I've frequented the salon for some years now, so I know many of the staff and the owner. The salon is in a quaint little town called Cherry Hill Village, which centers at the intersection Ridge Rd. and Cherry Hill Rd. The salon is quaint and well maintained, providing a laid back, family welcoming atmosphere. Angie, the owner, is very professional and skilled and takes her profession to heart, working hard to take good care of her customers and accommodate customer schedule conflicts as she can. Be mindful, the girls cut hair for both males and females and are skilled enough to work on various cultures and events, so plan accordingly, if you hope to get an appointment! They get booked quickly!

Red Head Salon was recommended to me by a girlfriend after I made a desperate post on Facebook. I had recently gone to an expensive salon in downtown Ann Arbor and received a horribly botched cut n' color! The end result was that I hated my hair and didn't know how to fix it. I came to see Angie at Red Head Salon because my girlfriend swore by her. Angie was immediately friendly and sympathetic; she helped me come up with a plan of action I was comfortable with in order to get me back to loving my hair. Still skeptical I had her cut my hair as a test and sure enough I absolutely loved it! Hands down the best cut I've had in years and for an affordable price that didn't make me feel guilty about getting my hair done. I scheduled a color the following week and again I received nothing but excellent service and a dye job that I'm still getting compliments on weeks later! I love my hair cut/color and it's all thanks to Angie and her amazing team at Red Head Salon. I'm so thankful for her help and will never go anywhere else.

I love Kaithlin! Shes so friendly and kind. Girl knows what she's doing. I told her what I wanted for my "goal" look and she made it happen - better than I even imagined. (I also like how there's plenty of public parking around the salon. No driving around like a lunatic looking for a spot!)

I had been a client of Angie's for the longest. She is exceptional- always gives the cut I want and is phenomenal with color if that's your thing. I moved away a couple of years ago and still try to schedule cuts when I am in town. Most recently, I was planning last minute and could not get in with Angie on a Saturday so I booked a cut and style with Erica for a wedding I was attending in town. She did a great job too. I highly recommend Red Headed Salon. They are skilled at what they do, run on time, and I have never been disappointed with a visit.

She's honest and helpful when choosing which path to take with your next hair style. The salon is so cute and it's easy to get to! Definitely recommend!

The Red Head Salon is the only place I’ll go to get my hair done! I’ve been going here for over a decade. Angie always gets my color right and answers all of my hair questions. She knows exactly what I mean when I describe a cut and if I want to make a change, she knows just how to ease me into it. They are absolute artists!
