What a great location for an outdoors gym. Two decent size work out areas with all of the weight lifting stuff you may need, and the most iconic surroundings of incredible architecture, great gardens and little temples. It is best for strength training rather than cardio (only one treadmill). For 35K a day or AUD3.5, it is the best value for money, offering also drinks and protein shakes. Opens 7.30 to 21.30. Love it

Canggu has become an overpriced place when it comes to fitness & gym (but not only!). Working out is often more expensive in Bali than in western countries, with monthly memberships that can reach $150+ / month ! Pucuk Bali is a small but complete gym located in Batu Bolong, part of a guest house. The gym is divided into two sections. All the equipment is brand-new, enough to do a complete work out. Do not expect dozens of machines, here you just have the essential. Which is more than enough. Due to its size, it might get crowded depending on the time of the day. But early in the morning (they open at 7:30 AM) we are less than 10 people, civilized enough to make sure everybody get access to all the machines at some point. There is no AC, but the place is in open air (just a roof to protect from the rain). ̶R̶p̶2̶0̶K̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶u̶n̶i̶q̶u̶e̶ ̶v̶i̶s̶i̶t̶.̶ ̶R̶p̶1̶5̶0̶K̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶m̶o̶n̶t̶h̶l̶y̶ ̶s̶u̶b̶s̶c̶r̶i̶p̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ Edit : Prices are now : Rp35k for unique visit Rp125k for one week Rp300k for one month More expensive than before, but still way cheaper than the other gyms in the neighborhood. But with that price rise, about 10 new brand-new machines have been added (abs, back, shoulders…), + the area is slightly bigger than before. Way to go! Total bargain! I hope they will not sell too many memberships so this gym does not get too crowded in the future, that would kill its friendly vibe. I would advise all clients to bring a towel with them to put on every machine when they use it, to maintain cleanliness at all times. There is nothing worse than sitting on a bench full of sweat. Common sense.

35k day pass, it is the best value for money gym in Canggu. Dumbells up to 40kg, and a range of great machines. 125k week pass is a bargain

Great gym & only 35k for a day pass! Yes it’s a bit small but the machines are brand new. The gym is definitely good enough for a great full body workout! And the protein shakes are only 25k. How cool is that? Thumbs up!

Great price vs quality relationship. Not too busy. Friendly staff. The whey + banana shake is a must have. I mentioned to the owner that the only thing missing is heavier dumbells, and she said they will get them soon along with a price increase.

The place is probably the most affordable in the entire Cangguu area. This is an outdoor gym and it quickly gets hot and humid (and full). Recommend training early in the morning, then it's less hot and less crowded. It is very well equipped, but everything is a bit too close together as there is very limited space. Would have gotten 5 stars if the space was just a fraction larger.

The most interesting gym I’ve ever been to(in a good way). I could feel the fresh air while working out and the equipments are pretty various than I expected. Freindly staffs and even ppl who come to this gym are nice too. I would definitely visit again.

After going to very expensive gyms (like nirvana or body factory ) this was just a perfect place. It is a basic gym in terms of equipment, but it definitely does the job. It is the best value for money in the area (35k day pass) . Also the view is unmatched.

You get you pay for. Its clean and many of the machines are very well maintained. A bit small but it's alright. For a chest or back workout you are good to go. Friendly staff good prices. Always a good choice.

Excellent equipment. Best price/ value in Canggu. Perfect workout. Great choice of after workout shake/ banana. Great price again. Only thing is needs a water dispenser to save the continual purchasing of plastic water bottles. As outdoor gym bring at least a 1L water bottle with you to avoid. Thanks Pucuk for the workout. I went to Pucuk Bali because a friend recommended it as I struggled to find an affordable gym in Canggu. It is a small gym but the machines are all very new and clean. There is everything you need for a good workout. There is no AC so it is better tk go early however it is an open room with fans so you can definitely manage. Great gym especially for that price.

Small outdoor gym and can get crowded but it does the job if your on a budget and just want to smash some weight training or core/quick cardio! Good location and friendly staff it’s 50k for a day pass and 25k for a protein shake 😊

It’s a true gem. 💎 thank you for having this place. 🙏🏾 however… ⚠️IMPORTANT NOTE⚠️ All the users who come here. Please respect some basic rules that you probably respect in your hometown gym as well. So firts of all please wear a shirt. To be shirtless is rude, inappropriate and not hygienic at all. Please clean the equipments, the dumbbells, the barbells and the benches after you use it. Nobody wants to use those after its all covered all of your sweat. There is no aircon here so it could be hot, so you’re sweating more i get it, but please clean up your mess. Again, it’s rude, inappropriate and not hygienic at all. And of course you can always use a towel to put on the bench while you use it. You would not do these things at your hometown in your gym, so don’t think that here you can do it. Probably these people don’t read my note so it would be great to put out a sign with these basic rules that everybody should follow. And i think the owner could warn these people and the other guys who use all the equipments and the gym the right way you should warn others to do the same thing. Thanks in advance. 🙏🏾

I mean it gets the job done, it’s a really nice looking place, kinda in the middle of a temple. It does get really crowded tho, and it’s so tight that passing people and queuing for for equipment. But it’s a good deal for the price. Lacking a few fans tho, so got really hot

Great little gym and very affordable. People in general were very kind and had just about everything you would need to be able to put together at least a basic workout. Not sure why they have bumper plates as they do not allow Olympic lifts, was told immediately to stop. Shame would have been a great place for the money.

It's a nice gym, price was 50k for a day pass, i think 5k for a towel. Not that big, but equipment is relatively new. Seemed to have everything i needed. From what I remember: 2 power racks, 1 smith, cable station with row and lat pull down on each side. Leg press and curl. 2 dumbbell stations. 1 fly machine. It's outdoors under a shade so no air-conditioning, but nice view.
