    Right before they shut down for two weeks there seemed to be a shift in staff, or staff becoming disgruntled. That has persisted until now. Incompetent, rude staff and random opening hours. The food has gotten drier, and asking for something as simple as extra basting is not allowed, and you will be met with vitriol by these employees. Online ordering is gone. Not sure what happened, but this place has become horrible.

    I was gone there today at 2:50 pm. First all the tables were full of dirty plates. Floor was also in condition to have a quick sweep After ignoring that I was on the counter to place my order and the model standing there to take the order was so rude . It looks like she doesn’t want to take any order . I want chicken to be cut in 8 pieces as I am pregnant and want my chicken to be very well cooked and she said that they are not going to cut in 8 . IF YOU WANT YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU CAN GET CHICKEN CUT IN 8 pieces. Seriously I left the place straight away and will never to back again Disgusting place with disgusting staff. Really staff needs to learn customer service

    Chicken was dry, had little to no basing, when I asked for more basing, I was told "we can't give you more basing as it is raw, it gets cooked with the chicken" which is the worst excuse I have ever heard, no sauce is ever raw, if you cooked it with the chicken then it would evaporate. We also watched the staff work in the kitchen, putting basing after the chicken was cooked. It is not that hard to add a little more basing to the chicken especially when I paid $20 for it.

    Very very bad and poor customer service, Would not recommend this place to others. Very disappointed with the service. My wife ordered food online, paid for it After sometime we got a message saying “good news your order is ready for pick up “ Got there show them the message and the girl said it’s not ready yet but won’t be long. Around 15 minutes later people who ordered food in store in front of me got their order and left. I went to see another girl, showed her the message and she’s like “oh yeah that’s ready it’s under the till or something like that “ so I started to wait again assuming that she will give me my order but she just ignored me.

    our food took over an hour, it wasn’t busy inside but lots of uber eats orders were priority unfortunately even though we had driven all that way! Then when our food came there were 6 of us at the table and between the 1st meal and last meal it was almost 45 minutes, most the meals were stone cold and they didn’t get a single meal right every single order came out wrong and had to be sent back multiple times which is very unlike us, usually we are understanding but this was ridiculous! wont be going back

    Highly disappointing, chicken was sooo dry and barely had any basing. When I requested for more basing, the manager was so defence and was not even apologetic. I was told that the basing is raw and has to be cooked in? She also said that it isn't up to her as it is a new procedure to no longer allow customers to request for more basing. But if too many people are complaining about dry chicken then the restaurant really isn't adding enough based on procedure as I've never had this problem at other Nandos restaurants since they've implemented this 'new procedure'. I was sitting next to the counter and the open kitchen and I also noticed three other people complain about dry chicken and even after all four of us complained, the manager didn't notify the kitchen staff cooking the chicken. My experience was very disappointing and I will never come back here.

    ordered soo many times to see if they would do any better, takes a millions years even if you set a pick up times hours in advance. Chicken is good but chips are usually cold. Used to be awesome but has just went down hill. Asked to make sure chicken had sauce on it and they just stuffed 4 tenders and 2 1/4 chickens (all different bastings) into a tiny box with no sauce.

    Food was wonderful but the poor staff member who was new needed help from the manager, who only made things worse. Made us pay for Food we didn't really want to fix the order. No apologies from the manager. The poor staff member kept apologising and it really wasn't his fault. No knives so I had to cut things with a fork. No serviettes either. Such a shame. And cashless!? Not cool. People behind us lost their patience and left, we should have too.

    Restaurant: CANNINGVALE Order ID: 18325064 Items: N/A When I went to pick the order,the lady was at the cashier informed there were no rice left for the order. So I asked the full refund to go to a different Nando’s. So they informed have to get it done through online. When I asked why it wasn’t showing on online that the unavailable stuff. The answer was only”Sorry”. Not happy at all as a regular customer.

