I
had
thought
that
being
of
average
fittness
but
a
long
time
overweight
woman
in
my
50's,
that
Crossfit
would
not
be
suitable
exercise
for
me
but....
having
been
'gently
coerced'
into
my
1st
Crossfit
Surge
class
just
3
months
ago
(May
2018)
by
hubby
who
was
already
a
member
at
Crossfit
The
Shack....
I
confess
I
became
an
addict
after
my
1st
hit!
I
started
with
2
midday
Surge
classes
a
week
in
May
2018
and
after
just
6
weeks
added
1
or
2
more
10am
ladies
sessions
a
week
and
I
LOVE
IT....
better
still
-
now,
less
than
3
months
in...my
weight
loss
was
been
quick
and
amazing
(3
Jeans
sizes!)
and
my
increased
cardio
fitness
has
been
just
astounding.
The
effort
I
have
personally
applied
to
each
group
session
has
certainly
paid
off
and
Josh
and
other
trainers
@Crossfittheshack
are
just
amazing,
making
every
class
different,
challenging
and
fun
as
well
as
supplying
lots
of
encouragement
and
support
along
the
way.
Crossfit
is
NOT
just
for
super
fit,
young
people.or
dudes
with
big
muscles.....
it
is
suitable
for
people
of
all
shapes
and
sizes...
you
just
have
to
be
willing
to
try
and
push
yourself
a
little
each
week
to
improve
and
in
return
you
are
rewarded
with
improved
cardio
fitness,
body
toning
and
overall
improved
body
and
mental
health.
With
no
contracts
and
very
reasonably
low,
pay
as
you
go
classes
I
totally
recommend
giving
Crossfit
The
Shack
in
Canning
Vale
a
go!
