The team are so attentive and the host Filipa and her husband are friendly, kind people. We had 5 night there but could have easily stayed longer. The breakfast is great and plenty of choices if you are picky but we tried everything on the menu and it was all fresh and healthy. This was absolutely my type of Bali accommodation. So would love to stay again. The massages we received at Amar were great too!

Filipa and Gaoa were great hosts. Always ready with the perfect recommendation for local dining etc. The hotel staff is genuinely pleasant and the rooms were amazing. Breakfast was super fresh with eggs, home cooked bread and local fruits and coconut yogurt!! Mattress and pillows are super comfy and the Aircon is super cold. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

Best boutique hotel in Canggu. Great location, very close to the beach and to the more quite and cool area of Canggu where all the digital nomands are. Great decoration with strong sense of details. Amazing home made breakfast with high qualitative ingredients and exquisite portuguese bakery. It was totally amazing stay in Amar. Starting from the first moment we stepped in, we feel the good vibes. The owner, Felipa showed us very warm and friendly welcome. She provided all the useful information about the hotel and the location. We got recommendations for the best beach clubs and restaurants nearby. The hotel located in a quiet area but it is still very close to everything you need. The hotel staff were absolutely friendly, nice and ready for your help immediately. Our room was just in front of the pool, it was huge and very nicely decorated and the bed was big and comfy. We woke up very fresh after long days and have our great breakfast in the small dining area next to our room. The options of the breakfast were limited. Nevertheless, all the options were freshly made and so yummy. The pool was big enough and very clean to enjoy swimming and relaxing all day long. I’d like to thank the hotel staff especially Bahtiyar, Setia, Martha, Majis. You guys made our stay unforgettable. We will see each other again for sure. I highly recommend this boutique hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Canggu.

We had an amazing time at Amar. A very attentive host and wonderful staff. Delicious healthy breakfast and great surroundings. A superb blend of villa living and hotel all rolled into one. Thoroughly recommend the family bungalow for its great styling and privacy in relation to the rest fo the rooms. This hotel is not located in the centre of Canggu and is tranquil and with easy access to so many places and fabulous restaurants ....it makes for a perfect blend of relaxation and Bali fun.

This was my second time staying in Amar and I'm so happy we chose to book amar. The hotel is clean, cozy and with such a nice 10 star staff. The owner is really hands on and will help you with anything that you might need during your stay. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had! LOCATION is perfect, everything is just around the corner! Would recommend to anyone <3
