    Worst service and food I've ever had from a Wendy's. With at least 3 staff members it took over 40 minutes for food with no customers inside and 5 cars in the drive through. Don't ask me why we decided to even wait that long but we did. Food was cold and poorly prepared. I'll never go back to this location. I also left a review with the company and received no response so don't expect anything to change here

    Not the best or worst Wendy's experience but I wouldn't recommend this location. Hot items were barely warm, just barely. The employee acted irritated that I asked for ketchup packets after finding the dispensers did not work or were empty. A strong flow of hot air was streaming from the ceiling vents and made seating areas uncomfortable. The cashier made a couple negative comments about my online order, specifically about sour cream for the chilli. I used every packet permitted and was damn glad I had them because it was spicier than normal. Chilli was on the outside of the lid and container making messy. Cashier would not honor the jr frosty key tag. When I said other locations have been honoring it I was told that this location "was special" and then ignored.

    I’m not trying to sound rude but I do work in the area, I’ve had this Wendy’s many many times, 9 times out of 10 I’ve waited 20+ minutes for food but I’m not going to complain about that. My complain is, even waiting that long, my order doesn’t get done right. I have had this happen more times than I can count on a hand and I’m finally writing a review. I asked today for a 5$ biggie bag, double stack no cheese, spicy nuggets and neither were correct. I want to mention how every time I say thank you I just get ignored afterwards as well. With those two combined , I would say they don’t care at all. Once again, I’m not trying to sound rude cause I understand, but I’m having trouble understanding why I’ve had this happen so much and nothing has been done about it. Edit: I also paid for a extra side of sweet and sour sauce and that wasn’t there either.

    I'm suffering reviewers guilt it's one of my favorite fast food places to eat I never have a problem here for some reason this Sunday after church we went inside let's start first by saying if my wife says she wants a different pop because you are out of pop and your other pop machine is out if the customer tells you that she said root beer and Dr pepper will be sufficient besides Coca-Cola if you have it and you tell her that you don't have Dr pepper cuz it's the last thing you heard is that her problem are yours don't argue with the customer and get them irate it's your problem in the first place for inconvenience them and not having pop with the meal when we asked to speak to the manager the manager said what's the problem back there would not come to the front even though we can see her she did not look out way. They even offered to take our number down and put it inside of their book the thing is we ordered a meal that comes with a pop what are we going to do if we don't get the pop why couldn't you deduct the amount they said that's not an option the manager was too lazy to go inside of the register and figure out how.as we were leaving saying thank you anyway and still being nice regardless of the cashier arguing with my wife we hear an unprofessional snide comment from the manager finally coming to attention 10 minutes later saying where did they go where did they go oh well then forget them. No no no no no your job is to be in the service industry you are a manager if you are doing something delegate and come and do your job and provide service. Second of all keep your immature comments to yourself you never want the customer to fill insufficient they will not come back to your store again. Third of all the fast food management is too hard for you I recommend a line factory job.

    Avoid this place. Employees are rude and lazy. They’re more focused on talking on their cell phone than helping paying customers. Always out of one thing or another.

    9 times out of 10 your order will be messed up. The carbonation in the pop is consistently flat. Do yourself a favor, avoid this Wendy's!

    READ TILL THE END I went to this Wendys late tonight in the mood for a frosty, as one does. Carrying coupons for a free junior size, I pulled up to the second window. Imagine my dismay when I heard the flavor I wanted - chocolate - was unavailable. Distraught! The quick-thinking worker offered to put some chocolate coffee shots or something into vanilla frosty and see if mixing it made a difference. I bet my wager with the caveat I wouldn’t blame her if it was bad. I got home and had a taste. SUBLIME! When i tell you this might be better than an actual chocolate frosty… I would in a heartbeat buy a full size of this mix! Food places get a bad rep, and fast food may get the brunt of it. Yes, there are bad experiences and unkind people. But there also good experiences like this one and friendly faces like Megan C. She has been working there for four days as of this experience. Let me tell you, this store got a good one. Is it too soon for a raise?

    Does this photo look like a Jr bacon cheeseburger to you. Just literally left and should have known to tell my husband to pull off when Ms. Rude the unhappy employee made a smart comment after being told to give us a moment. My husband order two biggies and rather than saying which biggie would you like, Ms. Rude employee says "okay! Which one do you want" with an attitude. Then it gets better, when asking for a mix frosty she states, "okay which one do you want?" When give two flavors for a mixed frosty she states, "we only got chocolate." I mean don't ask a question if you can't provide the service. This employee needs redirection or just find something else to do if Wendy's is not for you smh! We will not be returning and forget calling to fix my order. The rate the employees in 2023 are going, my trust issue is at an all time high. I am done with fast food. If I can't get the service guaranteed than I am not spending my money. Where's the bacon? Where's the cheese?

    Has been always a nice Wendy's to dine in, drive through is always busy with too many temper mental men in line! Always Screaming and yelling they need to calm down, so what if you lost some sport game! Or won we don't care!

    Absolutely horrible service. Went through the drive thru and the workers were very snobby & just had overall horrible attitudes. They talked to me like I was an inconvenience to them, when that is quite literally their chosen job to prepare and serve food.

    It is absolutely shocking to me how very rude both the employee and the manager at at this location are. There was a problem with the soda machine and there was not enough syrup in a diet Coke, and very politely informed them that there wasn't enough syrup and the employee started arguing that there was nothing wrong with the machine. Because he was arguing after I very politely asked him to check and make sure it was okay we asked for the manager who was as rude, if not ruder than this employee. I will be calling corporate and reporting this awful behavior because I would hope corrective action might take place. I understand that every place is short-staffed, and everyone is frankly overworked. However no matter what happens I maintain a calm, professional and polite demeanor when something is wrong, and do not expect to be treated the way I was treated at this location.

    4/5 orders I make are incorrect. This night, we ordered 3 burgers and one fry. After they didnt give us our fries, they also have us another burger. I asked for no mayo or lettuce, and its on all four of the burgers. Orders have been inconsistent for years, just go to a different one like 5 minutes away from this.
