One of my worst experiences I have had. When I got there I was not allowed to see my room before I paid. I was alone and couldn't go any other way so I paid. Then I was led to the room and it was grossly disappointing. The rooms do not match the pictures at all. The pictures are from 11 years ago. I was deeply disappointed. There are stains or small bugs everywhere and the quality of the room is not as they promised. There are stains and dirty spots everywhere in the room. There were also many holes in the walls so there were bugs and mosquitoes everywhere. The room was super dark and it is not clean at all. Also, it was not quiet at all and the staff is sitting there at night getting drunk. I slept there for 1 night because I came from the airport at 2 o'clock at night and had nowhere else to go on my own. I am a girl of 21 all alone and was certainly scared and frightened. I had actually booked for more than 1 week but checked out after 1 night. The staff could not help me get a refund and they also spoke no English at all. Via google translate they tried to explain to me that their boss lives in England and they could not help me at all. Then I asked them to contact their boss but they said it was difficult. Then I asked for an email address and after a long time I got it. Then I sent an e-mail to the boss of the residence with pictures and evidence and the whole story, and the answer I got was that everything I said was not true and that I should not act like that. While I could send proof of everything. She went on to say that I would NOT get my money back despite this unpleasant experience. When I subsequently sent more pictures and proof I was ignored and left to my own devices. So do NOT go here because I have never felt so bad during that night and the customer service afterwards was also really a disappointment.... I am personally very sorry because I think we could have found a solution in a professional way but not so.... Terrible!

It's a clean room but doesn't actually have in it for example no trash can or reading lamp. The internet in our room was really slow but it worked. Nights in the hostel are pretty dead. Its 15 to 20 minutes walking to the main street and 30 minutes to the beach. Air conditioning worked pretty good the whole time and you'll have warm water in the shower.

Decent hostel in a quiet part of town. Location isn't the greatest but still within walking distance to the main strip. Awesome outdoor pool area, friendly staff and morning breakfast has lots of options to choose from. Biggest issue was the insects in our room. Ants were EVERYWHERE and we spent a solid hour spraying bug repellent around our room. The pizza place beside the hostel is a MUST. Delicious and affordable. Overall, not bad but not great. You can find many other options in Kuta...

Not honest, they say they have tv, fast wifi, DVD player, yet the tv doesn’t work, there’s no DVD player and the wifi works very very very badly, I asked to push my check out just few hours later because my plane was at 6pm they wanted to charge me 120k LOL. At night, the young security guard gets drunk with other locals in the hostel. The cleaning lady is very impolite and rude. They also lied about the scooter rental. Anyway don’t go there I strongly recommend anything else!!

Rooms were fine (for the price), staff friendly and helpful and nice chill vibe. Unfortunately I got sick from the pool, put my head under the water only for a second and got some water up my nose and I felt it go all down my throat. It can happen when you swim right.. soon after sore throat, 2 days later it turned into a bacterial chest infection and I had to get antibiotics. Ruined a week of my holiday. I hope they hear this review and that Warung can sort it out to protect other travellers. This was literally the first thing I did when I arrived to Bali and I was perfectly healthy before I arrived. I wouldn’t post this unless I was sure this was the cause, I just don’t want others to have what I had

If I were to walk past Warung Coco I would not think that to stay in there. The entrance is sparse and degraded, and on a very busy side street. Beyond the entrance, beyond a tin twisting alley/hallway sits a large, delightful courtyard with many rooms centered around a pool. The seating is good, the pool is nice, the included breakfast is find - and I enjoyed my private room. I would easily stay again, but I would not send others without warning not to judge by the entrance.

Nice place with both private rooms and bigger hostel rooms. The rooms are comfort-full with tv, fridge and air-condintioner. Small choice for the breakfast, cooked at the moment, in the bar beside the pool. Staff is a little bit careless...

My stay was amazing, big proper swimming pool. Just don’t like the outdated dark toilet/shower room. No problem with it thou.

Cheap, nice pool and pool beds, comfortable bed, bare-bones bathroom but it's all clean. Very nice staff and free breakfast. There are nice local restaurants nearby.

Great place in central Kuta. The area is extremely busy but we found peace and quiet at warung coco. Clean rooms and pool is amazing. Staff is so friendly and helpful with anything you need. Breakfast is included and delicious but small portions so had to go eat again shortly afterwards. Definately recomend staying 2 nights. We walked from the airport. Taking our time it took about an hour and 20 minutes. Easy to get to.

Stayed here for two nights. Had a private dorm cause nothing else was available and I'm not sure if there are dorms at all? Didn't matter, the price was more than fair and I had the chance to pack all my stuff and leave early in the morning to the airport without disturbing anyone. The pool is big and clean and you can relax around it very well. You can meet up with the other guests or don't if you dont want to. Around the corner are two little warungs for beer and snacks. The Kuta-main-district is 10min by foot away. The airport is within 10mins with car. The lady at the reception speaks very good English, everyone else not really which makes it a bit difficult to communicate if she isn't there, but no hard feelings. The taxi which I order with the reception never came which I don't really want to blame the hostel for. The rooms were very tidy and clean, nice mattress.

Good place for the price. The hotel is well located and the swimming pool is great. Nonetheless, the breakfast is insipid and the staff can be super annoying at times.

Nice place to stay near legian. Not really a fan of the area but I can't complain about the hotel. Lovely and very helpful staff. Good prices and free breakfast, no complaints

It was first place in Bali where I stayed and it was really good. There is a big and clean pool, air conditioner works well and the room is pretty clear and really nice yard with a lot of trees

For the price great value, in a location just off the madness ;)
