Went to have Lunch with family there. Waitress came to ask whether i would like to order or have buffet. I tried to order palak paneer for 3 people and 3 naans. The waitress went and came back in 5 minutes and said sorry you will have to have buffet as there is only 1 chef. I said thats ok. Went to buffet. 3 out of 4 dish containers were empty. Waitress said to wait. They will fill it and let us know. They filled it after a while. There were other people there also. Then there no naans. When naans came then there were no sabji. Very disappointed with this restaurant. Will never go back and will not recommend this place. Waitress didn’t do anything wrong. I think it is a poorly run restaurant. You should either not open if you dont have staff or should have the owner there to help out the staff.

Went to have buffet on Thursday night. Would not recommend to anyone we both got sick afterwards. We're pretty sure most items of the buffet food is pre-made. Deep fried chicken was twice fried. Also a simple thing like papadam was not fresh, it was soft and who knows been sitting for how long. Given the fact it's Covid times, we were using same plates to refill.. and the toilet facility was out of toilet paper and hand wash. It makes me wonder if the staff uses the same toilet as the customer? Not a good thought for sure and possibly the reason why we were sick afterwards. We will never eat from this place again. It is not worth it for $25/pp. Also very limited vegetarian options.

Very poor service. Paid $25 for buffet and had to eat just rice and sweet butter chicken as they didn't topped up anything else. Chicken in butter chicken was cold inside. So dissatisfied. Will never visit again.

Lovely Indian restaurant, food is authentic, buffet system is available. Garlic naan is a must try. Great ambience, reasonable pricing.

After being a long time customer, I recently visited this place post COVID for weekend dinner buffet and I was gravely disappointed. As if the bad food is not enough, me and partner both got food poisoning. It was a mid week dinner and the resturant was not busy. After requesting for water glasses never received any. I have to follow up twice to make it happen.Padam were soft , when asked for they replaced it with more soft papadam. The fried chicken wings was off. Either it was double fired or the chicken is not fresh, something wrong. Salad was just bunch of leaves with no dressing. The only thing we like is the daal and naan. Everything else was so so. It makes me sad as this place use to be good and we were regular. Now I am scared to visit. Hope the management will wake up and raise the bar.

Visited for Saturday dinner, placed our order with a promised 25-minute wait. After 35 minutes, they asked if we had ordered anything. Discovered our order was misplaced, promised another 10 minutes. Food arrived 50 minutes later, minus chicken momos. Attempted to add them, but the kitchen closed at 9:25 pm. Even requesting naan bread was denied. They didn't inform us about the misplaced order, but judging from their reaction, we knew. Noticed Uber Eats drivers waiting, raising suspicions about prioritizing deliveries over dine-in customers. This was once a good place, but after this experience, it's our last visit.

What a delight to have the sweets from Delhi6. Khoya mithai is yum. It reminds me of home. And PAJI you have done justice to the shop name called Delhi 6, as it is truly THE Delhi6 sweets. The only negative i can think of is not having Delhi6 in north side of river, it is really not fair. Thank again. A must 5 Star.

One of the worst chicken biryani I ever had in my life. I m soo surprised that Delhi 6 is well running business in Canningvale especially where most of the Indian community people are living and no one knows about Indian food if they put some colour and smelly and dry chicken in plain rice and serving it as a chicken bryani and customers are accepting it. I bought 3 chicken biryanis and couldn’t eat at all straight way throw them into the bin and try to talk to the manager, chef or owner front staff said no one is Available to talk and I can’t say anything inside the kitchen because thay think that I m saying from myself. But my attention was to told them what the bryani is and how to make it because their bryani was far away from actual bryani. Shouldn’t writing review if the talk over phone.

It might be quicker if I walked to India to get my meal. I was told it was picked up nearly 2 hours before it actually arrived. It's just not good enough

This is the 2nd time we have dined here, we came last weekend and the food was fresh and tasted good. Given our last experience we thought we'd come again this weekend. The food portions were much smaller than last week, the flavour was bland, their chips (for the kids) were not fresh and even their portions were notably smaller than last week. There wasn't anything to like today, it was such a put off we decided to avoid buying sweets on the way out as we did last weekend. I'm not sure if the inconsistencies in the food was due to the owner not being in as he was last time or if it's a common occurrence. All the same, a very mediocre experience this visit.

Today I went to Delhi 6 restaurant with my friend, I ordered two plates of Chole Bhature and it was so good to eat, it was so tasty that I had to eat one extra plate there and took one to see and many more Many thanks to the people of Delhi, who reminded me of the feeling of such a wonderful India since Thank you

My friend from India suggested this place, so I checked out their lunch buffet. The food was super tasty, and the store was nicely arranged and decorated. It was also very clean – I'd give it a 5-star rating

The food feast was amazing with the little technical surprises added that was good interesting. Great location and best of all, free flow of alcohol added to the feast. No worries no hassle just a really good vibe all around while we celebrated mates birthday!! Recommend this place for both a long or short meals!!

amazing garlic naan. I forgot what I ordered, but the brown meat in the sauce was the best thing I had ever eaten. Creamy, full of flavour, buttery melts in your mouth 10/10. it doesn't look very appetizing but I promise it is out of this world.

