We stayed in over 20 villa this one is by far the worst. Top flood was always flooded, I can accept leak but when the whole floor is covered with water. When I use bath towel to soak up the water, the manager Made told me I cannot put bath towel on the floor, I asked them ro clean it up they said the workers wont be back till tomorrow. Plus cockroaches everywhere... The manager is so rude and arrogant and our villa collapsed !! The villa building qulity is so bad and termites, mold everywhere!!! You didn't listen wrong is the whole pool collapsed to the slope and fortunately we were not in the house!!!!! That's the worst experience we ever had!! When we check out they took out a bucket full of broken glass and asked us to pay for it. We never broken anything.... overall thats is the dishonest company....and staffs... Want to give them 0 star

In the beginning of November We contacted Made on facebook ane we rented Sotis villa for three months. After we move in we found out the villa had so many problems. My bedroom turns into a mini pool everytimes when it rains, then we found termites and it started to get into all of our stuff and super smelly rooms and oh the wall felt off from the said of the villa!!! We told the mananger Made these problems should be solved before the guests move in before or repaired after we checked out in three months. Manager Made does not like the guests to ask him to repair. The first day we told him the villas had problems he said he will fix it soon but of course it never happened. 2 months later when he finally gets to it he asked us to pay for all the repairing cost !!! When we refused to pay he told us we have to move out in 2 weeks...integrity means nothing to this villa. As far as we know, many residents not cool with this villaMore

Great complex of villas in nice location: quite and close to lots or cafes and restaurants, as well as beaches. The villas are also very comfortable, and there’s a great supportive service. It was a pleasure to stay at this place, so highly recommend it!

We stayed here for 5 Months and we loved it and when we are back in Canggu we will definitely stay here again. Things we loved the most: - Staff and Management, so helpful and kind. - HUGE Smart TVs. - Indoor Dinning, Kitchen and Living Room. - Safety and Location. The Friendly Staff: Cleaning twice a week with staff ready to help 24/7. We had a few small maintenance issues during our stay and it was as easy as sending a WhatsApp to Rinda and 15 minutes later someone is there to fix it. Running Costs for 2 People: Electricity = 750k per month Water = 25k for big bottle Location: We've stayed at so many places in Canggu and this location is the most convenient for us - with a shortcut at the back linking up with Batu Bolong. The Villa: As you can see from the photos it is a HUGE stunning villa. We felt really safe and had no issues during our stay.

We stayed for one month and we spent more than 3 million on electricity for average use, although the last week we were out for few days. Scam!!

this is the worst $4,500 accommodation in my life. when you come to see the villa, they show you a new and beautiful one, but when the time comes to move in, you are put in a terrible old villa. In which the ceiling flows, a dirty and smelly pool that no one cleans. The walls and ceiling are leaking and moldy. This is greed. There is no elementary toilet paper and shower gel - excuse me, for $4,500???? Disappointing and would not recommend to anyone because you will just be scammed like us.

Staff were so helpful during our stay. The private villa was just what we needed and away from all the craziness while still close enough to walk to central Canguu.

Villa with a private pool, if u need more room they have 2 more rooms on the same building, but if u don't they won't give those rooms to other guess, so you can enjoy the whole building with the pool for yourself. the villa is fully furnished with sofa, dining table and marvelous kitchen. They have variety of breakfast that will be set in your dining table every day

Great villas, we stayed in the kintamani villa two layers. Very spacious and clean. Private pool, gazebo and entrance gate. Road is not quite finished yet but taxis can get there. 5mjn from main road and/or a scooter is advisable. In the morning you hear the calming suling (flute) song and see the rice fields from the balconny. Canggu is lovely, lots of nice cafes and restaurants.

Stayed here for a few days with my fiancée on my latest trip to Bali I’d definitely go here again I love the pool and the view from the villa balcony we stayed here during NYEPI 2019 we spent the whole day in the villa we went grocery shopping and stocked up on food and drinks the place has a smart tv with Netflix and YouTube so we had entertainment and music covered we also cooked meals in the kitchen it was perfect we had the best time

We lived in the villa for half a year, the staff was very nice, everyone was attentive and caring towards us. The villa was always kept clean and tidy. The villa itself is in good condition, it was a pleasure to stay. They helped with deliveries and even took the bike to be washed. Everyone is very friendly and always ready to help. Thank you very much 😊 We really enjoyed your stay 🥰😍
