The clinic is clean and has a calm atmosphere. We were treated by a very friendly nurse and doctor. The process was easy and they even managed to organize breakfast and a ride back to our accommodation. A day after they checked on us via WhatsApp and answered any remaining questions. If we should ever get sick again in Canggu, we would definitely go back to this clinic.

Fell off the bike one evening in Canggu, had some really big bruises. Very professional, friendly and competent service. Immediately made me feel at home, cleaned me up and provided the best possible care. I hope nobody has an accident in Bali, but if you do, this is the best place to go.!! Thanks a lot!

The atenttion is very good, the doctor and the staff Helped me to feel better soon. I had to stay there for a night and the staff was really nice. Dr. Geraldi and Dr. salsa are super super nice, patient and professional. I was really concerned about my injuries, but they explain to me very thoroughly and let me know the whole procedure going on, and ensure there’s nothing left inside my wound. The team at this clinic was top notch. I had terrible food poisoning (Bali belly!) and they took GREAT care of me. I didn’t have to wait long until the nurse took me back and the doc saw me. They gave me a thorough plan as to what they suggested and got me an IV, the correct medications, and took samples to rule out parasites. They were super kind, professional, and detail oriented. Their attention was not rushed and they did everything to ensure my symptoms were taken care of. I was SO relieved coming out of this clinic—can’t thank them enough. 🙏

Very clean clinic and staff taken good care of my girlfriend after a scooter accident. Within 2 minutes the ambulance arrived and immediately they helped us inside the clinic. I always wonder what place you end up when in a foreign country and what they will charge. But in my opinion a clean clinic, with professional staff and very reasonable prices. Note you always have to pay by yourself at first and afterwards you claim this at your insurance company.

The doctor was ok, but 475000 for the consultation is way to expensive normally in Bali is 200k, this was ok for us the problem are the médecins they want to charge more than 4.000.000 for 2 creams and one antibiotic… I took the prescription and went to the pharmacy it cost me 137k

I had forgotten to get a vaccine before traveling to Bali so I went here. The staff was professional and friendly and they answered all my questions. They speak very good English. The facilities are extremely clean. It’s definitely a good place to go if you need something while in Bali!

Had to be treated here for what later turned out to be a bacterial infection. Terrific staff. Very kind, professional and helpful people. They took me in very quickly, the treatment started immediately and the entire time I was I could feel a real concern over my well-being. The blood test results would only be available later that night so they let me go. By morning I had on whatsapp the test results, diagnosis, and the recipe. Thank you!

My daughter and I arrived early Friday morning and was seen by an doctor immediately. She was diagnosed properly and prescribed medicine all within 20 minutes. After a day of rest, she is back to her normal self. So happy with the service we were given and at such an affordable price.

You don’t have to wait long to see the doctor. When their is no doctor right away they can contact you. Furthermore the doctor as well as the assistants are very professional and knowledgeable. I came for my last rabies shot and they knew everything about the different vaccines and medication. Because it is a clinic it can be a little expensive so i would make sure your insurance can cover it.

6 days in villa bed with horrid virus. Chest infection and ear infection. Crying in pain and unable to breathe. Had no choice but to seek treatment and boy am I glad I got these guys. Professional is an understatement. I have never received such swift and relieving treatment from any doctor in Australia. After assessing all vitals and many questions I was straight on the IV and nebuliser and felt instantly better. Doctor/nurse team stayed and monitored me for about an hour and left me with well marked medications and followed up for several days after. Brilliant service I highly recommend if needed. Please do not be stingy on travel insurance. This experience would have put me out of pocket over $600 if not insured. It is what it is.

I was very well looked after by the care team. They were very attentive and gentle with me. They kept me well informed and guided me through the rest of my treatment.
