We arrived and they had no ice, nothing to make anything cold, they had no fruit for the waffles and juices. They changed our order like 3 times. But what made me give it a star is the glass they brought me, a smoothie with a very dirty glass!! They were those with a glass handle and screw cap, there was dust where it screws on, it was even stuck, so you can see that they don't wash them well, my smoothie was banana and had traces of chocolate inside (I don't know why it didn't have chocolate). It disgust me. I asked them to change it but I couldn't help but inspect the next glass and the new one they brought me was still dirty. I didn't take it, I left it there. After that I couldn't help but see his kitchen and its dirt, the floor, unswept. I would not go back.

Really nice coffee, amazing smoothies too - which came with a metal straw! Some chocolate cookies and tiny cakes. Nice air conditioning! And so cheap too:)

This is literally the best coffee shop in Cancun. Hands down. The prices are very affordable which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The food is delicious and good quality and the three girls that work there are absolutely precious. I love them. The brownies are super good, and they’re only 22 pesos. The waffles are homemade, and they’re the best waffles I’ve had in years. I also really love their bagel sandwiches. They are delicious and affordable. 100/10

Coffees and brownie were good but the seating is upstairs, just 3 tables...all very narrow and noisy from the downstairs machines/cooking going on. Will not go back...

El lugar es lindo, el personal muy amable, todo se ve muy higiénico, creo que lo que más me ha gustado hasta el momento son los frappes, me encantan, súper recomendado.

Me gustó mucho el ambiente que maneja el restaurante, un lugar algo pequeño pero con buena presentación y limpieza y no hablar de la vista que se tiene. Me agrada que el restaurante tenga temática de acuerdo a la temporada del año. La comida estuvo buena a mi parecer, los chilaquiles sabrosos y el café también. La atención con el cliente me agradó, el trato y lo que conlleva, solamente me gustaría recomendar que, de vez en cuando, suban a darle vuelta a los clientes y ver si necesitan algo para no dejarlos desatendidos.
