    We dread the car buying process - we hate it more than anything in the world… the thing we hate most is to walk away with a “fair” deal but bruised and soul sucked out of our existence. NONE OF THESE things happened while working with Logan and Tom From Cherokee County Toyota. In fact, the completely opposite happened and the entire experience convinced us there is a better way (the Cherokee Toyota way) and the 40min is worth the drive. We had a direct convo up front, a couple of emails and questions on what we needed/wanted and pricing, we confirmed with a deposit, and 2x a week email updates. The car was delivered and we showed up… after a final test drive, we talked finances and boom. We were done. Did we get $20k off the car we wanted? No. But did we get taken? Absolutely not. We got a fair deal, with a super easy and straight forward process and the kids even said, “that’s it? We’re done here?” 😂 A couple of additional small details that mattered to us as customers beyond the no pressure sales process: 1. The Cherokee Toyota family is interesting - I did an “all call” for the car we wanted and accidentally stumbled upon their sister dealer… when I shared we had our deposit down, the Cobb country respectfully bowed out and said let us know if you change your mind and want to come to a closer dealer, let us know. 🤯 2. As a woman trying to navigate this space I hate it less than my husband but dread it and Logan + Tom were completely professional, respectful and not one millisecond did I sense any sort of you know… that stuff 🥰 3. Tom is a great sales guy - he’s got a great sense of humor, engaging, and knows his stuff. He took the time to explain the car, the process, all of it even though it was already a done deal. He could have shuffled us out of there but he’s here to build relationships - I know he’s for his eyes on our next purchase ;-). The small moment that stood out to me was when he respectlly asked, “mind of if I reach over to the dash and show you those controls?” Someone understands personal space and boundaries! We will for sure come back, even if it’s 30+ minutes past 10 other dealers.

    Tom Jordan was a blessing during our buying experience. I will say to watch out for his dad jokes. 😂 Easiest buying process so far in my life and I have bought several cars. It took maybe 2 hrs and I was done. I saved Tom’s number in my phone if I am ever in the market again. The finance office was great as well.

    Great buying experience on a 2024 Platinum Highlander hybrid. Denis was wonderful to work with. He worked up a deal with me weeks before the car arrived, easily beating trade-in offers at other locations and dropping price below listed MSRP. Dealer also has minimal additional fees including no doc fees, usually close to $1K at other dealers. Can't say enough about the dealership and our salesman, Denis.

    Amazing dealership to buy your next Toyota! Denis, our salesman was exceptionally easy to talk to, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and spent the time necessary to get us all set in our new suv. Diane, the receptionist, is friendly, helpful and a sheer joy to talk to. The manager was friendly and kind too. Greg, the financial guy was very easy to work with also. All the staff that we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel like family! This was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever experienced. No stress!

    We won’t go anywhere else! This dealership is the best I’ve ever done business with. Their service department is class A. Being female, I’ve had my share of being taken advantage of with auto maintenance & repairs, but here, if Liz tells me my car needs something, it does! With her experience & care & wonderful technicians, my last Toyota was still going well over 300,000 miles. Josh helps me when Liz gets a day off and he’s awesome too! Thank you for always taking such good care of me :) Like I said before, I won’t go anywhere else!

    I’ve done business with Cherokee County Toyota many times over the years. I even worked for the previous GM and recommended many people to them. I recently bought a 2020 Toyota Tacoma from them. After owning the truck for a few weeks I decided it just wasn’t what I needed and I wasn’t happy with it. I took it back and they offered to buy it back at a significantly lower price. I knew I would loose money on it and I needed to sleep on their offer. I called back the next day and spoke to the sales manager that made the offer and told him I would come in on Saturday morning to make the deal. He said that was fine. I arrived first thing that next morning and the sales manager I was dealing with was not there but the GSM and another manager were there. They told me the other Sales Manager had offered me too much and were trying to low ball me to take a cheaper price for my truck. I personally found this to be a very dishonest way of doing business. Cherokee County Toyota has lost me as a customer and I will never refer them to anyone again.

    I highly recommend buying your next car from Cherokee County Toyota. I can't say enough about how wonderful they've been to me. This includes everything from the purchase to out the door. I've gone back after the purchase with questions and they were beyond helpful. This dealership is like no other dealership I've done business with.     Well, I took my 2018 Tundra to Cherokee Toyota because of a cold starting issue I was having and the display would show-“Not ready to start.” I ended up spending close to $1500 in repairs needed for a new fuel pump in which they diagnosed it to be. I got my truck back; and the next morning, I still had the same issue- hard to start with same message being displayed-Not ready to start. I attempted to contact the service advisor through out the day and was told I would be contacted. In total, I called the dealership 4 times. 3 times for “Liz” and 1 time for the service manager. I was told the service manager would call back. I never got a call back. So, 4:00 rolls around, nobody called me back. I decided to take my truck up there. Upon talking with Liz I was told by her, “Sorry for not returning your call, we were trying to figure out what we were going to do.” I stated that my truck was not repaired and that I was going to leave it with them until it was repaired. Liz stated it would be looked at in the morning. Next day rolls around and about 10:30am I received a call from Liz and was told I would have to run the truck with a tank of ethanol free gas to get it to clear up and run right. Also, it was stated that I owed an additional $18 for the gas they put in the truck. I was not happy about this because I paid to get my truck repaired and it was not. I have not returned to pick up my truck yet. I have attempted to speak with the service manger and the service mangers (boss whoever that is) and was given the run around. I planned on picking up the truck tomorrow but, after much thought, I am not going to pick up the truck until it’s fixed because that is what I paid for. I am not happy about my experience so far and have given plenty of opportunity for the service department/service manager to contact me. How is it understandable that I paid to get my truck repaired and it’s going to be expected to be returned back to me in the same shape as when I dropped it off? This can’t be acceptable by Toyota standards.

    What an absolutely wonderful experience. I had just about given up on finding the perfect car for me after having two equally bad experiences at Cobb County Toyota and Thorton Road Toyota, but I'm so glad I didn't. As soon as I had called and Denis answered I knew it would be a good experience. He was friendly and forthcoming on prices and when the car would become available. I felt like he generally cared about me as a person and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! Go Denis!! Keep up the wonderful customer service!!!!
