I stayed here for one week and would definitely come back. Staff is very friendly and laid back, the rooms were cleaned daily and I got fresh towels anytime I asked for it. They are soon installing big lockers so you can lock your whole bag. For now there was a locker with key on every bed for smaller things but still enough for everything I needed. It sais you should label your food with name and move out date so they can throw away everything that’s not been used anymore. I could not find any labels though- that would be great to provide so people are actually doing it. Altogether I would say this is one of the best hostels I stayed in- you can socialise at the pool and the comman areas but you can also be for yourself and just read a book if you feel like it. On Sundays they do a dinner come together in buffet style for a donation which is fun

It's one of the best hostels I have ever been too. The room was really comfy and clean and I like the in Bali the hostels usually have capsule bed rather than just normal bunkbeds. The capsule beds here were top of the line, really solid, with a convenient charging point, fur multiple plugs, even USB, and a convenient locker inside as well. They are also very dark because of the blinds they provided. My room didn't have air-conditioning, which would be a good upgrade but other rooms do. So you just have to choose depending on availability. The bathroom was easy to use and clean with a nice tropical feel. The outdoor area is very nice with a picturesque poolside which makes you almost want to refrain from visiting Canggu. There is a nice bar connected to it with ideal chill and workspaces and friendly staff. The service was sublime, more like the service if a hotel than the service of a hostel. They took care of everything, and I was aloud to stay in the hostel for as long as I wanted after my check-out time. The location is very nice too. It's directly in the centre of Canggu, with only 5 minutes to the beach. Yet, it's not in the busiest part where a lot of shops are. So it's still relatively quiet at night time. I would definitely recommend, and if I ever visit Canggu again I will stay here again. :)

Good hostel, especially for chill

Nicest hostel! Feels more like a resort/hotel. Super chill and relaxing but also great social atmosphere. The rooms are clean spacious and I love the pods and blinds for privacy. The staff are all so friendly and helpful :) Definitely recommend.

Was a total disaster. At 3am. some drunk out control guest was crashing into bunks and waking everyone up. The security did nothing. The staff in the morning thinks it is a great idea blast music from their roof cafe and wake everyone up at 8am. I could not believe it. I had to raise my voice to ask them to turn it down so they could hear my request. I could not even sit in the roof sitting area and enjoy my coffee because the music was so loud. I was woken up at least 50 times because the bathroom is connected to the bunk room, so i woke up every time someone walked by to the restroom It stunk of an old hockey bag and bad b.o. I complained in the morning about the drunk and the music, but the staff on duty just said "that is hostel life"; and laughed. I left that morning and cancelled my week stay. Horrible place. The.bathrooms were dirty and not well kept up. Stay away. I omp

Decent hostel and very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff! About a 15 minute walk to the Main Street of Canggu. Nice private beds, a little hot in the rooms I think A/C doesn’t run. Bathrooms and showers however are extremely dirty, many living drain flies on the walls, and seems like it’s never been cleaned since it’s inception. For this reason I think it’s overpriced at 200k/night.

BEST hostel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s super clean, beds are huge and have a shade you can pull down for privacy. It’s the perfect balance between social and calm. Whenever you need space you can get it but whenever you want to socialize you can. The staff is also super lovely and theres a great breakfast place next door! Also super close walking distance to wherever you wanna go but far enough removed from the rest of canggu for a little peace and quiet.

Amazing hostel for the price. It feels like a resort with the pool, cafe, bar, pool table and ping pong table, indoor and outdoor lounge, and plenty of places to tan. Also a 2 minute scooter ride to the beach with some great waves. I extended my stay

All round amazing hostel. Pool and outside area is amazing, pools always so clean. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and get cleaned daily! Beds are comfy, lockers for valuables in the bed which is a great addition. The staff are amazing and put on an amazing family dinner every Sunday. The location is ideal, walking distance to everything in canggu! It’s the perfect mix between social and quiet/chill! You will always make friends here but you’re not being frowned by constant partying at the hostel. I’ve stayed here three times and will be returning again! Love this place always ❤️

Lovely stay here at Nyaman, doesn’t feel like a hostel at all, more like a resort! Good breakfast, lovely pool and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Great location to access main Canggu spots!

Not the best experience I’ve had on my travels. The bed was comfortable, however they use blinds instead of curtains which make a loud noise and really disturb your sleep. The bathroom was dirty and outdated as well. The pool had algae along all the sides and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. What isn’t fair is that they offer everyone a free coffee for a 5 star rating. This is completely skews the rating and is not a fair reflection of the place at all! If I was to come back to Canggu again, I would definitely stay at Rythem and Rumble rather. Far cleaner, much more friendly atmosphere, better located and a much better stay. Disappointing end to being in Bali.

