Came here for a 1 hour deep tissue massage, and wash & blow with braiding service. Massage was great and hair was done well! Though it’s nothing really outstanding, just what it should be. I wouldn’t return / recommend this place as we made a deposit for a booking and were told we couldn’t be late (or the service would be shortened), and despite arriving early, we waited approximately 30 mins or more for the room to be ready 🤡🤡🤡, which is lame and unacceptable. On top of that, the aircon in this place also doesn’t seem to be working 🤡 Personally don’t think this place is worth the hype. 😅

Not worth the hype. Have to booked in advance and required 50% deposits. They don’t provide complimentary welcome drink or post massage hot drink. Our massage room floor is quite sandy and dirty. Tried their spring signature massage for 90mins. The masseuse use too much oil and didn’t wipe it off after massage. And no we didn’t get to pick what type of oil we want, in-fact we didn’t know they will be using oil. The massage was average, after our massage is done they didn’t told us to sit up for some stretching. They just told us massage is done while we still lying down.

We really enjoyed our time here. It’s decently priced and the place was peaceful and tranquil, and the massages were great. We can understand why Spring Spa highly raved online!

I’ve had a lot of facials in my long life and have to say that the 90 minute Codage treatment was wonderful. The therapist ODE, was the reason it was so good. She is an experienced beautician with a history of treatment in India and other venues around the world. It’s next level in terms of facial, head and neck massage. Do yourself a favour and ask for ODE.

Had such a lovely facial with amazing Ibu Dama. I had to specifically requested her for my treatment, as she has the most gentle yet firm touch! Definitely recommend Codage Hydrating facial and you can also add an extraction that leaves your face smooth, plump and hydrated!

Very beautiful place! It’s truly like a resort and a calm environment for you to relax. I did blow and dry which included curl at the end and it costs 300k idr for my long hair. You can book appointment with them via WhatsApp. Do note that you are required to place 100k idr deposit if you are making appointment with them and they will send a link to you which you can then pay with credit card. It wasn’t the best hair washing experience I had though but was still satisfied enough. Would love to try their massage next time!

First time to Spring and left quite disappointed considering the price for Bali. I booked for a facial and to my surprise was taken into a room full of other people receiving treatments. The person next to me was having a pedicure; all I could hear was the nails being clipped and then the foot being scrubbed. This is not my idea of a relaxing facial and also quite unhygienic and, uncomfortable. I had the CODAGE facial and was made to pay an extra 100,000IR for extractions, however it was very light touch and I had to use my extractor tool and re-do it myself. The beauty therapist however, was super lovely. I wouldn’t return on the basis that there are other spas that offer a better more private service.

Just what we needed to end our trip in Bali. Arrived a few mins before our appointment and was greeted by a polite staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our session, all amenities appeared hygienic and pleasant. Though we were charged extra depending on the pressure preference which we found slightly odd. But rest assured you’ll leave this place relaxed and feeling good.

This place is have a nice ambience looks luxury but not the service. I have been in 5stars spa places and my expectation for what pay it should be worth it. But not here. - they don’t have welcome tea for you. (Perhaps they can improve their hospitality) - the massage wasn’t great 6/10. My friend and I we booked for 2 ppl - it wasn’t on time like the booking itself. - the music wasn’t relaxing music, it was beats music i was complain and they change it. - i think the staff are not really aware about the details. In our massage room it was soo bright like literally not fit for relaxing. The staff wasn’t aware to put down the sun block roof to make it more convenient. My friend and I personally wouldn’t recommend this place or return again here. We can def go other places that more amazing service. Still can’t believe i have to experience this in Spring spa because they actually are everywhere. Should improve the management and hospitality service to be excellent.

This was an incredible mind body soul experience and I would say this is a must visit place for anyone in Bali . The masseuses have magical hands, honestly I felt like a different person after the full body massage. And the facial was tailored towards our skin concerns, used beautiful natural ingredients and left my skin looking glowy and feeling so healthy. Thank you Spring spa❤️

Very good experience. Receptionist Nurul was very helpful. Went to the spa 3X in a week during my visit in Canggu. We had full body massages , facials , hair colour treatment. I remember one experience with a masseur , it was uncomfortable. I would not recommend the promo massage since it was too quick and the way you will be situated while they massage won’t be so comfortable.

Came here for a wash and blow (350k rupiah) and found my experience falling short- highlighted to the staff that some areas still felt greasy but it fell on deaf ears. I doubt that it will take more than 5 minutes to address my concerns but it seemed like they are very insistent on keeping treatment duration to 30 minutes instead of doing a proper job. The seat was a turnoff as well- cracks were very uncomfortable to sit on

Spring Back to wellness! This was absolutely delightful and the perfect rejuvenation spot in Canggu. I had a voucher and booked in for their Spring Wellness “IMMUNE SUPPORT” - the massage and scrub, I had the lovely Antari who was incredible & I would highly recommend. The products in the showers were also divine + All the facilities were so beautiful, clean and I left with a feeling of rejuvenated revitalization!

Had a wonderful time at Spring Spa. Quiet and peaceful and allowed me to relax. Got reflexology, manicure, and scalp massage since I had received a full body massage earlier that day in another area. Ordered a quick snack while receiving treatments which was delicious.

The best massage experience! We did the 90 min full body massage and 30 min foot massage. Venue is well maintained and staff is professional. Strongly advise to book in advance - there were plenty of walk ins turned away

It’s great place for you or a group of friends to go pampered together. It’s one stop shop. Friendly staff always smiles. The neck and shoulders massage is fantastic so I can get my nails done at the same time. The massage rooms,cleanliness, maintenance need some attention.

This is a great place to relax and have a nice massage therapy session. Booking in advance is highly recommended with a deposit payment or a gift card of 250.000,- rupia. I have booked my appointment 4-5 days ahead. I have arrived in time, but I still had to wait like 10-15 min for my session. This is quite unacceptable in a high-end spa. The Balinese massage was nice, however I had better service in a drop-in place for almost half price.

Absolutely superb experience. We have been here a week and lucky enough to enjoy a treatment each day. All of the staff are just incredible and it feels like heaven on earth. My favourite treatments have been the CODAGE purifying facial and foot reflexology, however whatever you choose you won’t be disappointed. A must when in Canggu.
