectacular day with Jose. He was attentive to everyone’s needs and made sure we had an amazing day. Señor Clement was an awesome driver and drove us safely from place to place. Highly recommend this tour and guide team.

We went to Chichen Itza and 2 Cenotes tour with them on 24 Mar 2023. They are awesome and we loved it. Guide told every information he knew about all the places. One thing they can improve is on the time they took us to lunch (4pm).. Carry some food with you. Other than that, we are happy with everything they did! 😊😊

We bought the Tulum + 4 cenotes tour with them from our hotel for 125$ per person. The quality of the service was quite disappointing. They were 40 minutes late for pickup. The tour was supposed to be all inclusive, with a buffet, but we only got a small meal, drinks not included. They didn’t accompany us to provide any background or historical information when visiting the Tulum archeological site. Compared to other similar tours we did in Mexico, it is not the same value for money. The guide and the driver were however really friendly and attentive.

It was truly the most horrible tour I’ve taken in Tulum. Please save your money and just pay for a taxi to take you to Casa Tortuga and spend the day there. Crammed in a van like sardines and the tour guide gave no information about any of the locations. The food they include was also mediocre and we spent more time driving around and hardly anytime at the tour stops. Go to Xplore, Ixcaret, or any other place and save your pesos.

What do I say about this tour? Unserious. They picked me up 30 min later. The tour guide Briceno was a nice person. He treated us like kids like we were in kindergarten but he was funny. :D

Terrible Terrible Terrible !!!! Don’t trust this company at all….. They picked me up from my hotel, called my name before entering the bus and confirmed the right tour 7:30AM…. Here is the least of it… we had to get of the bus in the middle of no where to switch to another bus, after our first stop the tour guides said they made a mistake and confused me with someone else and they shouldn’t have picked me up, forced me to pay $1100 pesos or they would kick me out of the bus and I won’t be able to continue the tour !!!! ( we are 2 hours away from my hotel ) You can imagine the feeling of humiliation and hopelessness being in a foreign country being told all that… The food was open “buffet” 8 items to pick from…. I can keep going on and on.. A whole vacation is ruined !! Please be very careful and choose wisely !!

Chichén Itzá and cenotes Starting from good things: Program fulfilled in 100%. Guid was nice, was telling a jokes, value for money is indeed 10/10. From bas ones and whole story. We booked the trip on Cancun streets and paid with cash (which is recommended). We were supposed to be picked up from the hotel but as our Airbnb didn't have lobby we had to take public bus to drive to other hotel (at 05:30 in the morning). It was told that bus cannot stop on public bust stop. After 30 minutes delay bus arrived and stopped on the bus stop (so why couldn't pick us up like this?). We've started the trip 06:30, then after visiting many hotels we ended up in playa del Carmen with other buses around 9 am. Guide let the street seller to the bus which in my opinion should not happen. Legroom in bus was terrible, no way to seat comfy which is important if you spend in it 8/9 hours within one day. Overall experience was nice, but there are some things to improve. If you want to see 2 cenotes that's the only company we found in Cancun :) 3/5
