Kaley is a horrible manager, that often refuses service to regulars who her&her friend that works there don’t like. I asked for a little bit of extra ice in my smoothie, and her friends decided to talk about me horribly for doing so, and I heard her, so I said something to her. I spoke with the then GM Samantha and she explained how the employee is definitely a problem, and how she doesn’t like her either. Then the GM QUITE! So they hired Kaley as the new GM, and that’s when the mean girls teamed up! So now whoever her friend doesn’t like, she will refuse them service. I wa s going there everyday for two years, my daughter even worked there for a little while, but quite due to this same girl bullying her.the place is not the same, she is 100% racist, uneducated, petty, ignorant and many other things that I won’t type. From what I’ve heard from a friend that currently works there, is that they have lost many customers because of her.

Not blended enough. It came pretty chunky and chewy. Some of these chunks are big enough to get stuck in the straw! I'm guessing this is because of the dates in the smoothie. I ordered the chia chia banana boost. This is not a single instance, but almost every time I order this smoothie at most locations... In the past I've had to ask for a smoothie to be reblended or blended extra, but delivery services don't give this option. I don't think I should have to ask for extra blending to get a smooth smoothie in the first place. I never have issues like this with competitors such as smoothie king...

Three times I have ordered from them no bacon and bite in it, and each time they leave bacon in the sandwich. I try to call them but guess what no one will answer the phone. I was all about giving businesses chances but I’m allergic to bacon and end up dealing with paying for something that I can’t even eat three times.

They made my smoothie just the way I ordered it. It is so amazing

Outstanding speed and accuracy of service EVEN during lunch rush at this Canton, MI location. Socially distanced, multiple (masked) employees working on your order to make your food and smoothie orders quickly and accurately. I was in & out in less than 5 minutes and ordered 2 flatbread sandwiches along with a smoothie. Quality of food/smoothie AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Nice staff, good place to get fruit smoothies and breakfast on the go when in a pinch.

Because I need to get to work early, I have to call right when they open at 7 AM to put my order in, and they have been into work and on time to be able to fulfill my order. They have gotten the order right every time. I have often called for catering smoothies sometimes the day before, and they have come through every time. They even made it a point to go out of their way to come very early in the morning to deliver. It’s a pleasure working with them, and I appreciate their dependability, especially these days where good workers are hard to find.

The server basil and one other person wouldn’t split my smoothie and wasted the rest of it by dumping it in the sink. And the different tropical smoothie that I work at, they do what pleases the consumers. And on top of that my smoothie mango Barry cosmo was made very poorly.

I drove out of my way to simply have a smoothie but posted hours are obviously wrong and now I’m late with no smoothie and disappointed
