Always a great place to stay with beautiful gardens and well equipped rooms. Great swimming facilities with adult pools encompassing a swim up bar. Fantastic children's pools with water slides and shallow lagoons. Food is always good and the service and professionalism of the staff is second to none.

We have visited this hotel many times. After the pandemic, has been very quiet, during our stay more people kept coming! Perfect family hotel. Many facilities for all ages. Beautiful main pool with swim up bar. Adults only pool and bar, lovely for a break. Kids pool with water slide, and water fun area. Staff are next level friendly and so helpful. When we first arrived, the put the slide on just for my daughter. I love the staff here, they feel like family. Rooms are tidy and well maintained, we received a free upgrade to a lagoon room. Restaurants are well priced and diverse.

Absolutely enjoyed our 5 nights/ 6 days stay here. Breakfast was a feast every morning. They catered to every customisation we requested. Lots of vegetarian options are available. The location is so convenient. We could easily walk to shop, eat, go to the mall, massage parlours, and so much more. All swimming pools are so cool in their own way. Kids enjoyed the water slides. We, overall, had an amazing time and highly recommend this place to anyone going to Bali.

Very disappointed with our stay. We stayed in room 296. The place is massive. The room had a musty smell, as did other family members who were staying in different rooms. Walked in and it instantly felt dirty. Furniture/ curtains were old and definitely could do with a clean. The kids pool had broken tiles and was extremely slippery which is a major hazard. The location was far from everything. If you are going to Bali to shop definitely do not recommend staying in this resort. Even if you were wanting to go for a walk to get food or a massage. The bathroom smelt like men’s urine that hadn’t been mopped properly, even after asking to give a good mop/ clean it still smelt, seemed like they just sprayed air freshener rather than actually fixing the problem. There would definitely be better kid friendly places to stay.

A nice hotel, but a little bit old l. The exterior and interior is a little bit outdated, and definitely need an upgrade. 3 floors but only 1 lift on each wing. And you can’t fit too many people on the lift, let alone bring your heavy suitcases so the bellboy need to bring it manually by stair, which is very tiring I guess. It would be better if they upgrade the lift. They have an ice machine, but you have to walk to 1st floor to get it, and consider my room is on 3rd floor, its a long walk to get the ice. And during my 6 days stay, they clean the room almost everyday, but not everyday they renew the amenities, and too bad sometimes they also don’t pick up little trash on the floor and just left it there. And there was one day where they clean my room very late like 7 in the evening, but maybe because the hotel was very crowded. And I hope there will be more variety at the breakfast, because you’ll get tired eating the almost same menu for a week 😂 BUT other than that I think most of the staffs are good and helpful. And the room is pretty clean and even if the hotel is old they keep it in a fairly good condition, so no real complain from me. It has a back gate to the beach with its own small beachclub that has few chair on the beach. Not bad at all to go there and get a nap. Special mention to their irish pub on the front, Gracie Kelly, I love their impeccable service and drink, and their food portion is huge. Nice atmosphere there, perfect for a date night. Thanks Bali Dynasty for being my home for a week in Bali.

Google ? Please tell me why you keep deleting this review !?? Terrible family rooms , make sure you get a pool villa if you don’t want to be based in the car park area, we had to pay for an upgrade to not be based out front in car park area, which does not feel like part of the resort at all. Paying already a large amount originally , I would have thought a better location of the hotel was warranted. Nope , had to pay an extra a night for such pleasure. Asked if could get our money back and stay elsewhere but we couldn’t as was non refundable. I would have thought customer satisfaction would come before a cancellation policy. Food and drinks bill 5 times higher than previous hotel , and my husband ended up with bali belly. Beach outside isn’t nice IMO. Service wasn’t great. lock all belongings , not sure if ring was misplaced or taken. Overall not impressed. Not worth the hype for us. Kids 10 and 12 not interested in the kids club. Won’t stay again.

First time in Bali. Stayed here on recommendation from a couple of people. Beautiful hotel and grounds and all of the staff were amazing. The only downside was the quality of the food was average. The food was more expensive than outside the hotel obviously but the quality was much lower too. Pizza was like a maccain frozen pizza. The sharing basket was oily. The ribs buffet night was poor value. We mainly ate outside of the hotel but sometimes it was unavoidable.

It was great to stay in dynasty resort. Lovely staff and i love the kids club. However, the menu was a bit small and should rotate the breakfast menu at least for every 2 days

This hotel was great for the kids. The kids' club program offered variety for all ages. The kids' pool and waterside were a highlight for our children. It was great to have lifeguards on duty. The food was average but convenient. The Irish pub was our favourite on the resort grounds.

