I get five stars to the shopping plaza. There are many excellent stores and we did quite a bit of shopping. The prices were very reasonable, and all the store owners and staff were friendly and welcoming. We found lots of traditional items as well as modern-day fun items. We purchased all our souvenirs for our 5 day vacation to the Hotel district of Cancun at this Shopping Plaza.

Excellent shopping mall. Very clean and very well maintained. Whilst they're under construction in some of the areas right now, they have kept the construction well-hidden and the main areas of the mall are fully operational and very very clean. I also like that they have clearly visible armed security guards in some of the higher end shops. People are very nice here and very friendly. Ain't tequila Grill Restaurant was excellent and the food was fantastic. I give the shopping mall 5 stars.

Beautiful mall but it is pretty much empty. Prices are very high in comparison to other areas for the same items. And the retailers were not as friendly to us as other mall staff. Some nice stores though.

A decent mall with a good selection of shops and a few places that you can get something to eat or drink. The facilities are fairly good and it has some very interesting stained glass rooftop artwork.

Place is nice but not many businesses are in. It was half empty for a while now. Use to be top shopping mall 10 years ago.

(12/2019)I upped my rating this year despite fewer stores. It's been renovated and you get much better deals here than at other malls. It's a more traditional mall than than other malls (I remember going here in 1993 - it was about the only option other than the markets) and it has a grocery store with a good variety of items and prices. The service is better and the people nicer. CHECK PRICES HERE FIRST before going to the other malls. (12/2017)My favorite part of this mall is the grocery store up stairs. Other than that it's about what you would expect from a mall in Cancun. La Isla is north a short distance and across the street. It has more variety (and obnoxious activities vendors).

Food court doesn't have many options. guess places closed due to the pandemic. I love the roof glass design .

It was really cool to see thoose decorated animals by the shops as well as the tax free booth you go up to with your high-end purches

Stopped in to visit the Harley Davidson store , the mall is really really nice and it’s a decent size mall , unfortunately I would say 70% of the stores haven’t opened yet , it must be a new construction or they remodeled the entire mall , I would say In about another 6 months this will be a really cool mall , the food court as of January 23 only had 3 to 4 options and I think only two of them were actually food , behind the mall which is off the main strip there is a parking lot that’s underground , you pay by the hour before you leave so it’s convenient , can’t wait to see how it’s going to look in the future

There is nothing in here! It is just sad to enter in a such empty mall! The only good thing is the exchange currency store that had the BEST rate to change USD to pesos. I got 19,90 while all other Cancun places were offering 19,70 at best.

There are only a few shops. Looks like Covid closed down a lot in there. Back in 2019 it was way better, now it’s very miserable.

It was a small size convenient plaza. It was within walking distance of the resort we were in.

We may went there too early but most of shops were closed. It was great opportunity to go there for local groceries store! But not much other than that. Hoping to get more stores.

Kukulcan Plaza faces Blvd Kukulcan, the back entrance is just across the street (Marlin Ave) from our hotel Occidental Tucancun. The usual stores... unfortunately about 1/3 are vacant. Banks and ATM's for finances. Useful large grocery store supermercado Soriana for everything, food, vegetables, clothes. Explore when you've got needs or spare time.

Sadly most of the businesses are shutdown or no longer exist, but they still have the supermarket for those staying in the area that is not overly priced and has everything in stock. They do have a section on the 2nd floor above the luxury shopping that has some cool art work.

Its a really beautiful mall, however there arent many stores in it. Short walking distance from the resort we stayed at and a great way to spend a day with not so good weather.

Love this place calm and covered its cool inside no hawkers... even though some shops are closed but they have a couple of food options on 2nd floor at wayyyyy reasonable rate! And also you can sit down and just relax. We see a lot of local eat here, on the side of the there is a grocery store where it has cafeteria! And lots of bread, food, cofee you can buy salad, fruits, cheese ham and grocery shopping! If your in a budget best alternative ! We ride the bus to get here! Huge plus the staff in the foodcourt dont beg for tips! They serve you food and leave you alone! Best discovered place to eat in Cancun affordable and relaxing!

A very easy to visit plaza with lots of stores to check out. What is really the hidden g m of the place, believe it or not, I is the Soriana Supermarket. It is right right smack in th middle of the Hotel area, walking distance (very short in deed) from the Royal Sands Resort. For all of you time shares folks, it has a great place to pick up your groceries and what nots. It has lots of food stuff and munchies from the States, great environment and really nice folks who go out if your way to serve you best. Do take care of them likewise with some gratuities!!...Check it out for yourselves!!!

This place it's pretty sad. it looks like he never got off the ground after completion. Clearly the Covid situation did not help. We go there simply to the go to the Soriana supermarket, but the shopping center is in pretty bad shape. Hardly any stores open, escalators are out of service, and it smells like raw sewage inside.

Soriano is good for groceries, but the half the vendors are gone. Not any great shopping at the moment. 2 local fast food places with fair prices.

Very clean and within walking distance from the royal sands. Love the grocery store up stairs but not alot of other stores are still open.

Beautiful plaza/mall. We only went there to visit the Harley store for bike rentals. I'm case your interested, they had 7 available models available. Some Harleys, 2 Beamers and another brand I hadn't heard of. (Sorry, don't remember the brand) They ranged from $220 to $360/day.
