Not my idea of camping: Even stationed at the farthest point in the park away from the highway, I could still hear (and smell) the traffic all night long. Campers are packed like sardines next to each other. The firewood I bought from them was too wet to light. Staff were very rude. The one good point I can mention was a clean outhouse. Overall a terrible experience for me. Not as enjoyable as popping a tent in your own suburban backyard.... for free~

Very nice place, they are constantly upgrading their facilities and this camping has many activities for kids (pools , playgrounds, slides, trampolines , arcade, free mini-putt, tennis and more) . I'm now a seasonal camper and must beg new visitors please respect 10 km/h speed limit, there are many children running around, bikes, games played near the roads, and most of us actually drive 7 or 8 km/h since what's a extra minute of your time to insure safety for all ?

Unfortunately we had a site right along the highway. This is a beautiful well maintained campground with lots of extra and free activities! They do not charge any extra fees. I just wish that they would mark the noisy sites as “Noisy”. The fence along the highway gives you privacy but no noise relief. We did check out other areas of the campground and when we go back our choice will definitely be as far from the road as possible! The adult pool was relaxing. The kids area was busy all day and it was fun seeing the kids have such a great time!

Awesome campground, lots for kids to do. Love the train ride. Nice camping lots with fire pits. The restaurant has great food, the owner is so friendly, family owned.. The little store is great.. For adults,pickle ball,2 pools,horseshoes,arcade,mini golf,etc..

It's a great place for families with or without kids. Each day and night has an activity,for kids: mini golf,basketball,air hochey,pool,tennis,PacMan; for adults: special pool,spa,concerts,sauna and many activities.Near you have a restaurant,but I didn't go.We went camping with our large tent at R6.The place is clean,large and with a lot of trees,very beautiful.You can have BBQ with charbon,take the wood from them-12 CAD.I recommend this place.We will come back this summer!👍 Response to the question: at Rivière section you should put more toilets or cleaning more often because there are a lot of tents during the weekends.🙂

Not welcoming at all, owners are not understanding of their guests when it comes to improve/renovate their own camp ground that they pay for. People have to take their shed/camper out of the site if they want to renovate. Again, VERY NOT professionnal, never going there again and would not recommend.

Tried to deal with our complaint offline and owner never responded. We had reservation June 1st-5th and we were expecting everything we saw on the website. Pools, arcades, bouncing pillows..etc. Pools were closed, bouncing pillows were turned off and games in arcade didn't work. We asked for a refund immediately upon arrival so we could go somewhere else with our kids. They refused to refund us. It was +34 and this was a trip for the kids to allow them to swim. Unclear rules about fire ban not communicated to us. No fires allowed posted at the front gate but park had fires everywhere. We called the gate twice to ask if we could have a fire and they said no, despite everyone enjoying a fire. Only upon leaving that we figured out fires in a covered pit were allowed. 5 of the Arcade games were not working. Staff would not start bouncing pillows at 2:30 when we asked because they close them at 6. False advertising. Manager said we could have had a refund if we asked while we were there. We did ask within 5 minutes of arriving and our request for refund was refused. We spent our time traveling to the Provincial Park so kids could swim. Followed up with manager by phone and email and got no response. We won't be back. This place caters to seasonal campers only. Willing to delete my review if owner bothers to contact us. Since we complained, the website now has an added pop up that advertises the pool opening dates. This was not there until we pointed out how misleading it was. Manager said they send an email after booking before your arrival that says pools are closed. This email is sent before you arrive with a subject line of "map". Changing the terms of the purchase after the fact. Again, false advertising.

Been there twice. Love it. Especially good for kids. 10km/h max speed.

The lots are not well maintained. It starting to look a bit derelict. Not somewhere I would like to spend my vacation.

Staff was so helpful, well kept grounds, fun for kids.

Visited friends ..was clean..the activities seemed nice and the campsites looked taken care of
