The hotel feels like any other sterile business accommodation, it could be anywhere in the world. The rooms have no “Bali touch” to it and feel generally dated. A renovation and some “Bali decoration” would make it more attractive. The Pullman is located next to a busy street, which you need to cross to reach the beach (no direct beach access). For the same reason, ocean view rooms are unpleasantly noisy (also due to poor sound insulation). So, if you really want ocean view, it comes with the constant noise of passing cars and motorbikes. Breakfast is also nothing special. The buffet was incredibly busy, causing long waits even for a coffee. Seating is unpleasantly dense – annoying not only in Covid times. I asked for a power adapter (outlets next to the desk are European, don’t fir the UK / Singapore type) but this could not be organized. Quite surprising for a hotel of this class. On a positive side, the staff is always super friendly and helpful – but this can not make up for the various shortfalls. I can’t recommend this hotel. There are many nicer alternatives around this area.

This was a really great hotel. Located directly opposite Kuta beach it's in a great location for all surrounding shops including the beach walk shopping mall. The hotel has 2 pools, 1 which is an 18+ infinity overlooking the beach. There is a restaurant with buffet style meals offered. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to all types of people wanting to visit Bali.

This hotel although a little dated is still a great place to stay. It's very family orientated with amazing staff at the kids club. The 1 bedroom suite is perfect for a family as they are very large in size. The location is also great being on the main strip very close to everything and straight across from the beach. The restaurant is exceptional as it caters for many nationalities and its staff, especially the 2 young ladies by the name of Sari and Kadek (sisters) go above and beyond to cater for your needs. As we have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and my husband having a 15 year background in hotel management we can't praise these 2 ladies enough for their professionalism, kindness and genuine pride in their work. We would highly recommend the Pullman purely based on their amazing staff. They made our stay a memorable one.

We recently stayed for 8 nights in an ocean view suite. When we arrived we had to wait 2 hours before our room was ready. When we finally got to our room we were disappointed with the room as it was very "tired looking". The floors need re-doing and the furniture in the lounge room was very minimal and in poor condition. We ended up using this room as a changing room. Despite this the bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice. We were very happy with the rest of the resort. The breakfasts and dinners were really good. The staff were amazing and cocktails around your infinity pool watching the sun set was the highlight of our day. The massage in the spa was incredible and your gymnasium was very well set up for a hotel gym which was great. Thank you Pullman for a wonderful stay. We had a fabulous holiday.

‼️ This was my first trip to Bali and I chose Pullman because they had good reviews. Well, to me it was a disappointment because the hotel is rated 5 star but the rooms are hardly 4 star. I mainly travel in Europe but I’ve also been to Thailand and Singapore so I wasn’t expecting too much from a Balinese hotel. But I wanted it to be clean and neat. The room they gave us was ocean view and I was so happy but my good mood has been disappearing with every minute I spent there. First, it smelled like mold because the walls were moldy. I meant the stuff wipe it away but it’s still there. I understand that it’s tropics and it’s humid but the hotel needs a better ventilation system. Second, it was very noisy as there’s a quiet busy road which separates the hotel from the ocean. So if you want an ocean view room be ready for the noise. The next day we asked for a room with a garden view and asked if they had renovated rooms. So the second room was better. Quieter and not moldy although the humidity was still there. If you’re going to this hotel make sure to ask a renovated room‼️ Other than that, the location is great the breakfast is amazing with lots of variety of delicious fruits, Asian and European food, many vegetarian options. They also serve a traditional Balinese drink Jamu made of medicinal roots and herbs 🌿

We were in Bali for about 15 days and stayed in a few resorts-Pullman being the first! The hotel is right across the Legian Beach-great location-everything is accessible easily-supermarkets, laundry, shopping, restaurants, bike rentals and the beach! We had booked a twin room, the single beds were really small, but other than that the room was comfortable with a good balcony. The washroom was spacious too. The pools are average size, the view from the infinity pool was great! They food and cocktails served were awesome! We had also arranged for airport transfer with them when we arrived-it was higher than the usual taxi-which is obvious-but we were glad someone was there on time to receive us, and we didn't have to go through the struggle of booking a cab after the long journey. The cherry on the cake for us was the breakfast layout! As I mentioned we stayed in quiet a few resorts in Bali during our stay-but no one came close the options Pullman provided in their breakfast buffet. The best part-there was separate buffet for kids which my 4 year daughter really enjoyed! Full five stars to Pullman for their service! If you are considering to book Pullman-go for it with your eyes closed! It is a great place to stay!

