There service is really slow and they’ve messed up our order a few times now. The pizza is good. I prefer Sammy’s down the street Update: They messed up my order again but the cheese bread was soo good I upped my rating

This is the location I typically visit , but after I witnessed the employees in the kitchen area eating, I am totally turned off. It began with the employee cutting a customers pizza and taking the leftover cheese and putting it in his mouth. Then as I sit in the car I can see a few employees eating and drinking. This is unsanitary and I do not believe I will visit this location that often.

I just spent 10 minutes on the phone with the call center, which is obviously not onsite, to be told they are closed and to call back in 45 minutes. I was looking forward to this after eating it once a week for 5 years and not having it for 3 years. At least their memory of what they use to be will live on but I know I’ll never go back.

Love thier pizza & crusts. Dont like to have to prepay by credit card, so we don’t order.

I ordered 2 large pepperoni and cheese pizzas last night. The sauce was not flavorful, and the pepperoni had no flavor at all! Hungry Howie's used to be good! I am highly disappointed and am left with an entire untouched pizza! I knew I should not have tipped in advance. Jet's or Cottage Inn are far better choices! I will never order from you again! Your pizza sucks!

Trying to order over the phone for takeout was a ridiculous joke. All calls are sent to a call center in India. I could not understand a word. I asked to speak to someone else, but was told I could only have a call back. I gave up and went to the location on Canton center road to order in person and was told that the they understand how horrible the experience is but the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. Not from my perspective. My go to pizza is jett's, but the bee sting Pizza is right up my husband's alley and he wanted to try it. Definitely will not be back.

Took over an hour just to get my pizza delivered, and it was cold, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, terrible place
