No customer service training, very little medical screening and nurses missed my veins 3 times in 4 attempts. I have very large veins! Left with bruising.

I had an appointment and when I arrived it was closed for renovation. They should have cancelled my appointment. They reached out to me once only 10 minutes after the beginning of my session to apologize but I was already at the front door. The lady on the phone was nice and tried to reschedule but it was to late.

Super professional and excellent customer service. I bought multiple multivitamins and NAD IV packages and the nurse was really good. After my first stem cell IV I got a bit nervous and changed my mind (only bcuz there are conflicting things on the internet about it especially with cancer), but I should’ve done my research before purchasing the package. Fusion was able to refund me as soon as I explained why I’m nervous. They did it in 24 hrs. Thank you!!

These guys are the best for IV infusions. I’ve had approx 8-10 infusions here and using their home service. Always on time, never had to jab me more than once. I’ve had infusions elsewhere and they missed the vein a number of times, not here. They had a doctor on site to supervise and a senior nurse, Ratna, who is very professional and an expert. Fast, efficient, friendly, and flexible. I contacted a bunch of places for IV therapies in Canggu and these guys were the easiest to deal with and the fastest to get it. The prices seem to be a out the same across mosf of the clinics. I like that they are more flexible than the other clinics on allowing me to choose my ingredients.

I feel so much more energetic, because i sleep better at nights. Also, my skin looks more fresh, in addition my bursitis in my hip and my tennis elbow is so much better, that I can start playing tennis again. And one last thing...I don't know if this can even be possible, I am going for a new eye exam...I am near sited and recently I went from -1.5 to -3 but, my new glasses now, feel too strong for my eyes. I believe, I need a less strong glasses. Going next week to check it out. So, all and all, very satisfied. 😊

Amazing, with high quality NAD+ I got the all in Pack and of course had to try out the add on of 100mg NAD+ and was surprised that it was not diluted almost at all just added with electrolytes so even the 100mg you can feel it right away.!