The room we were staying in is wide and the bed is also wide/big so that's a plus. The bathroom we understand the hotel is not new thus we can spot some things that can be renewed/refreshed but nothing worth calling the hotel to get fixed straight away. Good location if you haven't been to Kuta/Legian beach, for us, the one way traffic to go to the hotel can be better which is not a hotel management thing to control. The brekky we had was decent and def catered for family. In summary nothing negative we can say during our stay. We may go back and stay here again next time if we/our activities are nearby. A beautiful hotel.great location.close to beach and shops.a bustling place with lots of things to do. Service given to us was amazing especially in the buffet area Buthra Adi and others were s welcoming to us. We were happy to meet the General Manager where we voiced our pleasure at staying at Pullman and the service we received from the cleaning staff and in the buffet area Food was amazing. We can't wait to come back and stay at Pullman again. I recommend anyone to stay at this hospitable hotel

I got a room with an ocean view and it was amazing. Their dinners are good as well. Mertawan was my waiter one night and very kind and hospitable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool is great, and the gym is also great. Can't find anything bad to say about this hotel.

I have just spent 7 days at the hotel. The staff and breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very tired and need an upgrade. I was not happy with my room as was given another room. For a five star hotel it was very disappointing. Infinity pool has no hand rails to enter the pool or exit. This made it difficult for me to use the pool. This is more like a 3 star hotel and not 5 star.

Got a Premier Ocean View room, amazing view during sunset. The only downside that it is near the street and the motorbikes were noisy during the night. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices from either Western menu or Asian menu and they vary the menu everyday so it's not boring. Staffs were helpful but just it, I did not feel the 5 star service from the staffs. I clearly didn't feel the "warm welcome" that Bali hospitality normally has

The Pullman Bali Legian Beach was our first stop after arriving in Bali. We had a pleasant stay overall. However, compared to other hotels we stayed in during our vacation, we can't give five stars for this one. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The pool area for the kids was rather small but our kids enjoyed the kids-club activities a lot. The breakfast had a nice variety of food, however, the seating area was always very crowded and not very comfortable. If you want to stay at Legian Beach, I guess the hotel is well located. But we enjoyed other areas of Bali much more.

We stayed for 10 nights. We had a wonderful time away. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Haity and Bella were always there to make our stay special, as are all the staff. Close to all shopping areas and across the road from the beach. We will be back soon.

None but astonished with this hotel! To be honest, we got a very low price to stay here for 5 days due to Covid19 (you know what I meant. Many tourism businesses likely on the edge), yet the management still gave their best for its guests. The twin bedroom was wonderful. My favourite thing was always be hot shower and even I got additional hot water in bath-up. The menu here? I bet you barely need to buy any snack outside because those breakfast, tea break snack, and the lunch was palatable. Some of the food were introducing Bali's outrageous seasoning. Apart of that, I saw an infinite pool, gym, and bar. This hotel also owned several meeting rooms.

The service from staff was superb. Everywhere you went on site there was always a smiling face and help at hand. The buffet dinners were so beautifully prepared. The food had that home cooked feel to them. The buffet breakfasts also provided a huge delicious array of choices! Adi Sujaya was particularly friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here for couples and families. Across the road from the beach, and walking distance to markets and great shopping!

The service is quite good although check in process is very slow. We booked 2 rooms (twin and double) and our double bed is being upgraded to a very spacious room. The room is good, everything was well-functioned. We don't really like the bathroom because it's just look so old. But it's a nice staying. Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel staff are super friendly and attentive. Every couple of days they would send us a hand-written note with a cute gift, which were all of personal touch. I also highly recommend their photo shooting service, which created a very special memory for our stay here. I give it 120 out of 100, and it’s definitely worth giving it a go!

The Pullman Legian is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The pools are beautiful, but be aware the roof top is not available for kids under 12. The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are a little tired and could do with a facelift. The lift doesn't have air-conditioning and is ridiculously uncomfortable at anytime of the day. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is very nice.

