I can only hope that management tags note and looks after paying guests a little better in the future. Rating can still go up or down.

Went first time to this bar in Canggu. Super nice owners, American family. And all venue makes you feel American vibe, music and beer, and live bands on weekend.

Very well priced and friendly staff thus the 4 stars. However, i felt like instead of too much rich foods they could add more lighter sides to balance the main pork belly. Like maybe just the chicharon cracker, guacamole, salsa and sour cream with the wraps and pork belly. Also the salsa had an artificial vinegar taste and the pork belly could be deep fried for a shorter period as the meat was a lil tough and dry.

Great place for food and cocktails. We really enjoyed the steak here. Cooked to perfection and very tasty. Happy hour and cocktails were just a bonus! Staff were really friendly and although they could be a little slow at times, we were having such fun that it really didn't matter. We'll go here again next time we are in Bali.

My friends main was served 25min before mine and we were the only people in the restaurant so no excuses. Everything we ordered had literally no flavour/seasoning and I'm pretty sure the reason why my steak was served 25min after my friends is because it was frozen. Grey, chewy and grainy is how I would describe what I was served. It really annoys me when food and my dining experience is wasted by sub par cooking.

Steak was swimming in sauce without the slightest hint of red wine with the veggies completely devoid of any seasoning. It looked nothing like the Instagram, might as well have ordered a medium rare catfish. Exec Chef was clearly away sadly

The server then had the nerve to tell me their credit card machine is broken and if i could pay with cash. When I said I don't have cash. They brought out the machine that does work. Honestly I should probably do a chargeback with the credit card company. This food was disgusting.

I'll be honest the burgers are great but I've had wrong delivery multiple times now so decided to say something. I'm not sure how an order went from a burger with mushrooms to some balsamic mushroom side dish that the driver got overcharged for. Not cool!
