I
came
in
on
a
Saturday
and
it
was
a
small
class
with
just
myself
and
another
person.
I
thought
the
entire
workout
was
quite
unsavory
because:
1.
It
smelled
of
undried
sweat
when
I
walked
in,
and
had
to
ask
the
coach
to
spray
some
air
freshener
2.
The
floor
was
quite
dirty
so
by
the
end
of
the
lesson
I
literally
had
to
go
to
the
toilet
to
properly
wash
my
feet
before
walking
home
2.
The
coach's
English
wasn't
the
best,
so
though
he
was
very
enthusiastic
and
upbeat,
he
couldn't
quite
give
proper
instructions
on
how
to
jab,
cross,
kick
etc.
I
wasn't
a
complete
beginner
so
I
knew
the
basics
of
what
to
do
and
how
not
to
injure
myself,
but
I
also
am
not
an
avid
kickboxing
aficionado
with
perfect
technique.
I
would
imagine
someone
new
to
the
sport
being
very
confused
by
the
lesson
and
might
even
have
a
chance
of
injuring
themselves
down
the
road
Just
thought
the
entire
class
was
quite
underwhelming
-
neither
was
it
a
commercial
boxing
themed
gym
where
the
point
is
just
to
sweat
and
do
some
basic
jab
crosses,
neither
was
it
a
proper
kickboxing
gym
for
someone
really
serious
about
the
sport.
