The doctor didnt pay attention that much, not even touch. But they're charge me observation fee beside Dr fee. Plus 350 idr for syrup only. I think this is scam

A scam!! Got charged 800$ aud for bali belly. Its a joke of a place and service. Dont get fooled!!!

My boyfriend got an allergy reaction and they want 4.2 juta or $400 aud for him to get injected with a list of meds he doesnt need. Dont go here, they try to sell things that you dont need in an hefty price. Better go to a proper hospital like siloam if you are willing to pay that much where you are actually treated by proper doctors. Update to this review: They kept on harassing us to change this review. Messaging us in different numbers. Oh they want my boyfriend to get an IV because they are scared he will be dehydrated from a diarrhea that has actually stopped. He is fit enough to drink, why dont suggest him to drink coconut water or electrolytes to keep hydrated. But i guess suggesting this doesn’t make them the 2jt to make up the 4.2jt they quote us. This is what i meant by suggesting him things he doesnt need to make money. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Doctor was very thorough, attentive and friendly. I was here for an injury from driving an ATV into a wall and slamming my left side into the wall lol. So he did a physical examination of my ribs and back. Was recommended here by a friend.

I had a positive experience at the medical centre. Noviyanti (the nurse) who attended to us was exceptional. Her expertise and compassionate care made our visit comfortable, and she took the time to address our concerns with patience. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the efficiency of the staff contributed to a smooth experience. Highly recommended.

Very expensive and doctors aren't good at diagnosing. They don't have overnight admit which they don't tell so your insurance might deny the claim as mine. Very expensive place. Better visit big hospital in bali not these Chinese owned rip off clinics.

Had an infected wound and got them to have a look at it, prescribed with some antibiotics and gave me their WhatsApp number to contact them. They gave me quick replies and I checked in with them every few days and 3 weeks later it had completely healed and it’s no infection!

Helpful, friendly staff and a clean environment. However they conducted no tests but prescribed 4 medicines, which were extremely overpriced. Overall expensive but a good experience.

They definitely try to upsell you as much services as possible. While I am grateful to them for diagnosing finding out what was wrong with me, they very gently try to upsell you on pretty much everything, especially when it comes to prescriptions as they are easily 3 times more expensive than in a nearby pharmacy. If you come here, tell them you strictly want the doctor consultation and will pay for w.e. analysis needs to be done, then it's fine. Every charge was however agreed beforehand (I had to ask how much that was through every time), it's just a lot of the stuff didn't seem really necessary now when I look at that. They did help get insurance paperwork and I was able to reimburse the costs. If you don't have that luxury, be careful with what you sign up for.

Worst clinic I’ve been to.. inaccurate lab results and overcharged medicine. Will end up paying extra for their incompetence in the end than just going directly to a professional.

Super overpriced! Don’t come here unless you want to be SCAMMED. Walk 30 metres down the road to The Medical Canggu Batu Bolong for better service at 1/10th of the cost. We were charged 450k for consult and 4-6million for an iv drip for food poisoning. At Medical Canggu down the road the price is 250k for consult and 350k for the iv drip. When I inquired to the price difference, they immediately dropped the price to the 3.7m total but wouldn’t budge further because we had already started treatment. When it came time to pay they added 100k to the bill without telling us. When we asked what it was for - the nurse said she forgot a medicine and we should pay it because it was only 100k extra. When I asked them to remove it if it was only 100k she refused and said she would have to pay if we didn’t and visibly complained to her colleagues in Bahasa. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It’s a scam for tourists. I got Bali belly and I went there because of high temperature (39°) and the paracetamol wasn’t working anymore. When I arrived, only a nurse at the reception was there. The doctor was visiting a patient at home. The nurse called the doctor by phone for the examination and told me that the cost would be 450k IDR, treatments INCLUDED. So the doctor “visited” me by phone saying that high temperature was due to dehydration (?) and I needed an intra vein (IV) treatment for hydration + stomach protection + nausea medicine. But the most important question the doctor asked me was if I had a travel insurance because (surprise surprise!) the treatments now cost 6 millions IDR!!! (~385 USD) Excluding the 450k for the examination! (by phone!) After calling again the doctor to get more clarification, she pushed me to do the treatment but after the nurse missed my massive vein with the nail, I simply refused to do the treatment and left. I always bring an antibiotic with me while travelling as I have a heart condition. Of course the doctor didn’t care when I mentioned it. Luckily, I took the antibiotic and the fever disappeared in a couple of hours and I recovered in less than a day. As a “side note”: the nurse touched papers, pens, money, cash machine, phone, medications and nails with the gloves used to treat patients. And both the doctor and nurse can barely speak English. Just stay away from this clinic…

Went here for Bali bell- Very good consultation, explaining the whole treatment and giving the patient options in great English. Very patient and are covered by travel Insurance.

The price is reasonable for the quality of service provided. Arrived very quickly to my hotel, and after 1 hour treatment, I was immediately healthy and able to continue my holiday trip. My losses might be more if I can't continue with my vacation plans.

I would just like to point out how professional and nice the staff in the clinic were. They welcomed me and reassured me and they really took good care of me, especially the nurse Novi. Would definitely recommend it if you have any sort of a issue that needs attending.

My dad of 89 fell on the bathroom floor hitting his head which caused a slightly open head wound early in the morning. Especially due to our trip flying back home to the Netherlands the next day, our hotel recommended to call this international clinic for a quick treatment after breakfast. Within 40 minutes after calling my dad was treated perfectly in our hotel Wina Holiday including the necessary administration. The next day at the airport during check-in we were asked by Cathay Pacific if we had a Fit to fly certificate? At the airport doctor’s office, we let Cathay to call the doctor whom treated my dad the day before. Within 15 minutes the clinic sent the certificate to Cathay Pacific and me, so we could happily fly home two hours later. Great help, thanks so much!!! Best regards from Richard & Melinda Dekker
