Terrible experience, spoilt my day. Receptionist was very rude to me. They did not send the update for both my sons covid results. Booster shots were done in January. She wanted to know why I left it so long to query, while it was their responsiblity to update the system. Receptionist slammed the phone on me. I was not happy with the attitude of the Receptionist and the fact that my son and I were called in 3 times by the doctor to be given the same results. When I brought this to Dr Ester's attention, her response was that if I am not happy she can remove me from their system. What is this world coming to. Shocked! Whereas I had no issues with Dr Andre. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this medical centre. I have been to the clinic 3 times and with every appointment the doctor was running over an hour late with one of my appointments running over 3 hours late. The reception and nurses are really lovely and welcoming but I found the doctor very unorganised and seemingly uncertain with diagnosis.

The waiting room has loud music playing which is very annoying for a medical centre, the wait is ridiculously long! The doctor is almost clueless.. We had moments where we were looking at each other with pause and confusion? I didn't even get a right answer to any of my questions.. This clinic is probably only worth going for a medical certificate or script..! You can tell my all the other reviews how bad this place is.

When you need and looking for place and professionals who will really put themselves in your shoes and care for you like they are caring for themselves. This is the place for you. The Doctors here, oohh my Goodness they are indescrible, so professionals caring, supportive, loving, good listeners means they always pay attention to you. Moreover, this practice have whole lote of other services they provide beyond just being a family practice to help patients with their well being. Just ask and you will be amazed of how much they can change your well being for best. The nurses, the receptionists oohh Gosh. Once you get here you feel like you are already healed before you are even treated. I hope they stick around 🙏 for us and pass it on to generations

I had an appointment a couple of days ago and I LOVED it, the receptionists were very friendly and the doctors were professional. I felt guided through the process the whole time. I highly recommend coming here if your a little bit anxious like I was. Great place

The health care professionals and admin staff at this medical centre are extremely accommodating, helpful and welcoming. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had any issues. The doctors actually care and listen to what you need.

Booked an appointment, still waiting over an hour it's just ridiculous, I understand 2p minutes but this is just unfair, tried to call says they close at 6 but 5pm you call it says after business hours. Not happy at all!!! It is definitely this clinic I don't use my real name online because of security purposes.

Staff were very quick and professional. I booked for the first appointment of the day, I didn't even spend 7 mins inside the clinic to get my booster jab done! The receptionist was warm and accomodating, and she carried herself well even though the clinic was busy. Yvette, the nurse, seemed really friendly and skillful, I didn't even feel the the jab!

I booked an appointment just to get a medical certificate at 9:15 and kept waiting until 10:15. After the hour passed, I headed out and left. Definity was not busy in terms of doctors, because the majority of the people that were there were getting COVID vaccines so the nurses took care of them. Definitely not worth the time

By far the best medical care I’ve ever experienced! Dr. Esther is warm, caring, thorough and proactive. The skin care clinic is just as amazing! I highly recommend this practice 👍

I have attended this clinic a couple times, just because I am an existing patient for bulk billing purposes and it is local to my house. I have had two negative experiences. Firstly seeing dr Esther about a medical problem - I advised her and my records show that I have anorexia nervosa and have been in recovery 2-3 years. I was severely underweight and managed to gain weight back over the last year and a half. Straight after I told her this she told me to lose 7 kilos. I was extremely triggered and cried the whole way home, had to force myself to eat dinner that night and will never go back to her. My psychologist was even angrier than I was about this. This doctor needs education on eating disorders if she is going to treat patients who have them. The male doctor I saw 2 weeks ago for pregnancy blood tests and to be referred for a dating scan. No matter how many times I told him I wanted the scan he refused, saying I don’t need one because my due date can be estimated based on my last period. I saw a different doctor at a different practice today and she could not believe that I was refused this as it also checks that baby is in fact in the uterus, has a heart beat and is progressing normally etc. Being triggered by a doctor is one thing but after the male doctors refusal to refer me for an ultrasound I will not put my pregnancy at risk by attending any further appointments here for my baby, I would rather be out of pocket and know I am being looked after properly. Won’t be back for any reason other than a medical certificate etc. Only reason for 2 stars is because dr Marianne who I saw once when I first found out I was pregnant and sent me for the bloods originally was lovely, she even advised a dating scan referral would be done when I come back for the results however she doesn’t have appointments available for the next 2 months so I had to see the male doctor as I refuse to see dr Esther after my experience with her. EDIT: thanks for your response - I am aware my medical conditions are confidential hence my surname is not displayed on my review. In any case, they are my medical conditions and if I wish to include them in my review that is my decision. If other people who are pregnant or have an eating disorder are planning to attend this practice then they should be aware of how they will be treated so they have an opportunity to find a doctor who will treat them with the care they need instead. Case by case is irrelevant to my review, any doctor should know how sensitive people with eating disorders are about weight and being that my BMI is only just above the healthy range this was not okay. This doctor will send someone into relapse if she is not educated about eating disorders. Much healthier to have a BMI of 27 than 16, anyone knows this. As for the dating scan, there is really no reason for the doctor to refuse this. My new doctor was absolutely shocked that he did this, and I was referred for a dating scan within two minutes of being in her office, her advice to me was to not return to this doctor and to make sure I have a good doctor for my pregnancy. As for mixed billing, I’ve never been charged anything here as I am an old patient and the sign displayed in the waiting room regarding mixed billing is to new patients.

Very easy to get appointment for Covid vaccines when all other places are booked out. Nurses are very quick and professional. I did not even feel the needle!

The team at The Vale are extremely helpful & friendly. Every time I require assistance from the receptionists / nurses / gp they are always on the ball. They are attentive. They send you text reminders of your upcoming appointments and timely updates. They always go above and beyond to assist where they can. I have seen Dr Esther and Dr Andre.. they have been brilliant help for me, every time I've needed it. Its very convenient that they work on Saturdays too, as sometimes its difficult to attend appointments during the week due to work committments. A huge thanks to all the team at The Vale Medical Centre. 🙌 A☆☆☆☆☆ 💫

Worst experience ever. Would never recommend this medical centre to anyone. Booked an appointment with DR Esther, waited for 40 mins. Kept asking the receptionist that I’ve been waiting for so long. The irritating part was that there was no patient with DR Esther then why keeping patient to wait. They will not even bother to let you know that Blood test results are in and an appointment is required. NO DUTY OF CARE AT ALL. Really sad and pathetic

After the doctor was running 45mins late I asked the receptionist does she know how late the doctor is running, she laughed to the other receptionist and then looked back at me and said when he’s ready for you.
