I visited BaliMed Canggu after experiencing a blocked ear for about one week following snorkeling. The staff spoke excellent English, which made it easy for me to communicate my symptoms. The doctor who treated me was knowledgeable and professional, and I felt that I was in good hands. The issue with my ear was detected quickly, and the treatment was both effective and painless. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience at BaliMed Canggu. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the treatment was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would not hesitate to return myself if needed.

I was seen at BaliMed Canggu Clinic following a scooter accident (classic). Dr. Pradnyana Adi and his team saw me immediately upon walking-in and I was very satisfied with the level of care provided, their strong English skills, and their thorough explanations of procedures/follow-up care required for treating my wounds and stitches. I am very grateful that I found this clinic and will return for any future needs while in Bali.

I went here few days ago after get bitten from dog. DR. I MADE PRADNYANA super helpful give us the details about rabies. The explanation is very very detail and not rushing. He is super calm and truly understand our anxiety. I really couldn’t recommended for better clinic and doctor.

The doctor was very thorough and explained very well how I need to take care of myself to get better. His English was very good and I was able to understand him. He was able to write a letter for my insurance which had all the information required to submit for my insurance claim.

They were super nice to my baby and i that's why I'm giving it two stars. I came for me and my baby, the doctor diagnosed an aphtis and milk on the tongue .... it was because I insisted that it was a fungus that she looked at her mouth more closely and said that indeed it was a fungus. she did not check to see if there was diaper rash when my baby had the symptoms, she did not explain to me how to administer the treatment, or for how long. my symptoms on another problem were not taken into account. Generally speaking, the consultation lacked exploration, explanations and the diagnosis was quick and not very good. she was unable to explain why my baby had a "cold" for 3 weeks and no further analysis was offered. the consultation was also expensive.

I went to the clinic already couple of times bc of ear infection and other things - I was treated very good and super fast (every time). Last time I had to ask the doctor to come to my house because I felt really sick - they came within short time - had all the equippment and also all the meds I needed. The doctor checked (via WA) couple days later again if I feel better. Can highly reccomend BaliMed. Thank you very much.

Our son got multiple sea urchins which needed to be surgically removed. Dr Awit came to our hotel and removed them using a local anaesthetic. He was extremely proficient and thorough. After 4 days we went back for the dressings to be changed. The overall experience was amazing. I was highly impressed and could not be happier with Dr Awit and his team. A great job thank you 🙏

Great service… I needed help quickly and they came to my room within a short amount of time. The doctor was very comforting and professional! Even followed up via WhatsApp throughout the day to answer questions which was both helpful and comforting while I was very sick!

Stopped by for the rabies shot after my daughter got a dog bite. We had no wait times, excellent service, fully explained the process in English and they had the vaccine available on site.

My husband came in with a broken toe and Dr. Awik was very attentive and explained his concerns with his condition. My husband was immediately referred to a main hospital For x-ray and surgery, which Dr. Awik was quick to notify. There was a clear understand of my husbands needs and immediate help as soon as we arrived thanks to Dr. Awik. He also continued to follow up and track my husbands condition to ensure he received all the help and assistance he would need during the whole ordeal. My experience with BaliMed is one of the best I've had with medical centers in Canggu. After injuring my lower back and being unable to move, I called BaliMed. Dr. Awik was quickly sent to my home, examined me, and suspected a mild herniated disc. He advised immediate physiotherapy and an MRI, which prevented me from worse. I felt very well cared for. I sincerely thank him for his valuable advice and contacts and can only warmly recommend him.

I had a skin abscess that had a very bad infection. I was very worried about it. This clinic was very professional. They made an incision, drained the infection, gave me antibiotics. I got everything I needed and didn't even have to wait. The doctor and nurses are very nice as well. Dr. Awik even personally texted me a few days later to check and make sure I was getting better. I was bitten by the wild dog and been try to find rabies vaccine, but everywhere is empty. I called this clinic in order to find the vaccine, luckily, they have it. When I was in clinic, they clean my wound gently and gave 2 shots for rabies vaccine. They also give vaccination card and inform me that I need total 4 shots to get complete imunity. I'm so grateful for their great service. Definitely will come back if I have health issue.