Perfect family resort. Location: Right in Kuta. Lots of amenities around: bar, pub, mall, and local market. Swimming pool - two big pools and kids water play area. Lots of pool games for kids and adults. Nice atmosphere and very natural surroundings. Breakfast - Lots of options and delicious food. Would definitely recommend for families.

Inexpensive hotel that's a bit dated. That being said, it has all of the amenities needed. We upgraded to the lagoon access - highly recommended if you're going to stay there. The food wasn't great. Room service actually left a chewed biscuit in my burger (the chef must have been eating while cooking - pretty gross actually) but they ended up comping us for that experience, however reluctantly doing so.

Great place for kids 10 and under with various pools, slides and entertainment. Location was good for families walking distance to beach and smaller malls. Breakfast was great and buffet style with all the usual trimmings. Tried lunch there at chinese restaurant within the hotel found much better taste and value outside the hotel. Wasn’t a fan of their forced credit and hotel ONLY digital payment system much prefer to pay normally like literally anywhere else cashless is fine but to ONLY accept their own digital payments within the hotel was quite annoying.

Location: Very good.. Close to many Restaurants ( Indian too) & Shopping malls. Beach is very Rocky & cannot be enjoyed. The property is on the beach but none of the rooms face the beach. Food: Good. The cafĂŠ ran out of many dishes on the Menu during our visit. Breakfast was good. Kids Club: Excellent. They have a complete day plan from 9 to 6 pm and kids just love being there. Service: Poor. We arrived at 1400 Hrs. There was no one to Welcome us or carry our Luggage from the foyer to the Reception area. It was super chaotic. Huge queues for People to check in.. Staff was super slow in their work. Even at 1500 Hrs our room wasn't ready. Rooms: Okaish. We stayed at Family Studio. The rooms had a very musty smell.

Highly recommend for families!! We absolutely loved this family resort in Kuta, Bali. Our favourite is the very organized resort kids club that lets parents relax and unwind while the kids learn and have so much fun with other kids. We drop off our son at 9 am then pick up anytime until 5-6 pm as they have hourly super fun activities and can watch them too when they are out doing outdoor activities. My son easily made friends and was learning heaps of new ‘traditional’ skills. It made our whole week stay much more relaxing. The staff are all amazing and kind! We are definitely going back! ❤️

We stayed here for 4 days. Everything was perfect starting from the check in, rooms, staff, food etc. kids loved the pool! There is an Indian restaurant just at the entrance of the resort which serves amazing North Indian food. If we come back to Bali, we will stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay. Well worth going to if you have have young children. Kids club is amazing and recently upgraded. Kids club staff are very attentive and I was never worried about leaving the kids with them even during the water activities. (Staff were always around all the little kids to ensure no issues in the water). Plenty of activities and great kids food menu options. As for the adults, stick with the resort spa/massages... great prices for the setting you are in. There are cheaper alternatives for massages outside the resort but would pick the resort massages over the slightly cheaper options. Happy hour is twice a day with great selections of cocktails and spirits. Would recommend for families. Will definitely be coming back.

Great place, but got no returnee gifts and was impossible to actually communicate with staff trying to book, was quite frustrating. Could not use my dynasty member points as a result. Pool is rather small and gets busy very quickly. Little to no shade around main pool. Breakfast was a busy, lots of rude Asians just pushing in when your waiting to order from Egg Station and Pancake/Toast section. Staff didn't seem to care. Other than that the rooms were ok, staff were amazing, and the kids area is second to none. Amazing kids club and waterslide/splash zone. Recommend staying if you had kids, but is rather expensive for what you get.

The hotel overall is beautiful, the rooms are a bit dated but ours was immaculate and cleaned everyday, the towels and linen have seen better days but again not all of them. The staff you can't fault, they are so amazing and welcoming, they can't do enough for you, every single staff member we spoke to said hello, was really nice. The food was good and priced really well for hotel food. The location for us was really good and liked the fact it wasn't loud and a party place, we will be back.

We’ve just returned from a 9-day stay at Bali Dynasty with our family of five (13, 11 and 6). We all had an amazing time and thought the hotel was perfect for a fun family holiday. Pool was spacious and had a great vibe during the day with music and hourly activities. Buffet breakfast was generous with everything you could ask for. Pool service and restaurant food were also good and we ate at the hotel several times. Only minor down side is that our room had a bit of a damp/musty smell - but we were hardly in our room and didn’t find it a problem. Overall, go for a fun time! Don’t go for a quiet time :o)

This resort is beautiful for taking pictures. But service isn't as good as expected. Starting with pool view room, bed was neat and balcony view was good. But washroom was a disaster. We got only hot water from all taps. We couldn't even wash our face properly due to extreme hot water. We had taken 3 rooms side by side but all rooms had same problem. Even after complaining to them, they couldn't give any solution. Video attached for hot water from taps. On the elevator, barely 3 person can enter (recommend for 6 person). Elevator stopped working if fourth person enter. Breakfast was okay. Local cuisines were offered mostly. I would recommend to resort team to solve several plumbing issues and increase your overall service quality. Being a 5 star resort, you can't offer poor service.

