Opening hours, from 10 am to 6 pm, parking on P11, $12 before 3 pm, and $6 after 3 pm. Here you can swim, camp, hike, sunbathe, and picnic. beautiful view.

If you are using GPS to drive there for the first time, there is a good chance you will pass parking lot which is the only place you can get to the beach. Beautiful scenery & clean water! Also 🐶 friendly!

Parking (lot 11 if I remember correctly?) is $12 for the day or $6 after 3:00 pm. The Beach has a lifeguard on duty from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. The Beach is not large and I think it's important to know that there is a road right beside you so you have traffic noise (even though there is a bit of a walk from thethe parking lot to the beach). The deepest the water gets is 1.6 metres but is mostly less than one metre in the swimming area. Nowtethat there is no alcohol allowed and you're not to swim outside the buoyed area. The lifeguard will call you back and there are Park Rangers who patrol as well. There are three or four picnic tables. Great for families with small children. The water is clear with soft sand and very little vegetation. I would go again although I'd try to avoid a weekend so it's not as crowded.

A challenging hike that's doable with some intrepid kiddos, followed by a wonderful beach with grass and sand, tables, and lots of available shade. There are a few great little nooks along the trail where you can enjoy a spectacular view and there's a little waterfall. A great option for a family outing and results in children who are comatose before bedtime. (Yay.)

Very beautiful place to swim and the sunset view is amazing.

Terrible experience. There are intermittent closures to the beach with a traffic company blocking the road and turning you away with no I diction of re-opening time. There is no warning about these closures to ensure you don’t waste your time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Calm and beautiful. Not crowded. You'll need some strength to climb the hill from the parking lot to the beach.

Absolutely stunning, clean and a safe place. Enjoyed it alot. Since it's a far from everything it's better if you bring some snacks and drinks to enjoy the place for a long time so you don't have to leave when you are a little hungry

Great beach, small and beautiful scenery. Although if the parking area is full, you will have no access to the road leading towards it because it gets barred.

You have to park in Parking 11 or you'll miss the only entrance to the beach. It's a beutiful place, the beach is shallow enough for toddlers at the beggining, but it gets deeper. He eater is cristal clear. A little crowded in summer. Toilettes are near the beach and they are very dark. the changing room is besides the parking lot dont get confused

Not overly peaceful, but very beautiful! The beach is very small, has crystal clear water, gorgeous views of the lake and lots of screaming children. We went on a Wednesday and it was still very crowded.

Nice clean beach close to the city. We walked to the Carbide ruins and waterfall before heading to the beach to refresh. There are changing rooms and basic toilets. There is a lifeguard on duty. Experiences swimmers also swim freely in the lake. Parking at P11 was 13$ for the whole day, to be paid at a machine (cards accepted).

Just a short walk from the parking area. Paid parking good for the whole park, cozy "beach" area to cool down and relax on a hot day. Easy to find

Beautiful place with a very clean maintenance. Worth a weekend visit. Make sure you are prepared to spend a long time rather than a hurried visit.