    I had the pleasure of being served by Abhi the on duty manager and his team. The service was amazing but most importantly they followed my instructions to the T. Even the restaurant was busy as always but nothing was compromised. It was such a pleasurable experience, will keep coming here again & again. Will also be recommending my friends and family of this store. :)

    On a work day lunch with my family at canning vale Nando’s it was a great time and very quick service and polite staff thanks guys. Yeah it’s really different from the weekend service but still ok.

    Ordered on the app like I had done many times before, ordered the great pretender protein as I have an allergy to chicken, they gave me actual chicken instead and I didn’t realise until after I had taken a bite. Then tried to call and got taken to a hotline and hung up on. Do not recommend.

    Last night I ordered a salad with quinoa, avocado, and fetta. I also paid extra for more avocado. What did I receive? Wow! A box of leaves, 3 cherry tomatoes. Literally, that's it. My first, and LAST time at this greed monger umm, no word for it, as it's certainly not a restaurant. Extremely disappointed, as I hadn't eaten for days (due to injury, not because I cannot cook) I do NOT recommend this place for humans. Rabbits, maybe.

    Nice chilled vibe here. I went on Monday and it was their first day launching the QR code to place your order instead of ordering at the counter. With anything new there a re bound to be teething problems and we were unable to complete our order, the manager tried to assist us on our phone but it didn't work so she happily placed our order at the counter. Food was amazing as always but the sweet potato chips are the best I've had and great customer service!

    They text you to say your order is ready for pick up, however, when you get there it’s still a 20 mins wait? They say on the app it will be ready by 7:12, you get the text at 7:21 and you get the food at 7:40? The woman in blue checkered shirt working on 06/07 was very helpful however.

    Shame I can't choose 0 stars. Ordered through the app, received an order number. Got told in store "we don't go by order numbers", check the receipt and to my surprise an order number. Surely that would have been helpful instead of saying "guess it hasn't come through yet", even though it clearly had as we got the food 10 minutes later. Maybe next time don't chuck the food/napkins in the take away bag either, pretty disrespectful and just a terrible practice. Won't be going back to this one ever again.

    My partner and I visited on Saturday night and they were quite busy.. we sat and ordered our food online via QR code on tables (way less hassle and Saves so much time!!) got our food within 15/20 minutes. Staff were friendly and listened to our requests with food, very happy with our experience :)

    This is second time Nandos canningvale delivered very bad and old chips with my dinner. You can’t do business like this and very soon you will go broke. Ripping off money and served bad quality food.

    I ordered online and waited 1 hour and received our order by delivery. It was missing the halloumi pita. We drove back to the store another 15 minutes and waited another 10 minutes. However the staff were really apologetic and re made the halloumi pita and threw in a couple of extra items and the Manager apologised a few times. Although annoyed they were genuinely sorry and made up for the error. Thank you Canning Vale

    Ordered two supremo chicken burgers, seriously large chips and two kids pitas. Chips awesome as always. Kids pitas were good too. The supremo chicken burgers though came out still frozen (the bread) hadn’t quite defrosted yet. Put both burgers on a plate and asked the friendly staff member at the counter if it were possible to get them toasted as the bread was still frozen in the middle. A reasonable request, I wasn’t asking for fresh burgers or a refund. What we got back was slop. They through the whole burgers in the microwave. Destroyed them. $50 of food. Very disappointing. Unlikely to go back.

    We’ve stopped at many Nandos restaurants around Australia. This one is by far the best in terms of service and cleanliness. Stopped over for lunch and took more with us for the trip. Service was excellent, they prepared our meals and the takeaway was ready just in time for us to leave. The guy at the front counter was helpful and pleasant. Never had such service in any other Nandos restaurant

    As a regular customer I have to say my experience on Tuesday evening was terrible. The service, food and poor management all below standards. I would give less than one star if I could. The person taking orders was preoccupied with chatting to his friends we had to repeat the order several times and it was still wrong. After waiting 35 mins our order was placed with the delivery pickups and remained there for almost 10 minutes before we were called. We asked why and all they could say was sorry, sorry we will remake it. We didn’t have time to wait. Opening the bag at home it was wrong and not hot. The friends of the worker who took the order made rude remarks which were inappropriate. Manager had no control.

