Beware - Rip off Artists. 250k ten minute consultation somehow racks up 1.5 million rupiah bill… My husband cut his elbow a few weeks ago and woke up with some redness and swelling. We took him in essentially just to get a prescription for antibiotics in case of infection. We asked for the price to see the doctor when we arrived and were told 250k. No additional charges were mentioned. We went to the exam room, the nurse took my husbands blood pressure, and the doctor used a cotton ball to put some water on the small and mostly healed cut. He then applied a bit of antibiotic ointment, wrote a script for antibiotics, and sent us out - the whole thing took less than ten minutes. When we went to pay, we were handed a bill for over 1.5 MILLION rupiah! The charges included : 250k consultation 350k “Cleaning fee” ?!? 150k “Nurses fee” ??!! 500k for Azithromycin that can be bought next door in generic form for 30k Some huge number I can’t remember for “paracetamol for the pain” (my husband said he has no pain) Some huge number for “Voltaren for the inflammation” (completely unnecessary) We argued the bill (something I truly never do here in Indonesia) and wound up refusing all the medications and getting the 350k cleaning fee removed. Our bill still ended up coming to 400k instead of 250k. We have been come to this clinic a number of times before and been treated reasonably. We were shocked and very upset, it felt like a rip-off scam because that’s exactly what it was. We will not be back.

Beware of their pricing...as other reviews have said. They do not go over all pricing before your procedure, then expect you to pay 5-10x what other medical centers charge for the same thing. I was forced to pay 4.3 million IDR for 5 stitches to be put in and removed. When I complained they just said that's procedure. I won't return due to this. And when they respond to "conduct an internal review"....I already did complain about this, my procedure was at 8am on July 19th, and received no help at all.

I have tiny wound as big as a nail. First and 2nd time they charged 125k, the 3rd time visit, without telling me they charged 200k! What a ripped off.. will never come back.

Doctor was very good and professional. Price is great compared to other clinics in the area. Covid test (negative) exam blood test and medication for 300k Will definitely come here for any future problems
