Always happy with the medical staff but the receptionist today was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I met my out of pocket maximum months ago and have not made co-pays since but this lady insisted that if I didn't make a copay today that i would not be seen by a provider. I explained this and tried to show her on my phone my insurance information showing the necessary information and she refused to even look at it then told me I could leave if I was going to be argumentative. Now it will be several months before I get that money back when it wasn't necessary to pay it in the first place. Great job 🙄 UPDATE I was contacted later in the afternoon by the customer satisfaction team and assured that this wasn't the type of service that was becoming of their practice and that it would be dealt with promptly, including the refund of my unnecessary co-pay. I appreciate the fast response. Again, no one wants to be sick, but to deal with bad attitudes while one is sick is not exactly an ideal situation. Thank you for rectifying the issue.

Absolutely frustrating place to try and get care. I had an appointment first thing in the morning, showed up early with on one else in the waiting room, and it took them 30 minutes to call me back. This in part while I heard them in the back the whole time just talking about their weekends, breakfast, dates, parties, and all of the other personal stuff you probably shouldn't be while I'm sick in the waiting ro0m. I finally get called back, and sure enough, I'm closer to the gossip and can't help but feel like the staff cares more about catching up then helping patients, and that they do not care who cares what they think about their personal lives, and at one point....another patient. Again, all very loudly in a sense that I imagine HIPPA would feast on if they were aware. I wasn't going to write a review, but today, my wife had to go for the same symptoms I had, and sure enough, she almost left after a very similar experience, except her appointment was for 11:45, got a text at 11:24 saying they were ready for her, and then sat in the waiting room until 12:30 until she was finally called back. She also could hear the staff talking very loudly from the waiting room, and once she got back, sat alone for 45 minutes. Nurse that saw her mentioned numerous times that she wouldn't write a work note for her (my wife never asked as she doesn't need one), and then after an hour, was told that the computer system was down. Absolutely shambles of a place, and we won't go back and will be sure to share our experience with neighbors.

On schedule with appointment. Good welcome at front desk. Nurse very friendly and thorough. Dr. Brad was very cordial, he was sorry to have to bare the bad news, but today I'm feeling much better, temp back to normal 97.9° Thanks!

I did not have to wait a long time and the Dr was so kind and compassionate to my being so sick. He took his time with me and explained everything to us. I would recommend this facility to all I know. The only thing was the girl at the counter didn’t check that I had signed in online and had sent pictures of my photo id and insurance card. It was okay but she should check people in better.

Everyone was pleasant and kind, receptionist, nurse and doctor. They explained everything in detail. The only problem was the wait. I had a 10:15 appointment and waited 2 hours. I felt poorly and to wait that long was unpleasant. I understand having to clean each room and wait 30 minutes, so maybe you should schedule for that delay.

My whole family came down with the flu! They were very proactive with us in getting us well! The Dr and Staff were very accommodating and caring! I can see why they are the best in our area! The Bailey’s

Great service. I went in as a walk-in patient experiencing a lot of pain from my back to my toes. They gave me an appointment but told me I could stay and they could work me in if someone didn't show up for their appointment. The wait was real short.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. They were thorough with testing and the medications prescribed are helping me feel better already.

Ashley and (forgive me God for forgetting her name) the NP were down to Earth and spoke to me like I was family. The NP was honest and very caring and didn’t try to extract additional funds out of me. Truly felt at home and wasn’t rushed out of the building/room. Always a pleasure

Everyone at this clinic is so attentive and caring! And I mean everyone!! Smith at the front desk was so helpful and charming. I cannot rant and rave enough about this clinic. They did everything in their power to make sure I was well taken care of! :)
