Horrible and vile people. Extremely rude and condescending to food delivery drivers, it is utterly disgusting! Maybe they think they are still in china or something. Even the little kids working are rude. Just makes you wonder how these people are brought up. Really a shame to have people like these in Australia.

The staff here are nice and they can cater to dietary requirements like vegan. I always order it with no onion due to an intolerance and there's a 1/4 chance they will still add onion...

Got a Big bowl of the hot & spicy noodles and it wasn't very nice. 90% noodles and a tiny bit of vegetables and meat. He put it on a scale when adding the meat and quickly removed nearly half of the small amount he had put in. Paying $20 for a bowl of egg noodles is a bit much. I won't be returning!

Ordered delivery at 5pm. 1.5 hours later and the delivery driver is texting me to say its not ready, staff are aggressive and telling the delivery driver to cancel my order. By 8pm they cancelled. I only ordered dumplings! Were they making them from scratch?! Warning to others: avoid this place

I always get curry laksa no matter where I go because they are absolutely my to go food. Have never tried wokinabox so I decided to give it a go today and it was the worse decision made. I am not paying $14 for a bowl of vegetable and soup. There's literally no meat or noodles in there. I'm actually disappointed. I'm not even exaggerating when I said it's full of vegetable!

My husband ordered extra seafood and extra meat if he had 3 pieces of meat he was lucky. I ordered extra veggies I had no veggies but shaved carrot in it. Our order was $80 we got two woks a fortune 🥠 cookie each and two spring rolls. That will be the last. Thanks

We went to noodle box (formerly wokinabox) to get a nice dinner to celebrate a good day, we called in advance to order and specified multiple times we wanted a mild nasi goreng. The person on the phone was very quiet and impolite. We went to pick it up and asked again if it was mild and was assured it was, we could smell the spice while driving home and when we got home to eat we couldnt even take two bites it was that spicy. We called to ask about it and got absolutely disgustingly screamed at for 15 minutes by multiple people then the owner and then hung up on. 0/10 would not recommend it was vile customer service

The worst service to customers. Terrible food. Yuck. If you really want to enjoy food, then this place must be on the top list "To Avoid".

Order a Pad Thai, and it's been cooked and drowned in sweet chilli sauce. All of 3 pieces of chicken with the rest being noodles. Not a Pad Thai by any stretch of the imagination. It's edible, but disappointing.

The shop very clean. And meat vegetables very fresh nicely cooked. We will be back again

We ordered large beef black been noodles I hated it could not eat it the flavour I feel was way to strong it was discusting I felt like taking it back for a refund and partner had large satay beef noodles she wasn't happy at all won't be goin back to that shop again was discusting so not happy

I was super surprised because how they cook the Gyoza.... they put the Gyoza into the ball with water and microwave it and drained out water and pack it.... wow.... when I came back and open it all the dumplings were stick to each other.... Noodle was bad too. Very oily and don't have stir fry taste at all... It also pricy.... never ever again.

Rude and dishonest people, can't do maths. Asked for a small pad tai and one spring roll was charged $18.97. On the wall was the same deal with prawn crackers for $14.95. After asking them about it, they spoke in their own language between themselves before finally refunding me $1.95. When at home, checked the change they gave me to find they short changed me by $2.07. Bad service

Portion size was good and also happy with amount of meat and vegetables. Ordered Satay and here lies the problem, I have never tasted Satay before that has zero peanut flavour. I have no idea what sauce they put on but it was thin and watery and def not Satay. Dissapppinting as had no issues the first time I ordered from here but wont be ordering again....

Order black bean chicken noodles. Only received noodles with the black bean sauce no chicken and vegetables. Avoid this place.

I’ve just enjoyed a very tasty meal (first time) and highly recommend wokinabox canning vale. Authentic taste,great portions and cooked to perfection.

Absolutely annoyed....close to 1 hour 30 minutes wait for our order from doordash. Store doesnt answer their phone. Doordash driver says they were so busy,,,, I doubt that as they have been closed alot lately because of limited staff. This store has gone down hill. Wont be ordering here or using doordash again, dont waste your time.

I wait 47 min. And my Green curry didn’t have any green curry sauce in it.. very busy place. The Laksa was good.

What a joke, bought the big hot and spicy noodle. That’s all there was noodles and a few pieces of meat. Advised my disgust, they wasn’t interested. Totally not worth the money . I won’t be back .

I doordashed the nasi goreng fried rice from here and specifically stated I wanted no pork in my order. Even on my receipt it shows that there is no pork, yet when I open my box, all I see is pork! Disappointing that you can't follow a dietary requirement. I wasted my money.

We just ordered veg noodles .. but they put chicken and beef .. even after specifying no meat at all. Horrible experience 2nd time. They should atleast be careful if the customer specify no meat. And the noodles are overcooked. Not a good customer service ..👎