My husband had diarrhea a week ago and he suffered a lot from the diarrhea. In a day he can poop up to 10-15 times and also vomit several times. Seeing his weak condition, I took him to BaliMed Canggu. There he was examined by Dr. Awik, then they put him on an IV line because he saw my husband's condition, which was very weak. They also provide anti-vomiting drugs that are given through IV fluids. After being observed for 2 hours, my husband's condition improved. The doctor then prescribed medicines for diarrhea and anti-vomiting. After three days of took medicine, my husband's diarrhea gradually improved. They also did a stool examination and found that the cause of my husband's diarrhea was a parasitic infection. We have to be careful about the food we eat and have to keep it clean. Dr. Awik and his team went above and beyond for me. I had a cancer scare, no one wants that, but if they should ever face such a situation it makes the world of difference having caring, understanding and knowledgeable staff to be the messenger while we waited for final results to come back from the blood work. Dr. Awik explained every item that was tested, what each result meant and how he interpreted the levels so I would understand exactly where I stood. The medical personnels were so friendly and helpful. The doctor explained my illness and prescribed me just enough medicine to make me recover in just a couple of days. He didn't overmedicate, which is rare in Bali. Price was also very affordable compared to other clinics in Canggu. Keep it up!

He was able to diagnose the cause of my fever perfectly and spent a lot of time with me to make sure he gave me the right medication, showed me a picture of my throat so I could identify the problem. He is the most competent doctor I have ever had to deal with, whether in France or in Indonesia.

My grandmother was sick few days ago and I request to do home visit. Dr awik come quickly and bring all the medical stuff. After he did medical inspection, he found the health issue in my grandmother is her respiratory tract which is she felt shortness of breathing and also fever. Everybody was very helpful at the clinic, whe. I first arrived and was very sick the doctor recommended i go straight to hospital and organised a Grab for me and did not charge the consult fee which was kind. The nursing and reception staff were great at communicating via whatsapp and sending me through results and my medical report. The doctors were kind. There was no booking needed and i saw the doctor much quicker than I woukd have been able to in NZ.

The doctor spoke very good english and was very good at explaining what was going on and how to take care of it and had all the necessary medication to treat it with him. I got confirmation from a worried family member at home who is a doctor that said they would do the exact same thing. They were very professional and quick to come. I would definitely contact them again if needed!

I had a fever and a headache for several days. I did an online consultation with doctor awik. He replied to my Whatsapp and suggested I take some medicines and also do a covid-19 antigen test. I immediately did an antigen test at the nearest lab and the results were negative. After a few days of taking the recommended medicine, now I feel better. I came to the clinic with Dengue fever and I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Awik. His examination was always thorough, in each visit he took time to give thorough explanations and he even called me each time to explain my blood results to me. My husband complains of pain in the waist area and also pain when urinating. My husband then came to this clinic to do an examination. From the results of the examination it was found that there were stones in the urinary tract. Doctor awik then made a referral to a urology specialist and explained that an examination there was needed to get better treatment regarding my husband's complaints. It's really lucky to have this clinic as a place for level 1 treatment from my BPJS insurance.

I felt very panicked when my child had a high fever and then had a seizure in the middle of the night. I immediately went to BaliMed Canggu Clinic which is the closest clinic to my house. When I got there I immediately pressed the bell because I saw the closed clinic door. The clinic staff immediately opened the door and took my child inside. The doctor immediately checked my child's condition and then gave medicine through the buttocks. After being observed for about 1 hour at the clinic, my child got better and his fever went down. I am very grateful to the doctor and nurse at BaliMed Canggu who swiftly helped my child at 1am. They are very friendly in serving patients even though I see their faces seem sleepy. I will never hesitate to come to this clinic if I have health problems. Drug prices are also very affordable.

Very professional doctor with a very nice personal. Very fast as well ( I went in there and I 2 min after I was with the doctor ) and the pharmacy is in there so you don't need to go somewhere else. they even explain you all the médecine they give you. They speak very good english and you can pay by card. Finally very good service because they send you a message after few days to check on you. I recommend 100% to go there !

My son fell down when he was running on the floor and his head hit the floor, this caused he had wound on it. I brought him to BaliMed Canggu. There my son was checked by dr awik. After dr awik saw the wound, he suggest to stitch it. After I gave agreement for this process, he start to clean the wound, give local anasthetic and put some stitches. The process is fast and stitch look so neat. Another good thing is the price also affordable. I feel so grateful found this clinic and from first visit, I feel so impress with their way on handling patient. Will definitely come back if my family have health issue.