    We went to Nando's today 28/12/22 at around 1:45pm, so not during a busy time. The chips were just warm, as were the burgers we ordered. Very disappointed. We hadn't been there for some time, definitely not as we remembered. We'll go to KFC next time for a double tender burger and chips. Cheaper, hotter and tastier.

    Finally had a good experience today after numerous bad experiences. In the past Every time we did a take away, there would be something wrong or something missing. To the point that I was checking before I left, and when spoke to a team member who basically throws her hands up on the air, says this is to much, I can’t deal with this, screams to the manager and says can you come and deal with this!!!! Today was different. The lady packing up the orders, Ruby, was efficient, had attention to details, she sent the chips back to the kitchen if they were cold instead of just packing them. The chef in the kitchen was great, paid attention to the order as well. Great experience today and hope to see the same team again.

    Used to visit here regularly for nandos after work in Belmont forum. Chicken is cooked but through poaching not by the grill. Not as much charred taste and even though I asked for extra basting, not a lot there. Chicken was cold from the beginning. Wasn’t too keen on eating. But paella was hot and fresh.

    Amazing customer service. I ordered on the app, I stupidly set the store to another store, I questioned the lovely lady at the counter as to why my meal hadn't come out, it was discovered I ordered from the wrong store, she then proceeded to make my meal for me anyway. Take a bow, customer service like this is rare these days.

    Went in the restaurent look nice. But the service was bad, wanted to order takeaway the waitress told me that I had to scan and place my order even tho there was no queue. She told me to do it through the phone with a rude attitude, after starting to place my order online, the popular food was written as unavailable on the website. I approached another waitress and she gracefully apologise and took my order. When waiting for my order the manager started taking other people's order without asking them to order online, so why couldn't I get the same treatment.

    They don't even deserve star. It was just yesterday evening 12/06/23 around 5:45 pm for went there to dine in. Ordered flat bread burgers toasted and hot and chips we specially asked not to put any sweet sauce in it. Paid the bill and food served within 5 min : soggy bowl of chips and cold burgers. Immediately called waitress she took food back brought it back in 5 minutes. This time chips was replaced but with the same burgers. Anyways, disappointments started already, first bite on the burger was tasted sweet kind of sauce which didn't wanted and told when ordered. Finally, we ate few bites and wanted to inform this to the manager. Waited 10 minutes, he came and his fisrt eye contact with an angry attitude asked me " what's up". I immediately told him excuse me is this how you response customer? He said yes this the culture here. OMG I was so surprised when he said this to me and I told him you must say "how can I help" not "what's up". He again said this how we are tought asked. Very strange. I explained him about the food and he didn't pass any comments or apologies. I then told him I'll put as review and came out. We have wasted my time and money, the food was not served as wanted even at 2nd time, and we come across with aweful customer service from this place and specially the manager he is very rude and full of attitudes is unfit for this role. I'll keep sharing this experience with my friends.

    Genuinely the worst nando’s i’ve ever had. Ordered at 9:00 and waited 25 minutes for our food to come out cold and soggy. There was no other customers there and i can’t understand why we were waiting so long for a large chips for them not to be fresh??? service was ok but they weren’t very friendly. I got a pita as well: the chicken was extremely dry and i paid for cheese to be added which i barely got- there was a tiny sliver of cheese right at the bottom. also had like half a piece of lettuce. The food clearly had 0 care put into making it…we were genuinely shocked at how terrible it was….would never recommend this place to anyone. $25 wasted

    It is one of my favourite Nando's but have recently experienced that they run out of rice quite often (at least the last three times I went for dinner ) The service is getting real bad here. Most staff behaviour have been quite rude. Every time they run out of things . There was no sauce available today no broccoli

    Last night was very busy and long queue but they still managed to serve us with smile and great attitudes with delicious foods delivered in a flash despite being so busy, and thanks for looking after our bikes too. They know how to do business.