We were in Bali for the first time and we opted for this hotel as we got a great deal. Pros of this place are ... Service and food is good Nice restaurants and spas nearby Beachfront Cons are... The family suite that we opted was relatively small with only one restroom Sometimes the vent in the room doesn't function well, we were occasionally exposed to some odors that made us uncomfortable Breakfast tends to get crowded so one needs to figure out a good time to have a peaceful meal

The staff here are great, friendly and accommodating and the hotel isn't too bad. They moved us rooms due to construction works adjacent to the hotel. Unfortunately, the room they moved us to was at the entrance to the second floor (south wing). The room was fine, but the foot traffic and the sporadic drunken clown walking past in the wee hours meant sleep wasn't great for the five nights we were there. Add to that the two fire alarms that went off in the early hours with no report from the staff if it was real or false. The clientele staying there can be....... rough!!! (This includes the seedy old bloke giving his equally as old wife a bit of a touch-up in the pool whilst kids were swimming around them). As one previous reviewer said, it's like being at a caravan park in Australia during peak periods, with some very 'diverse' folk....... If you're into it, this is a great place to sit and watch the stereotypical 'Aussie Bali Bogan' strut around the pool showing off their newly acquired body art. We were lucky enough on more than one occasion to see them wrapped in plastic just like the local butcher would wrap your lamb roast. In saying the above, it isn't the hotels fault for the clientele they have stay with them. Although I would assume it's a core base of their business. There are other places to stay in Bali for around the same price that wouldn't have as many 'diverse' people staying with them. Again the staff are excellent the hotel well run and more than accommodating. If it sounds like your kind of place, you won't go wrong. If not, consider other options.

Great place to stay we had a pool view room across from the H2O restaurant and close to the sunken bar. Breakfast started at 0630 and wasn’t too noisy that we couldn’t sleep in. - Rooms were clean - Beds were comfy - Staff were very friendly - grounds were well kept - kids club was great for the kids. Overall it was great we will be back for sure Thanks Dynasty Crew for a memorable trip.

Good family hotel, good for kids 2-6 years old. Water park is pretty old, pools have very strong chemical aroma, the territory is nice but bit not tidy (like staff don’t clean sun beds, pool tables in time after guests). Nice room with double decker beds. Pretty good food

This is a lovely resort that is super convenient to the airport. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. By US standards it was very modestly priced. Note, the place is super family friendly and Australian families definitely have it on their radar. There is a clear kids zone and a comfortable 'no kids zone.' We're 72 and way past those experiences in our own lives but we enjoyed watching the very active we family fun. If that's not your cup of tea, keep looking.

I cannot fault Bali Dynasty Resort. From the minute you arrive you are their number one. The staff make you feel welcome, the rooms are well maintained. The facilities are excellent. You don't need to step outside of the hotel grounds. Everything is here for you. Even market stalls. All ages are catered for.

It is a very huge property with great facilities. The breakfast buffet was a really good spread. The resort has direct access to beach. The pools were great and well maintained. We had a complain with the AC in the room which was quickly fixed although we called around midnight. It was nice that they called us back in the morning to check on the AC. All in all highly recommending.

Fantastic place. Great for families w children. I wish I was a child again. Waterside, waterfall games and events set up each day for both adults and children. Quick room service and the nicest people you will ever meet. I met a couple from Perth that have been coming here for 25 years. They have kids areas plus adult, quiet areas. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back. Dr. Petro

Our stay at the Bali Dynasty Resort has been so nice. The property has beautiful gardens, fish ponds, ducks and orchids. I look forward to the Breakfast Buffet every morning. The food is excellent and so is the Coffee. The Staff are exceptionally Friendly, always smiling and our Room attendant Wira took great care to greet us and remember our names. The pool and lounge area is so nice, a great way to spend the day. The location is perfect to venture out on the street to explore and enjoy meals and shopping.

Resort is beautiful and excellent for families. The kids club is great and is packed with activities for the kids which made it possible for us to go and do other activities knowing the kids were in great hands. Special mention to Yuni at the front desk, excellent customer service skills and very friendly and welcoming. The reception we got from her was amazing and we will definitely be going back !

Not a young crowd place. It's a good chill hotel for someone is 60s and so. But the hotel is well maintained, rooms are clean and rich. Breakfast is good. They even serve some Indian food items which we really enjoyed it.