Great hostel! Everything’s brand new and clean. Really relaxed atmosphere and a great location to surf at Echo Beach or Batu Balong, it’s also close to all the restaurants without being on the main road. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Thanks to the whole team at Nyaman!

Very comfortable hostel, well situated near the beach and lots of restaurants cafes etc. Beautiful pool and common areas. The staff is very sweet and helpful and they organize a group dinner every Sunday! Dorm beds are comfortable with great little pods though the 4 bed mixed dorm is a bit tight for space

Premium hostel with swimming-pool, small cafe, pool-table, TV, security guard, parking, OK wifi… Close to an ATM, gas station, konbini. Close to restaurants & shops (but not so close to the main 2 strips in Canggu). The crew is very nice. All in all, quite a good deal if you pay under 15$! The ‘nice surprise’: There is an electric piano ! The ‘could be better’: - loud music at any time of the day (with speakers right above the table for working or near the first rooms), - no kitchen (not even a micro-wave), - barely any glass and cutlery (unless you ask at the cafe) - small fridge with no policy (so, it’s cramped because of old stuff), - not enough hangers (nothing in the bed), - no no-shoes policy (=rooms with guests smelly shoes all over the place), - no laundry service (not even a drop-off service). - this is not a party-hostel (which is good) but closing (officially) the swimming pool & the pool table at 10PM is a bit early for my taste… - only a slim blanket on your bed. Not the best for comfort, cleanliness (i don’t know if they’re washing them everytime like the sheets) & warmth (especially when you fight about the A/C with other guests…). Not the hostel’s fault: - I’ve found that the guests here were behaving a little worse than everywhere else in Indonesia (louder, dirtier, messier…). I blamed South-Bali’s tourists’ types for this… - i’ve also found that, despite the social events the crew was organising, the guests were not that social (most people stay on their phones around the swimming pool all day). The bad: - the people who clean the rooms around 11am leave the doors opened and chat very loudly for a long time. If you’re still sleeping, that can be VERY annoying. - i didn’t get any towel. I’ve discovered the last day that everyone got 2 at their arrival… Pro-tips: - Avoid the 2 front rooms as they are close to the road & the entrance (people coming in all the time + music super close). - Check the tiny rooftop for a nice view and a quiet place to work (but bad wifi).

Really clean, in the heart of ubud, beds were big, great events including yoga in the morning. Jack was also a great host!

The hostel is very good, but what makes it the best hostel are the peoples who run it. Those guys are AMAZING. They do it with all their hart. It's crazy. You should take a look. The music, the food, the vibe they create is like no where Else. Albarn, Yuli, Ario you guys deserve an award of love. Thanks for everything. I would say Nyaman was the best hostel I‘ve been in Bali. It was clean, chilled vibes, and caring staff I do definetly understand why most of the people come back to Nyaman during their travels and i would love to stay there again, too. I wont forget the sentence i was told when I left: the doors are always open 🥰

This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in can’t recommend a solid stay enough. Multiple people stayed weeks or came back to this hostel. The hostel has such a nice vibe of quiet and relaxing but easily social with so many lovely people hanging around the pool. The reception staff are so friendly always greet you with your name and ask how you are. The family dinners are amazing. I stayed in the girls dorm and it was bomb and a great way to meet other girls travelling. Thankyou nyaman hostel for making my stay so comfortable. I’ll be back for sure and will be telling my friends about this hostel

I really loved the hostel, facilities, and staff were fantastic. The most negative experience was the TOP BUNKS! The stairs to the top bunks are designed so horribly it's really hard to climb up, and getting down is dangerous! I was little sick and I left the hostel because climbing to my top bunk whilst sick was painfully difficult and uncomfortable. The Internet was unstable too and had issues in the room, otherwise everything was more than great, very clean and comfy beds, fantastic facilities, and absolutely great staff 👍🏼👍🏼 Great for working remotely if internet was better. Lovely cafe and coffee on site👍🏼

I love this hostel!! The staff is incredible friendly!!! I lost my luggage and they gave me shoes and even a backpack to travel around, super nice!!! Everything was just perfect there and I will def come back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great Hostel, very clean, good bunk bed set up, perfectly dark inside your bed, good wifi, good storage space, amazing common areas but the best part is definitely the staff working here, Aryo, Kiki, and everyone made my stay so nice I kept extending, excellent for solo travelers, very well located and beautiful looking spot. Will be going back in no time ❤️
