This is absolutely my favorite time to go Christmas. This is a very unique place at Christmas time. In the beginning of the walk all the light decorations are free to walk through and just see the beautiful array of Lights. You pay under $5 to get into the historic village. When you first enter the historic village you see a small Church and you can go inside it's like an old-time Church Country Church. There's music going inside with people singing playing instruments and they have a book with the words to each some inside everyone has their own book is a beautiful experience. You exit the church next is the Gristmill they show how back in the day they used to grind corn and turn it in to feed into a powdery substance also. Inside the Gristmill building there is so many antique old-time things they used to work with and use back in the day. Then there's you little area you can go in and get refreshments they had many decorations in there that's so full of old-time items that you do not see any more if you do is very rare this is very much back in the day it's like stepping back into time. Then you can enter into another building and it set up country living type all the way through the bedroom living room kitchen all like back in the day everything's detailed it's very beautiful. The next building is all antique designs. There is a building at the end that has Santa Claus in it. Each of these buildings have free decorations that your children makes for your Christmas tree to take home. They will give you a little bag of ground corn at the Gristmill. The other section is where they make horseshoes they give you a small reindeer horseshoe that they make in the firing Heat and hammering while you watch. This is really nice to see how they did things back in the day. After you enjoyed all that or prior you have the opportunity to pay separately and ride with the horses and the lit up wagons they are beautifully decorated. Wrap up warm have your beautiful night with family and friends.

This park is awesome huge and well-maintained there's a large playground a swimming pool and a very nice paved footpath. Lots of room to walk the dogs and a pond for the kids to fish in.

Need a horseshoe playing area. Need to update make nicer the peewee field and get all the youth football back over to the park rec league and travel league .Needs new lights fences ,seating and halftime player areas. Need more trees planted as well as landscaping added all through the park . Pool roofed. More Christmas lights put on Main Street instead of the park .Looks better going down mainstreet anyways . Nice park with a beautiful Christmas light display every year. The walking trail by the playground and the historic village is nice, but no dogs are allowed. The longer trail around the baseball field allows dogs, but are not near as nice. No pickup bags are provided, so please bring your own if you bring your pup.

An excellent park for family activities! Keeps the kiddos busy and exercising at the same time. And here we have momma bear with her cub!

Only negative was didn't get out and walk. Felt unsafe because walk area so dark. City did extremely well with the beauty of the lights and obvious hard work.

👍👍 The park is a good place too bring your kids and let them play on the playground. They have a variety of things that the kids can do. Plus there is a walking trail, there is one that is around the whole park, which is about two miles. Then there is the other that is a little over a half mile. And...