It’s been the second time i went there for dinner with my wife and we were amazed by how well we had been treated by the 2 boys working the shift today. Compared to the previous time where the staffs would look busy and take long to take in orders and forget about you. These two guys were truly kind, as soon as we entered they found us a table and were very prompt. The one which attended me with orders was very polite and made sure we did not lack anything. Am unsure of his name but it was written Rupinder on the invoice and this man deserves a shoutout! 🫡 very much satisfied with the service.

Terrible customer service. Half my order from sweets & eats was missing when it was delivered and they were not answering their phone, so I called this restaurant which is just down the road and the same company. The lady who answered said "oh, we don't have their number" and hung up on me. I had to drive to the store after that. It couldn't have been that hard to get someone to call me back. Very disappointing. In response to the owners reply below: your business name and matching ABN says otherwise. Don't lie to your customers.

Beware Terrible wait times for takeaway!! I went in to order takeaway was told it would be 20 mins, after 30 mins I asked how much longer was told 5 mins then after 10 mins I asked again and told again 5 mins, this went on till I finally got my food 75 mins later. Felt like they prioritised the Uber orders as during my wait the same Uber driver came in twice so he had time to pick up and deliver two meals while I waited for one !!! Not happy !!!

The delhi 6 lost is authenticity some there breads were great but no everything on half size and less quantity and quality all curries tastes almost same and doesn’t worth money tawa chicken curry cost $32 not sure why it cost that much all chicken pieces with bone and tastes the same gravy as some other . Will not go there any more . I was a regular customer for many years and this is it

They have a buffet on the weekend for a fixed cost. Food was okay, common indian dishes, taste bit generic. Restaurant is clean & kept in shape. The lady (staff) there was nice.

We went for lunch and we ordered vada Pav with other dishes and vada Pav was smelled off even not hot it’s totally cold when we gave them back from kitchen chef said it’s smelled from garlic nothing wrong 😑 ? No response after that… Wt a great service?? Yes brother it’s Delhi 6 Your staff must be lied with you We ordered chole , Vada Pav , panipuri And sweets

Terrible service.... At least 2 or more buffet items are empty. They may consider filling those up after requesting at least 6-8 time, that too when not busy. Being annoyed and requesting to deliver ordered food on time is funny to the staff. They love that... The staff can laugh (not smile) when you seriously complain.. And food .... Well I can keep going.. Good luck if you still are keen..

I had an amazing dining experience at Delhi 6 Authentic Indian. The restaurant had a modern ambiance and was very inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. We opted for the dinner buffet which had a variety of dishes, including butter chicken, lamb curry, and some vegetarian options. Everything was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice and flavor. Gulab jamun was included for dessert. In addition, we ordered freshly made naan bread to complement the buffet. The chili cheese naan was the best I've ever had. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the food. It was $25 per person for dinner. The restaurant also had a great selection of drinks. Overall, I highly recommend Delhi 6 Authentic Indian Restaurant. It's a great spot for a family dinner or a night out with friends, and the food is simply outstanding. I'll definitely be back soon!

It was the best indian meal I have had in Perth. Would definitely go there again. Hats of to the chef. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. You ROCK guys. Keep up the good work

recommend by my indian colleague, tried their lunch buffet, plenty of seats on Sunday noon, store was very well organized n decorated, in terms of cleanliness i would give 5 star, choice of food for lunch buffet is a bit of limited in variety, still a thumb up, but would be even delightful if they could add few more veggie dishes, we endup in eating the same thing in trips.

First time eating here and didn't even know they do a buffet as well as A La Carte 😅 We chose to go with the buffet and everything there was delicious. I can't handle spicy so naturally the Butter Chicken is my favourite, but it's one of the best I've had. The Lamb Rogan Josh is also very nice and the meat is so tender 🤤 The staff are very nice, helpful and attentive. Nice and chilled atmosphere 😊

Wonderful service. And the buffet was such good value for money with 6 curries bread, rice, entree and dessert for $25 for dinner. Real authentic Indian food that reminded me of home.

I like delhi 6/guruji sweets food and service. But i have no idea that whenever we want food they never have it available. They dont have momos, break toast, nutri kulcha. Like why? Never have food every time i ring, it is not available. Please take it off your menu if you dont have things. Thanks

Been here several times, but tonight was by far the best. Food was so tasty, meat for curries was tender and delicious. If it was a bit hotter I'd have given 5 stars.
