La Gran Plaza is a nice shopping center. I do not go there often, but I visit the place once in awhile, mostly to watch movies. Is a kind of local shopping center and also has a kind of quality.

$210MX For 3 movie tickets, nice seats, good sound, clean. This mall has very nice shops, I specially like the one booth that sales the Crystal's, beautiful place.

It's crowded best to come during the week but this is the best mall in Cancun

It is everything that you can expect from a movie theatre nowadays : the lines are almost always short, the popcorn is tasty and wildly overpriced, the bathrooms are clean, the theatres are of varying sizes, the seats are numbered... If this place was closer to my home, I would be watching a lot more movies.

They don't give salsa in a container, it has to be put directly in the popcorn cube.. what a mess.. the cashiers talk and laugh among them making fun of the customers and they do not give a good service to the people waiting on line to get a ticket.. They need to be more professional at work. Bad service.

Cinema is good, slow service, cinema room is tidy, but I have to say that last time I went I was watching Dr. Strange and the movie glitched and stop showing the movie but the sound was on, it took them like 5 mins to start the movie, disappointed to say the least, in the end we watched the movie and it was all good.

Cinepolis needs to create a better strategy to sell tickets and more people to attend the big demand they always have here. We, The customers have to wait more than 30 mins. not only to buy tickets but also to get pop corn, ice Cream, etc. There's automatic kiosks to sell tickets but they do not work . It is terrible to be waiting. :-( Once you are at the movies, I always had a good time. :-)

No complain as the movie have friendly staff an I love the Kiosk to get the tickets and food at the same time. It was nice they have carri on trails for your snacks

Watched black Panther in 4dx. Was like 3d but the chair moved and vibrated and fans blew on you. Sometimes felt like I was riding a bull in the rodeo. Popcorn was decent. They don't pump butter on it. If you buy jumbo popcorn or pop you can get a refill for 20 pesos. I usually have one popcorn finished before the movie starts.

So far is always been a good experience. Sometimes a little excessively loud..yet always clean and smelling good. Overall a good cinema at a very respectable price.

Cozy place to go for a stroll, for some food or to the cinema.
