writing
to
express
my
dissatisfaction
with
my
recent
stay
at
Astera
Villa
Canggu,
booked
through
Luxury
Escapes.
I
have
encountered
several
issues
during
my
stay
that
have
greatly
impacted
my
experience
and
have
not
met
the
standards
and
expectations
that
were
advertised
on
the
Luxury
Escapes
website.
Firstly,
the
room
I
was
provided
with
did
not
match
the
photos
displayed
on
the
Luxury
Escapes
website.
The
room
was
outdated,
poorly
maintained,
and
lacked
the
cleanliness
and
amenities
that
were
advertised.
The
condition
of
the
room
was
subpar
and
did
not
reflect
the
luxury
experience
that
was
promised.
Secondly,
during
my
stay
at
Astera
Villa
Canggu,
I
experienced
a
serious
skin
rash,
which
I
believe
was
due
to
the
lack
of
cleanliness
and
hygiene
in
the
room.
This
had
a
significant
impact
on
my
comfort
and
well-being
during
my
stay,
and
I
was
disappointed
with
the
lack
of
attention
to
cleanliness
and
maintenance
at
the
property.
Furthermore,
I
was
disappointed
with
the
transportation
services
provided
by
the
hotel.
The
hotel
attempted
to
charge
me
a
higher
rate
for
taxis
compared
to
the
standard
rates
in
the
area,
resulting
in
unnecessary
and
unexpected
additional
expenses
during
my
stay.
This
was
unacceptable
and
not
in
line
with
the
level
of
service
and
professionalism
that
I
expected
from
a
luxury
property.
Additionally,
the
room
lacked
basic
amenities
such
as
toothbrushes,
which
are
essential
for
any
traveler.
This
inconvenience
further
added
to
the
dissatisfaction
of
my
stay
and
did
not
meet
the
basic
requirements
for
a
comfortable
and
enjoyable
experience.
Furthermore,
the
service
provided
by
the
hotel
did
not
match
the
premium
price
that
was
paid
for
the
stay.
The
staff
was
unresponsive
to
my
concerns
and
failed
to
provide
the
level
of
service
that
was
expected
from
a
luxury
property.
The
quality
of
service
was
below
par
and
did
not
meet
the
standards
advertised
on
the
Luxury
Escapes
website.
Lastly,
the
hotel's
food
offerings
did
not
match
the
variety
and
quality
that
was
advertised
on
the
menu.
Despite
the
promise
of
a
diverse
menu,
I
was
informed
upon
ordering
that
only
fried
rice
and
fried
noodles
were
available,
which
I
believe
was
misleading
and
dishonest
to
customers.
Based
on
the
above
mentioned
reasons,
I
kindly
request
a
full
refund
for
my
stay
at
Astera
Villa
Canggu,
as
the
experience
did
not
meet
the
standards
and
expectations
that
were
advertised
on
the
Luxury
Escapes
website.
I
believe
that
the
issues
I
encountered
during
my
stay
were
unacceptable
and
have
greatly
impacted
my
overall
experience.
I
appreciate
your
attention
to
this
matter
and
I
trust
that
Luxury
Escapes
will
take
the
necessary
steps
to
address
these
issues
and
provide
a
satisfactory
resolution.