Summary: Used platinum membership for a good room and good price and was met with noisy room. I'd advise asking for a room at the back of the hotel instead of the front, next to main road. Cons: Rally racing outside Saturday lasted 6 hours from 11pm to 5am. Had no sleep. Construction work outside during day time. Had no sleep. Now asking to move rooms as beach view is way to noisy! Ordered tea for breakfast got a cold cappuccino, charged for this. Bathtub handle is broken. Pros: Gym is good. Has 2 pools. Next to beach. Lots of sunshine.

Great atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff! I loved everything about this hotel! The breakfasts were delicious and varied each day, they put a themed dinner on every night, daily room service, spacious, cool room. Loved the location! And little touches like body lotion in the waiting area! Will be back!

We stayed for 5 days and experienced many things in this hotel. The hotel has a great view especially at dawn and dusk, the food is delish and it would be great if the menu provide more Balinese cuisine. The meeting room are spacious and comfortable, also the snack is good. However there's still a few inconvenience things happened, the water in sink and toilet were dirty to brown for two days first, and the humidity in the room is okay at first but to some extent it's bothering... the wall and floor all wet. At the last day, a certain reception staff give us a very bad service and we had a very terrible check out. Slightly think that the staff are super nice to the tourist but not for locals. Overall the hotel is good but not fulfill my expectation about 5 star luxury hotel. No worries, sometimes you need a space to grow and to be better.

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing. I do recommend it. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Some should speak better English. However it's not European 5 start standard. Some maintenance and cleaning issues that will be solved.

We stayed for 4 days cos it’s a 5 star hotel and we wanted a clean room compared to other hotels we stayed in. We were upgraded to bigger room cos we were neglected by the staff who gave juice for the guests sitting in the lobby and my husband was mad cos of this but the manager was understanding and nice and upgraded us. The room was big and specious. The toilet was so clean and nice i love it i filled the bath tub with hot water and relaxed. Everything was clean and neat inside the room as expected. The one this that bothered us inside the room was the humidity because it was raining outside the walls were wet and had water on them and our clothes and bags were also humid. Though we stayed in other hotels in rainy days we hadn’t felt this before. The towels stayed wet for days inside the room. One night there was no hot water so we couldn’t shower and i had to heat water using the kettle to shower 😢! They took a lot of time to fix it. The breakfast was amazing a lot of options for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Not many dessert options ☹️. They gave us complimentary photo session but we couldn’t take it cos of the weather 😣! We enjoyed our staying.

After a long time, I was able to travel to Bali again, We were immensely pleased with the amount of greenery inside the hotel and the staff treated everyone like royalty. The bonus was the presence of two swimming pools, the themed buffet dinner was awesome. Will be back again. Thank you so much Pullman Bali.

Pullman is a large resort, located next to the Legian beach. Foot distance to Kuta and Seminyak. It was very easy to reach attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed our room with garden access. We had a nice shower and a large bathtub in a large glass bathroom. The roof-top infinity pool is so nice and has an amazing ocean view. Open buffet breakfast has a large variety of food and beverages. It didn't get boring during our three-day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have all the little amenities, such as a hairdryer, water cooker, instant coffee, tea, bathrobe, slippers, soap, shampoo set, nail care set, shower cap, comb, cotton pads, swabs, etc. They make one hour of complimentary photo shooting with a professional photographer and one complimentary framed photo. All in all, they are very professional, and if you are looking for an easy stay Pullman is a normal but not outstanding resort that you can book.

Hotel has great facilities.we stayed for 4 nights and it was great.They have a kids club, i did leave my 5 year old there for one hour till we enjoyed a massage!Affordable menu and great choice for buffet.The downside is the rooms are very moist, we had to change our room the first night as there was water dripping from walls.The manager was very helpful and even offered us complimentary massage, so cant complain! Beach is very near but a bit dirty for kids as there were rubbish everywhere but very good value for money.We stayed in the premium one bedroom suite and the pool was awesome... Tip: Remember to set the AC to dry mode

Had a great time at this very comfortable hotel, right on the border between Kuta and Legian. Right on the beach with great views and walking distance to great restaurants like Luber. Rooms are spacious with bath and shower. The infinity pool is marvellous and the buffet Breakfast delicious and generous. Would stay again.

My experience at the Pullman has been nothing short of amazing the staff are all just such beautiful helpful people that are very humbling to be around. Listia from the dining area is just wonderful she goes above & beyond with her service plus she’s such a lovely person 😊 The food what can I say is just delicious! The hotel itself is awesome there’s so much to do without even leaving the grounds . I will definitely be coming back 😊
