booked
to
go
here
yesterday
for
bottomless
brunch.
The
customer
service
prior
to
booking
was
excellent!
The
place
was
recommended
to
me
as
I
wanted
to
celebrate
my
40th
I
chose
this
place.
The
reviews
also
looked
good.
When
we
arrived
we
waited
20
minutes
for
our
first
drink,
then
noticed
that
the
service
for
drinks
was
extremely
slow
throughout
our
two
hour
time
slot.
A
few
of
us
sat
with
empty
glasses
for
a
while
and
some
of
us
even
went
to
the
bar
to
ask
for
another
drink.
Our
waitress
was
busy
and
told
us
she
would
come
over,
again
we
waited
so
long.
She
recognised
this
and
brought
two
bottles
over
to
apologise
stating
she
knew
we
hadn’t
had
the
experience
we
should
have
had.
I
feel
like,
if
you
know
you
have
bookings
for
bottomless
brunch
you
need
to
be
staffed
appropriately
and
ensure
the
customers
are
getting
what
they
booked
and
paid
for.
It
put
a
bit
of
a
dampener
on
things
as
this
was
a
special
occasion.we
even
cleared
the
table
after
drinks
and
food
as
it
the
dirty
plates
were
just
left
in
front
of
us
even
though
we
asked
for
them
to
be
cleared
.
Food
was
lovely
although
didn’t
have
any
cutlery
straight
away
and
when
asked
for
this,
we
was
informed
that
cutlery
will
come
when
all
the
meals
are
out.
This
made
some
of
the
food
cold
for
a
few
of
my
friends
and
I
feel
this
should
have
been
provided
before
hand.
